Last time I was at this Chick-fil-A location was about three years ago when we were touring colleges around the country for my daughter. We got takeout only, but today I had more time so I did the "dine in" experience. Employees here are very polite. The menu is easy to read with good options. I opted to get the chicken tenders with waffle fries and a Sunjoy cherry berry drink. After you order, you find a place to sit they bring your meal to you when it's ready. It just so happened today that this location was celebrating their 9th birthday so they also had free chocolate birthday cake which they were distributing. I noticed right away is that the seating area was very clean. They had people coming around periodically to pick up all the trash and make sure everything was in orderly manner. They also had fresh flowers in vases on all the tables which is a nice touch, especially for a fast food facility. One of the managers came around and checked on all the customers asking if he could take your tray or "refresh" your drink. Today I spoke with Jimmy and he was very nice. Food was hot and tasty. Good quality chicken. The chicken tenders were cut from chicken breast and was juicy. Overall very good experience. I won't be going to this location any more. I never have these issues with any other chick fil a but this one. Their buns crumble to pieces. Also this location serves the smallest chicken patties for their chicken sandwhich. I received this and thought it was the breakfast patty. It was paper thin and didn't even cover the whole bun. I called and the manager offered for me to come in the next day and get a new one, it was the exact same size. We live right down the street and keep giving this location chance after chance, but at this point, I'm done. Almost every single time we come here, our order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Today was the last straw -- we were handed two full bags of food, neither of which was ours. We had to go back inside and wait for our entire order to be remade from scratch. This isn't a one-off mistake. It's a constant issue -- wrong drinks, missing items, incorrect sandwiches, and zero attention to detail. It feels like I have to double-check every single item myself just to make sure I'm not driving home with someone else's dinner. I shouldn't have to do their job for them. Chick-fil-A is known for quality and accuracy, but this location is failing hard. Did a quick drive through tonight for the peppermint chip shake. It was good. I expected it to be in a clear cup though as it seemed to be on advertisements and I think in the commercial. I don't typically make a habit of reviewing chain restaurants and big box stores because generally the brand is enough sustain their business. But - this CFA is our go-to location, and they truly do a great job. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful, they welcome us in and truly make us feel cared for. We typically bring a few rambunctious toddlers in, and they're met with smiles and high fives and superb service. Their play space is open for business, and really a great addition to our breakfast dates to burn off energy. read more

Pretty much the standard for all Chick-fil-A locations, but still...hats off to these guys. This location has a great play place for kids (as most locations do), and they have a few staffers who have been working there for years and are great to see every visit. Came here to grab food with my kids and best friend. From the moment we walked in amazing customer service. Was checked on to made sure we needed anything as well and having my wild boy sometimes going out can be rough but they made us feel so welcome and he got to run around and play so that was nice. As we were leaving they helped us out since my hands were full. Also on our way out a young boy ran after a car to give them something that was left behind. I was excited when a Chick-Fil-A opened within my regular "travel radius". I've had occasion to eat at this location several times in the past few weeks and have enjoyed it every time. I usually get the Chick-Fil-A deluxe meal (waffle fries with Chick-Fil-A sauce is a must) but once I got adventurous and had the chicken biscuit off the breakfast menu. My observations were that the chicken portion was a bit smaller than on the sandwich but the biscuit was fantastic! Save the time and go to another location. I hate to give one star to anyplace, but this location is horrible. Last night I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru lane! Seriously....that is not an embellishment. They were not even busy, yet I watched 6 cars go by my grandchildren and me (there are two drive thru lanes) while we sat.....and sat....and waited.....and waited. It was at least 6 or 7 minutes before anyone even came on the speaker to greet me. I was trapped in the lane and could not get out, so we were forced to sit......and sit......and wait.......and wait. When the girl finally came to the speaker she was extremely rude. I repeated a very simple order no less than 7 (SEVEN) TIMES. After the 7th time she asked me to "slow down" when ordering. I am old. I do not order fast. I am never in much of a hurry. But I did slow down my speech....and.....you guessed it.......she still got the whole order wrong lol. Please understand that I worked in the fast food industry for years, and I know first hand how challenging it can be and how rude customers can be. I really try to go the extra mile to be kind to folks who work the drive thru. I even tip fairly often at the drive thru. This, however, was some next level garbage that no one should have to deal with. The next time you think of going here, first imagine sitting for 25 minutes in the drive thru while car after car after car passes you in the other lane while someone is rude to you and messes up your order. I agree; the Chick-Fil-A sandwich is delicious. The filet is always cooked just right on the inside with the right amount of crunchy goodness on the outside. As an option, you can order the Kale salad instead of the fries. Yes, I did sub out the fries for kale; no there's nothing wrong with me! What really "wows" me about this place is the service. Amongst the various pictures on the wall of cows convincing people to "Eat Mor Chikin" an active staff member is coming around and asking how the meal is and if they can refill my drink? You don't see that at other fast food type places. The kids meals come with a nice prize. Last time I went, my son was given a Brain Quest flip game with science, math and geography questions. Before this past Saturday, I wasn't a lover of Chick-Fil-A, but I now am a true believer. I've been to one Chick-Fil-A on a business trip in Davenport, Iowa and it was an okay experience. The food was good but the price was pretty high. The ratio of yumminess to cost just wasn't high enough for me. My bro-in-law dragged me back to Chick-Fil-A, (this location), and it was a great experience. It was a tad pricey, (for me), but I promised him lunch wherever he wanted to go in exchange for helping me with picking up a couple things from Lowe's, which is right across the parking lot. We placed our order and the cashiers were very nice and patient with me since I haven't placed an order at a Chick-Fil-A in a few years and I didn't know what I wanted. Then literally 30 seconds later they bring it out to us while we were still trying to figure out where to sit. But don't let the speed fool you, the food was hot and fresh. I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo, which was roughly $7.50. I open the sandwich container and wow, there it was; a big, freshly-made spicy chicken sandwich. It was a beautiful site. I continued mowing it down in between sips of my tasty root beer and nibbles of my freshly cooked fries and before I knew it, it was all gone. I tried out a few of their dipping sauces, BBQ, Sweet and Spicy Sriracha, and their Chick-Fil-A sauce and all were unique in their own rights and very tasty. I felt compelled to write this review because of the injustice I see every time I drive past this fast food joint. I don't know what policies require young workers stand outside in all elements when there is a perfectly good drive-thru ordering system right there. I feel so bad for those poor employees. They don't get paid enough to suffer that, especially in the middle of summer and winter. Who thought this was okay? I can say that the food is **USUALLY** good (besides the skimping on sauce to save money. Seriously, what's up with that? For a business that prides itself on customer service, you certainly skip the essentials... but I digress). I am disappointed in this place. You value your customers more than you value your own employees--and this is coming from a previous employee of yours. I worked for you several years ago and it was apparent even then, based on how I was treated and paid, that you couldn't give half a damn about how I felt so long as I stayed working for you. The things I was forced to do to appease customers was incredibly demeaning.
