Don't waste your time or spend your money at this location because you will regret it! This location is horrible and let's not even mention the long wait for my curbside order to only get the wrong order. The manager on duty was unprofessional and unwilling to make things right. I placed my curbside order on my way home from a long day at work then had to wait forever to get my order but halfway home I checked my order at the traffic light to only realize they gave me someone else's curbside order. I pulled over called the manager on duty and she asked me to keep the order due to Covid. Please come back so they could correct it and make it right. So, here I go again mind you I live about 15 minutes away and with the cost of gas...are you for real? So, I turned around wait a while again in this long curbside line to get my order and the manager sends someone else out to tell me, sorry we will still be charging you for your meal but here's the correct order! The manager advised me that she already had to correct the other customer's order and she will not credit my credit card but here's your correct order about an hour later...I told her to take it back and credit my credit card. Omg love this chick fil a but I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich instead. Oh my goodness my mouth was on fire! I usually wait till someone comes and asks if I want a refill but this time I had to RUN up to the counter and get a refill. I suggest double checking your chicken if you don't want spicy you might accidentally get it. Apparently there is a way to tell if it is spicy or not. read more

Just went through the drive-thru in Lane #3. Chick-Fil-A has always been known for its elite level of customer service, but today was different. The Hispanic gentleman wearing glasses and a baseball cap in Lane #3 was extremely rude. Next time, I know to avoid him in particular when I return. Ah, one of the few places in the Pasadena area that I love to visit if I am ever on that side of town visiting family. There's a reason this is called a Flagship Chic Fil A and that's because they are always on point with the consistency of their product. There has not been a single time I have visited this location and not received fresh hot everything! They are always busy and always jumping with orders and customers, and once you try it you'll quickly see why. You would think that going to eat at a place like this you'd be waiting a long time to get your order but nope! The crew here runs like a well oiled machine. As for the food, well if you haven't had Chic Fil A then just start with the basics. It's nothing super special but theres just something tasty about their sandwiches and fries and tea..OMG their sweet Texas Tea is just great. The only reason I'm mentioning it is because the service seems considerably longer than when I order at another location and it's happened a couple of times. Yestreday I had my first visit to this restaurant, It was delicious! I have heard that they had very good values and they really do. One of the things I like the most was that they were very fast to serve my order, they had it ready in seconds!!! Also they were very friendly and they were constantly going to my table to ask if everything was fine or if I need more drink. I love that! I did not even had to stand up to get more drink! Worst Chik Fil A service, we asked if it was okay to order breakfast since it was 2 min after breakfast time was (10:32am), the lady said we would have to ask at the window if there was any leftover breakfast , that she wasn't sure there was. So we just ordered lunch instead. We also asked if she would valid a 2 day expired coupon and she said she couldn't, that we would have to ask a manager. When we pulled up to the window we had to wait 5 min until the girl in the window asked us to park and wait a little bit longer. In total time we had to wait 10 min for our lunch. I am very disappointed because when asked if we could order breakfast they said no and when we order lunch they still don't even have it ready. Okay so I went to this chick fil a today during lunch time. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a wheat bun. I thought I was going to get my sandwich like any other sandwich they give there which includes a chicken tender between two warm buns. I didn't. If you are going to Fairmount Chick-fil-a please start going to the one in Pearland. The Chick-fil-a on broadway is SOOO much better than the Fairmount location. Between you and me the chicken is bigger over there and they are nicer than Fairmount. I'm not saying this Chick-fil-a is awful but it's gone downhill and anytime I want some dang chicken I rather go to the Pearland location. Was on business and thirsty. Got a Watermelon mint Lemonade and that fixed everything. Staff was friendly and they were even in the heat working the drive through. I always expect to wait in line when I go to Chic-fil-a, but this particular location creates a bottleneck onto Fairmont because the drive thru line is very close to the driveway off of Fairmont. I don't know if it's much of an issue during the week, but Saturday afternoon during lunch rush is definitely a peak time. Despite this, the employees here have the system down to a science. They have two employees at the intercom to take your order which is normal, but they have a third employee who will fetch your change if you're paying with cash. It kind of reminds me of Sonic in that sense. It really does help the line move. Even though you probably spend a good 20 minutes in line, it doesn't feel like it. The food is good as usual and they always get the order right (especially when it comes to condiment requests). Chic-fil-a has some of the best iced tea I've ever had at a fast food joint. The food is good, almost always busy. They do the put the straw in your drink which half the time leaves a little paper in your drink. Now they have people waiting outside to take your order. Makes it hard to look at the menu they barely give you a chance. Sometimes a person handing out sauces?, a different person taking payment or just confirming you are in the right place on line, a person standing outside the window to hand the food from the person inside to the person outside then to you. And today I had the guy hand food from inside to me past the girl inside and the other girl outside. Everywhere else you interact with 1 or 2 people. Here it's anywhere from 2 to 4. December 24,2018 while finishing last minute shopping, my boyfriend and I grabbed a quick lunch thru the drive thru. My boyfriend received spicy chicken sandwich and I got the 3 chicken strip meal. An hour after eating, I started not to feel so well. Head ache, sweating (hot and cold flashes), stomach cramps. It progressively got worse. I spent my Christmas Day in bed hugging the trash can and running to the bathroom. My fever spiked to 103, I ended up going to Bayshore ER due to the stomach pains and not able to hold anything down. The ER doctor confirmed it was food poisoning. I'm sad to say....I will not be eating at Chick fil a for a looooong time!! It has been a week since this, and I'm still recovering. read more

This location is the best! It's always busy but dang they are SO FAST. I was in a super long line that extended almost to the street and I was out in about 10-15 minutes. That's fast for all those orders going in! The food was perfect and made perfectly. Nothing was undercooked or burnt considering the rush they were in. Obviously, the food is definitely Chick-fil-A standard. The employees are great, kind and very helpful. Their efficiency is even better than the other efficient Chick-fil-A's. The only cons are that it isn't open on Sunday's, and it's normal closing time is 10pm. Although that is part of the Chick-fil-A charm! I'm the queen of special orders. We visit this Chick-fil-A at least once per week, usually two or three times, and only once ever have they messed up a single thing on my order. When this happened, the manager himself brought me my correct order with an apology. This is a lot more than I can say for other Chick-fil-A's in the area. Chick-fil-A is known for their exceptional customer service, and this one goes beyond that. One time they asked me to park and they would bring my food to me, but the drive thru person got the color of my car wrong, so when it took a few extra minutes (less than five) to find me, they gave me a stack of free sandwich cards. They've done this several times after I went through the drive thru and nothing happened, as well. They always offer great local community give backs. The food is typical CFA, but the service is AMAZING. The drive-thru line can be wrapped around the building and I can still get out of there in 10 minutes or less.
