    Chicken sandwich
    Mac M.

I expect more than a piece of meat and two sad pieces of bread for $7. I understand times are hard, but I expect more. They apparently won't put sauce on sandwiches anymore.

the food was microwaved and not fresh frozen and then microwaved. the way they talk on tv you think it is fresh and cooked on site.

So delicious! Not as cheap as all the other fast food places around but it makes up for it in excellent service and quality!

People compare it a lot to Cane's and they have some friendly rivalry, so we wanted to partake in the comparison! The gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when helping us decide what to order! There aren't a ton of options, but the options available are streamlined and give a good variety of spice level and flavor. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept. There were open tables and our food was ready quickly. Sadly, this is where my review becomes not as enjoyable. I ordered the hot honey chicken and, while the flavor was interesting, it was extremely greasy and lacked any depth within the flavor. Everyone else at my table ordered the sliders and had the same type of experience. It truly left me wondering what the hype about this place was and how it became popular because it just felt like a very standard chicken sandwich/chicken tenders. I don't plan on going back, but perhaps it was the location versus the actual restaurant? It's definitely worth a try because I have heard good things about it.

One of them was supposed to be pepperoni and chicken. Instead, it arrived with ginger and garlic, an odd and completely off-putting combo for a pizza. I double-checked the online order and realized the mistake was mine. I had accidentally selected the wrong toppings. I owned that. I wasn't trying to scam anyone or dodge responsibility. But when I asked if they could remake the pizza or offer a partial refund, they flat-out refused. No empathy. No flexibility. Just a cold "no." Not even a gesture of goodwill like a discount on a future order or a small credit. I wasn't asking for the world, just a little understanding. And that's where this place failed miserably. Let me be clear: I understand that restaurants aren't obligated to fix customer mistakes. But good businesses choose to do the right thing anyway. They recognize that $25 isn't worth losing a loyal customer. They understand that how you treat people in moments like this defines your brand far more than the food ever could. I told them I'd be doing a chargeback and never ordering again. Not because of the pizza, but because of the way they handled the situation. If I owned a restaurant, I'd remake that pizza in a heartbeat. Not because I had to, but because I'd want that customer to come back. That's how you build trust. That's how you build legacy. So here's my warning to anyone considering this place: if you ever have an issue, whether it's your fault or theirs, don't expect compassion. Don't expect accountability. And don't expect them to care about your experience once they've got your money. This wasn't just bad service. It was a missed opportunity to do right by someone who was honest, respectful, and willing to pay for quality. They chose short-term profit over long-term reputation. And that says everything. Until they rectify this, I will no longer be their customer again, sadly, in a small town like this, where customer loyalty is everything. That kind of disregard doesn't just lose a sale. It loses trust. And once that's gone, it's hard to earn back.

We got lucky when we arrived as there were very few cars. We ordered at the very nice young lady standing next to the speaker that they don't use. She got our order in quickly but that's when things went south (get it...Southern Based Franchise???). The lady at the end asked our name when we were in front and looked a bit confused. I recited our order to help her out but we saw her going to all of the cars around us with bags of food. About 10 minutes later as traffic was backed up she realized the nice young lady put my name in horrendously...a female name for a male patron does cause confusion. She gave out our room temperature food after figuring it out and when I checked for the extra sauce I paid for, it wasn't there. She got the sauces and we left to allow traffic to flow once again. As we were driving away, we noticed there weren't any straws so had to make the drive home staring at my drink. The food was pretty good. Cole slaw was good. Fries were slightly above average but the fry sauce helped. The chicken tenders were above average but could use more seasoning (Chik fil A is better). The sweet tea and toast are off the chart good. I will add that all of the food reheated very well in the air fryer for that next day leftovers :) Great alternative to Chik Fil A for Redding!
