We're coming in anyway, why not sign up? Typically we both love the grilled chicken sandwich but this trip I opted for a chili cheese dog. The chili was really good and it had lots of onions too. Yum! I also love the style of their crinkle cut fries. When I do order the chicken sandwich the chicken is always juicy and flavorful. Sometimes they get a little crazy with the mayo though. I'm pretty sure I've had just about everything on their menu from the hot dogs to the burgers to their sandwiches and salads. I have to say they're chili cheese. Fries are probably my favorite from any restaurant. I think it's something about the nacho cheese that they use, which doesn't say much, but they are incredible. The service is always pretty quick here, even when I ask for my dogs to be well done. I love the decor inside of this place, because it's a throwback to an old time. Chicago era. The only thing I wish they do is get rid of their kiosks to order because I don't like when businesses replace employees with computers. That's my only gripe. So, stop in and enjoy a dog but make sure a person takes your order, not the funky kiosk.

The chicken is as good as it gets, perfect batter and execution. The fries, however, were the polar opposite. Undercooked, limp, hard to believe the contrast between the chicken and this mess that I couldn't eat after the first few bites. This is the suggestion part: Be sure the cooks know how to shake the basket and recognize when the regular fries are properly cooked and crisp. I read a lot of other reviews saying they had issues with the fries also. My second trip was via drive-thru and I ordered the amazing pastrami burger. Just incredible, really. I get why they're popular. Based on the first time I decided to try the curly fries to see if it would be a better outcome. It was, fortunately, and I think this is what I'll get henceforth, or onion rings, which are still untried. Anyhow, the girl at the window forgot to give me the drink and I'm still wondering how my bill reached $22, but I'll ask specifically next for the receipt and breakdown. I love a good pastrami sandwich that is generously filled with meat, so I was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, what arrived at the table was extremely disappointing. The sandwich was so thin that it looked more like something you would pick up from a gas station than what you would expect from a restaurant. For the price and the way it was presented on the menu, I expected a much fuller and more satisfying sandwich. The flavor may have been fine, but the portion did not come close to meeting expectations. I hope management takes a look at the portion size because customers ordering a pastrami sandwich should feel like they are getting what they paid for.

The Hunger Games 2 movie had ended and my stomach was growling like a gang of angry dogs when my girlfriend and I pulled into Chick-fil-A, the second half of our date, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. It had such an effect on me that it caused In-N-Out to drop a notch in the fine-fast-food dining category while the 'Chick' clucked to the top. The first face that catches you when you walk through the door is a smile. Even with the restaurant being as busy as it was, none of the employees seemed to be stresses or frustrated. Instead, each customer was met with a sincere greeting that felt genuine and unscripted. I never imagined how much a friendly, helpful staff could impact a meal. They delivered our tray, picked up our tray, stopped by four or five times to make sure everything was good and even offered to refill our drinks. If you get up to ask for more Chick-fil-A sauce or a refill, they are ready to help you before you even ask. Come in on the hottest day of summer, get five refills and they'll still be asking if they can fill your cup! Typically in reviews, the quality of the food comes before service but what is so unique about the 'fil-A' is that their service is just as good as the food and that's what first caught my eye, right before their chicken hooked my taste buds. My personal favorite? The spicy chicken sandwich combo with provolone cheese. But a taste of my girlfriend's chicken tenders left me wishing I had ordered the whole menu! The only weakness I could musted up agaist 'Chick' is the check, a litte much to be considered fast-food but that still won't stop me from future visits. In my restaurant report card, Chick-fil-A gets an A+. Competitors, please take note. read more

Worst experience of my life. The manager Mary asked us to leave right at 11pm, while my dad was finishing up his last few bites of food. She stood there and literally said "it's 11pm I'm going to ask you guys to leave now". This is probably the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been too. The management here is so rude. The food takes forever to get pushed out and the managers here seem to have no rush.
