Stopped in for a quick breakfast before my morning walk. I had the chicken biscuit, tots, and coffee. Everything was delicious !! The biscuit was hot, flavorful & soft. The tots seasoned well, crunchy outside and soft inside. Yum !!! "HOT" coffee that really didn't need flavoring because it was that good, but I felt extra this morning, so I had 2 vanilla creamers/no sugar. Perfect cup. The restaurant was clean like always, with that sat down restaurant feeling. An employee always comes by to make sure that everything is good and if you need anything else. GREAT customer service! Hi, we get Chic Fil'a take out nearly every week at this location and we love the food but nearly every week there is something missing from our order! Last week we were missing nuggets and I found out for the first time that you can have these replaced through the app. Today I ordered these replacement nuggets and when we got home they were missing again!!! The only option we have now is drive back 15 minutes to the restaurant which we do not want to do because we are hungry and tired! As always Chick-fil-A has long drive through lines. I had a bigger order, and after waiting for my turn(about 10 mins) I pulled up to the side. They asked me to move up as they didn't finish my order yet and needed a bit more time. Eventually a couple mins later they finished it. The food is always quite the same which I liked. The biggest issue was they forgot my chicken wrap and didn't give any straws for my drinks. Definitely disappointed to be missing food, it probably was misplaced and given to someone else. read more

What has happened here? There were few customers inside yesterday, yet they were slow to take my carry out order. There appeared to be plenty of team members working, but they seemed focused on the drive thru. I was not asked the type of dressing I wanted for the Market salad. When I arrived home, I had Avocado lime ranch dressing rather than the recommended Apple cider vinegarette! In addition, the salad contained only 2-3 small strawberry pieces. In the past I have had great service at this location so wondering what has happened!! read more

We had a great experience at this location. The parking lot situation looks kind of wonky and we were disappointed that there are no curbside options but the system obviously works. All of our food was correct and we were able to transition through the line pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend and return to this location in the future. read more

I did on order through the app a few weeks ago and ordered ahead since I was at work to have it delivered during my lunch break. All I ordered was a cobb salad with 2 dressings, Fries and a drink. When I went on my break all there was, was the fries. I called and they said they could have my food to me in 30-40 minutes. I told them I would already be off my lunch break and asked it I could just be refunded. I gave them the card number to refund it to and still have not received my money back along with a tip I gave through the app. My fries were not worth $20. I then emailed the store about 1.5 weeks after this and I have never heard back and STILL have not received my refund. I thought Chick-Fil-A was better than this. I will not order from this location again they just lost a lot of business from a pretty big office that orders out a lot! read more

This morning I was making a breakfast run for me and some coworkers and to my surprise they had two employees outside taking orders making two separate lines. Got there and no one would wait on me, had to actually get out of the car and try to go in to get anyone's attention, even then could not get anyone to help. Finally had to call them which finally got their attention. It took about 10-15 minutes to get the food. There were two Southwestern salads ordered among other things. They got both salads COMPLETELY wrong. They actually made up two salads that were not on the menu with only lettuce, cheese, fried chicken, and a couple tomatoes. No corn, beans, tortilla strips, or anything else that comes on it. Big let down on how often I visit Chick-fil-A, especially on a day like today just to be told that they don't honor the Yelp offer :( The manager stated that it wasn't honored at any Chick-fil-A's. I even went inside even though the drive-thru was empty The manager could have made an exception being that I clearly had checked in on the app, showed him the address, even the location on the map and everything. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich, but since they didn't honor the check-in offer of a free large drink, I decided to leave. This is easily far more busy than any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, but they fly through orders due to great staff. I have never gotten an incorrect order and the food is always fresh. The staff is very friendly. They have people directing traffic in the parking lot because the drive thru gets wrapped around the building twice over when it's busy. But you'll still get though it all in 10-15 minutes at the most busy times. read more

I swear, this Chick-Fil-A is the only positive thing about this mall. After a less than mediocre trip around the mall, I wanted to drop by for a late lunch. The lady taking my order was nice, and so was the guy that handed me my drink and sauce. This would have been a 5 star experience, but I ended up having to wait a pretty long time for my food.
