I'll be honest, this is the most disappointed I've ever been with a Chick-fil-A. This is my local Chick-fil-A and I frequent it often and every time I'm left wanting more. Not from the food quality, as Chick-fil-A is delicious and it has a bunch of awesome options. But from a customer service stand-point. Shocking really, as Chick-fil-A is KNOWN for it's customer service! But here in Ocoee, I feel that this is the biggest thing it lacks. I know this place gets busy for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I try to avoid the rushes. I can forgive some 'rushed' customer service during those hours, but 10am, 2pm and 8pm I should feel like I'm a 'bother' for asking for certain items to be left off my sandwhich. Or if I make a mistake don't make me feel bad and I have to profusely apologize to the counter because they have to remake. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with some management at the store and it's been met with some "oh that doesn't sound like us" type responses. It's a shame. Filthy! I love Chick-Fil-A, but this location does not meet the standards I am accustomed to. While waiting for my food, the location just didn't have the sparkle that most locations do. Then, the door swung open to the kitchen and you could see how filthy the floors were and with all the staff standing around socializing it was surprising. Such a disappointment. read more

Food here are always good. I only had problem once with a hair in my food, but that was like 3yrs ago. Manager handled it well. Today, I am here for lunch, food was great, however the service was little off. I was the only person ordering at the time. I ask to have my meal made large twice, but still end up with a small drink. When I ask the young lady I wanted a large, she gave me that dirty look as I was stupid. As soon as I got my new drink, another worker next to her, took out a lip gloss type grease and start applying it to her lips with her bare finger. She did not wash her hands and went back handle other people's food. Both of these young ladies need more training read more

Amazing service! Jacob and Austin helped me today. Jacob took my order and he was great. My 3 year old came running to me as I was ordering and said "daddy wants a strawberry shake" when in actuality my husband wanted an Oreo shake. When we got the shake my husband looked shocked and it seemed my toddler had a taste for strawberry. Austin gave us an Oreo shake in replacement. This is why I love chick-fil-a. They still use good old fashioned customer service and that is so refreshing in today's world. read more

Very slow service. Drive always long. Prices are very high what you get for your money. The price of a drink is so unreasonable. You are better of buying your drink in Speedway or 7Eleven. Condiments area very dirty and unorganized. It seems like the raise their price every month. read more

this used to be one of the best locations in the Southwest Orlando area. However, they have fallen short so many times in the last year. I order a lot of drinks from this location as well as others and if you don't have food in your order, they are not prioritizing. I usually order three for drinks and every single time at this location. I either have to go inside if I have a curbside order and ask where my order. I just left the drive-through line after waiting 20 minutes for my drinks. I ordered three, not because the line was long because I told them I had a mobile order very quickly however, it took them 15 minutes to bring it to my car after me asking two different times where my order was. They were pushing out everybody in the other line that had food but because I didn't have food they were just letting my drink water sit inside the window. This happens all the time. This place is my go to spot when I'm in need of a quick chicken fix. Their services are obviously fabulous. They don't question what type of sauces you get like how Mc Donald's does. The staff there are very nice and actually seem to want to be there rather than other fast food restaurants. Hands down, the best CFA I've ever been to. My husband said it was the best chicken sandwich he's had from any CFA and I was happy with my 6 piece (really 7) nugget and the freshest fries ever. I have always been a fan of Chick-Fil-A both for the great food they serve and for the business model they follow - that people NEED a day off - everyone, not just the management. Their chicken nuggets are great - according to my wife, our 2 5 year old nephews we were with this trip, and others. I love their spicy chicken myself - just with they had this in the nuggets as well! Yum yum!!! I have always been impressed with how they can move the crowds through, and they always seem to have a crowd - which says a lot. This particular Chick-Fil-A was exceptionally speedy. I put in the order, went to find a seat, and before I turned the corner to look for a set, some one behind me was calling my name - yep already ready! I am..... Impressed! Ordered the most simplest order ever and it can't be given to me correctly. This is NOT the first time something has happened to me at this location. It is through the drive through so they walk to the car and everything is rushed. So you just drive off trying to make it easier for them. I go literally every morning for a coffee and fruit or a chicken mini meal and they ALWAYS FORGET TO ASK YOU WHAT SAUCE YOU WANT. literally always. 9 times out of 10...the order is correct. The service is always great. The salads can have smaller pieces of lettuce. Don't get the unsweetened tea later in the day. Usually is sour when you get it. I'm getting frustrated with this location which happens to be the location closer to my house. In the past we have had bad experiences with drive thru ordering and food quality to which the mananger has invited us back several times and given us free stuff as encouragement to continue giving them a try but here we go again. I see they have other good reviews maybe we come here to often that it has increase our probability of being the unlucky ones. On to my complaint for the day. So this is not the first time this has happened to me where I bite into a chicken nugget and it has a gross dark gray fatty veiny center. I immediately threw up but not before taking a pic of the gross nugget. This is the first time I have ordered chicken nuggets in a year because the last time this happened to me I got so sick from the idea of what had been in my mouth I only ordered the grilled chicken recently but I figured I would give the nuggs a mother shot. I'm sure some of us can relate to having that one gross chicken nugget from McDonald's as a kid. Yea I just compared chick fil a to McDonald's based on declining quality with expansive gross. This is one of my favorite Chik Fila's. Their food is always really good. Also, they have always given me the correct order.

This location needs some serious work! We just recently moved into the neighborhood in April and this is now the nearest location to our home. I have frequented this location at least 4 times and every single time...there is something wrong with my order. I have never had issues with any other chick-fil-a location! I get that they are super busy, indicated by the line that's always wrapped around the building but this is ridiculous! They always have workers standing outside to expedite your order, which is great, but something is def wrong in the kitchen! Today I purchased the BBQ grilled chicken sandwich for my husband and a spicy southwest chicken salad for me. When I get home and open the bags I find a completely different sandwich and a salad w no chicken...like seriously how do you forget the chicken?! I call up immediately to express my disappointment and was told that I could drive back to the store to have my order fixed...as much as I appreciate the gesture...who really has time for that?! I come to chick-fil-a for the great food and awesome service, because that's what they are known for, but this store has become a big turn off! read more

Great service, great employees, great management and supervisor team! And of course great food! Was there tonight on 2/6/2015 and it was busy, busy, busy with lots of children and families all having a good time. They had the face painter there who is usually there on wednesdays.
