Of all Chick-fil-A establishments this is the worst. Owner Larry Worsham seems to think that mistakes with food is OK. We all understand that mistakes happen but when they continually happen frequently there is a visible issue at this restaurant with quality assurance. So when I informed him of the amount of mistakes that I've encountered this year he then brags of his accuracy percentage as being 98.2% I know for a fact that those figures are skewed because I've literally witnessed the car behind me with a mistake this guy is full of shit. And how was that to be correct when essentially I've had a mistake once a month for the entirety of 2019. You're probably asking yourself why go back after the second or third time because each time I've been assured that they're going to work on it and I believe that yes mistakes happen and was willing to give them an opportunity to fix them but enough is enough. Instead of taking responsibility at the fact that there may be room for improvement. Larry continues to talk over me and offer me a free chicken sandwich as if that's going to somehow satisfy me. When his fake nice guy persona didn't work he became agitated and the real him came out when he proceeds to tell me can you hurry it up you have about 30 seconds because I have a dining room Full of patron's. Way to go Larry further making me feel unimportant as a customer at your shitty restaurant.I've had six instances this year in 2019 alone of which I've had to have orders replaced because items were missing incomplete or just of poor quality. So my latest and last instance was having a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with no chicken. Having a special needs son that will only eat grilled nuggets from Chick-fil-A This chain is apart of my families dinner plans with being said I will gladly travel the extra distance to go to the Yorba Linda Savi Ranch location where they seem to understand quality assurance and customer service. This location is normally the busiest during lunch hour but I love the food and the manager at the drive-through window was extremely nice and asked about the wait. They also took an expired coupon which was nice. My favorite part about this location and all of the restaurants is that Christian music they play. first time using the redemption points. i was told everything was fine just to proceed to the front and my order should be taken take of when i got to the front the cashier told me i had to pay after them struggling and not being able to redeem the cashier told me it would be on them since its their mistake....boy was he wrong. the manager was called to allow this to happen when the manager came he basically told me he cant do that and so i payed for the order after i paid i told him that they still took the points away from me and he would refuse to give me sauce as he stated "i already gave you ketchup" AFTER I HAD PAID!!! and they got my order wrong!!! read more

i received absolutely great service today. although my order was wrong, they were so sweet and understanding and gave me a new correct sandwich. i forgot the name of the guy who took my order today, i think it was Josh or John? but he consistently asked if we needed any help and threw away our trash. when i got up to throw away something myself, he APOLOGIZED for not doing it for me. i didn't expect this from a fast food place; it was better service than some fancy restaurants i've been to. read more

I have to say my wife and I absolutely love chic-fil-a because of the outstanding customer service we receive at all the locations that we have been to thus far. The people are very kind and accommodating which just adds to the experience. However, this location unfortunately fell completely short of everything we've come to expect. They were cordial at best. The food was still very good but I think I will try the Tustin location or go back to the Santa Ana location which is further away. read more

Blown away by the amount of courtesy I received immediately walking through the door. The staff was very great. The food was fresh and fast. Before I entered today I was thinking why do not places just leave the condiments on the side. It would avoid a lot of confusion. The reason I thought this was because I hate ordering a hamburger it without mayo and the people making them are so used to putting mayo on it that I end up getting a hamburger with mayo on it. Sure enough I walk into Chick-fil-A and they keep all the condiments on the side so you can mess up your own food. Lol read more

I visited Chick-Fil-A in Orange for the first time on Thursday right around the noon lunch rush. My boss had given me a coupon. She explained that even though the coupon had expired they would still honor it because my employer had done some work for them. My plan was to go to Walmart, get some food and then go home. Unfortunately they did not honor the coupon, telling me that they don't use those anymore; it's all digital. I was irritated, more so because it took three people to come to that decision (cashier, shift manager, and owner). Really...for a meal? Thankfully there's an In-n-Out in the same location so I went there instead. I sent my boss a text letting her know what happened. This is a fast food restaurant, so let's be realistic about the food. It's above average fast food. I mainly come for breakfast with the kids on the weekend. The 5 stars is for the ridiculously friendly staff, the great customer service, and the impeccable cleanliness. In those three areas alone, they're probably in the top 10%. read more

The drive thru lady had a customer park sideways over the 3 handicap spaces and they should have someone manage traffic as for this location and In-N-Out next door, there are almost always near accidents in the parking lot. Larry the manager isn't very friendly and they get cheap on the sauces for nuggets, I have been a loyal calendar card member for a few years and this location balks at honoring them. CHICK-a-RIP I used to go here 2 to 3 times a week. Today was the last day. I had my 6 stamps on my card for free food, but when I got my card they gave me one for breakfast items, they were out of the one for chicken sandwhiches, so fast foward 6 visits and $30 worth of their chicken, time to redeem my card. I ordered my food, got to the window, gave the card to the girl ,and she tells me that it's not good for what I orderd. The owner/manger came to tell me the same thing. I told him that his manger gave me that one because they were out of the right ones. The smart ass told me that they have tons of them (I didn't ask how many they had) he talked to me like I was trying to steal a chicken sanwhich from him. As a customer, to be treated like this, all because they ran out of the right card (and by the way they ran out of stickers the other manger signed the card 4out of 6 time with out the stamp.) I hope the manger/owner /rude guy figures out his system before this happens to someone else and PS. I'm not a theif and I can afford to buy a chicken sanwhich. I will make sure that everyone I come in contact will know about how you run your "chick- a -rip off"! Chick fil a employes are always friendly but today I seen an employee named Gabriel go over and beyond and was so nice to a group of teenage boys. The teenagers seemed shocked how thoughtful and friendly Gabriel was. They left with smiles on their faces. This put tears in my eyes. This is the best place to get fast food. The service is always as good as it gets with friendly workers and super fast delivery after your order. The food is really good ans they always give a good amount of chicken with any meal and sandwich. Also the sauces are all soo good and i can't go here without getting their lemonade. What was suppose to be a great lunch ended up being a huge disappointment. I've had a long morning & afternoon so I was really looking forward to going to chick fil a for lunch today to get my usual meal - spicy chicken sandwich, fries, cold drink and some chick fil a sauce for my sandwich. Typically, I check my bag before driving away but because I was exhausted and starving, getting home was the only thing on my mind. When I unpack my bag when I get home I see I have a spicy chicken sandwich, fruit and BBQ sauce. WOW. Not one but TWO things wrong with my order. I know things happen sometimes but that is just ridiculous. I said FRIES and CHICK FIL A SAUCE, not fruit and BBQ sauce. How do you mix that up? I ended up paying almost $9 for a meal I couldn't even enjoy. I didn't eat the fruit & my sandwich was not enjoyable without the sauce I wanted for it.
