    Chicken sandwich
    Mac M.

I expect more than a piece of meat and two sad pieces of bread for $7. I understand times are hard, but I expect more. They apparently won't put sauce on sandwiches anymore.

So delicious! Not as cheap as all the other fast food places around but it makes up for it in excellent service and quality!

I wasn't hungry so I had the kid's size chicken tenders 2 pieces and fries. My husband had Mimi's Southern BBQ sandwich on a bun, macaroni and cheese, plus half of my fries. That sandwich was huge. Three large chicken tenders, BBQ sauce, plus cheese, bacon, slaw, onion straws and looked to be enough for two people. He enjoyed it, and ate about 2/3rds of it. Only comment from him was something about going on a diet when his work training was over! The chicken tenders were good, flavorful, and big. The fries, supposedly a kid's portion, was very generous. They were good, but had an oniony taste to them. Better than average, though. I'd definitely return with an appetite!

I have never had more dry chicken in my entire life. The fries were fine, and the sauce was fine! But I genuinely don't think I've disliked chicken tenders more than I did than these. I couldn't eat more than 2 they were so gross. Just very dry and flavorless. We got there about an hour before they closed... which I didn't think was bad. Maybe they were sitting there for a few hours since it was late at night? Maybe they aren't normally this bad?? I don't know! But I spent almost 20$ on food I couldn't even finish. I hate to say this- but I would much rather have krispy krunchy chicken from the gas station I hate to be a hater... but it really was that bad

We ordered 1/2 chicken and got two small breasts+thigh+leg+wing+drumstick. The place was small but pleasant. The service was good. The person who took our order explained to us we could get different spicy levels for the 1/2 chicken we ordered. I sensed that this was out of consideration knowing that their "hot" level is quite spicy

For the chicken, you pick your own flavor/spice level. We went with full platter (whole chicken) with half mango lime and half mild. For our 2 sides, we chose corn on the cob and cole slaw. We also added potato wedges. We grabbed our seats after we placed our order at the counter. Our order was ready around 18 minutes. They called our name and we picked up at the pick up window. Full platter comes with 10 pieces. Mild looked pretty plain but it was super spicy, tasted more like hot. Mango lime was nothing I expected. The flavor was alright but wouldn't get again. Very spicy as well. Chicken was a bit dry but overall, tasted ok. Corn on the cob was a bit burnt. Coleslaw was very creamy. Potato wedges was really good. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Service was friendly. They do offer cups for complimentary water, self serve. Seatings indoor and outdoor. Only one neutral gender restroom for customers. They are connected to Sourdough Bread Company. Ample parking in the plaza.

I never had samosas from a pizza place so I had to try them. The samosas were crunchy, well filled and tasty. I will get them again. One of them was supposed to be pepperoni and chicken. Instead, it arrived with ginger and garlic, an odd and completely off-putting combo for a pizza. I double-checked the online order and realized the mistake was mine. I had accidentally selected the wrong toppings. I owned that. I wasn't trying to scam anyone or dodge responsibility. But when I asked if they could remake the pizza or offer a partial refund, they flat-out refused. No empathy. No flexibility. Just a cold "no." Not even a gesture of goodwill like a discount on a future order or a small credit. I wasn't asking for the world, just a little understanding. And that's where this place failed miserably. Let me be clear: I understand that restaurants aren't obligated to fix customer mistakes. But good businesses choose to do the right thing anyway. They recognize that $25 isn't worth losing a loyal customer. They understand that how you treat people in moments like this defines your brand far more than the food ever could. I told them I'd be doing a chargeback and never ordering again. Not because of the pizza, but because of the way they handled the situation. If I owned a restaurant, I'd remake that pizza in a heartbeat. Not because I had to, but because I'd want that customer to come back. That's how you build trust. That's how you build legacy. So here's my warning to anyone considering this place: if you ever have an issue, whether it's your fault or theirs, don't expect compassion. Don't expect accountability. And don't expect them to care about your experience once they've got your money. This wasn't just bad service. It was a missed opportunity to do right by someone who was honest, respectful, and willing to pay for quality. They chose short-term profit over long-term reputation. And that says everything. Until they rectify this, I will no longer be their customer again, sadly, in a small town like this, where customer loyalty is everything. That kind of disregard doesn't just lose a sale. It loses trust. And once that's gone, it's hard to earn back.

I usually order the greens, but during my last few visits, the broccoli has been undercooked and difficult to bite through. It's disappointing because this isn't something I typically expect from Panda Express. The staff is fine, and the ambiance is what you'd expect from a standard Panda Express. There's nothing particularly wrong with the service or the restaurant itself. The main issue is simply that the food quality has been below par compared to other locations.

I've already tried the new Brisket at another location and thought it was tasty, but the portions were so skimpy especially considering the upcharge of $2.00 PER serving of the Brisket. I got a 2 serving plate with chow mien and it ended up being $15.50 inc tax. All I got was 12 pieces of the brisket. I mean little slices, not big slabs like at a Texas brisket place. I decided to give it another try, but order differently. I'm gonna skip the carbo noodles and just get the meat. They have an option to order ala carte in a box. A medium order which just includes 12 pieces of brisket (yeah I asked how much) was $13.50 inc tax, served in a little dinky box. I just wanted to judge the meat on it's own merits, no combo with orange chicken like the YouTubers! This was about $1.00 per little slice! OK, I will say the Cantonese BBQ Beef Brisket is very tender, way more tender than most any other brisket I ever had. I don't care that it's not "REAL" Chinese like some of those YouTube commenters, this is Panda Express Chinese American food central! What I do have a problem with, is the portioning policies of corporate Panda (just 6 pieces per order.... really?) and the pricing. I can get way more food at a mom and pop Chinese fast food, like a place we have in Red Bluff. Sure you can't get beef brisket like this at any other Chinese or BBQ place , so there's that. This Brisket is supposed to end late August, so I got a feeling it's not going to keep going with the portion and pricing they have. I think I've had my fill of this BBQ Beef Brisket for now. At least most of all the Panda location dining areas are clean and neat.
