I've never had a bad experience at this Chik-Fil-A. You know the food is good when the inside is always full and the drive-thru is wrapped around the building. They have employees outside working the drive-thru to make it faster. I've never had to wait long no matter how long the line was. I've tried nearly everything on the menu and never had anything I didn't like. This is the best fast food you can find! Don't let a long drive-thru line discourage you. Came in here 15 minutes before closing. The staff was very friendly and our order came out quickly and correctly. One of the employees asked us if we needed refills and was attentive to us. I only have one complaint with this place in particular: When we arrived here, there was no one in line, yet we waited about five minutes to be served. The one employee working behind the counter was filling up about a half dozen drinks and told us that he would be right with us. He then asked one of his coworkers (who was sweeping the restaurant) to come and take our orders. However, that employee said he would be right there but was still too focused at his other job. Eventually, the manager took our orders. It may not be my place to say, but for a place that I feel prides itself on exceptional customer service, this was a minor error. He could have put down his task since it wasn't urgent and take our orders. This won't leave a sour taste in my mouth, but otherwise, this place is top notch. read more

This is a clean restaurant with fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that Chick-fil-A has dropped their magic addictive ingredient (peanut oil) that made their waffle fries stand out from the competition. Furthermore, they are closed on Sunday too, but both of these facts are corporate decisions and don't reflect from the local ownership or management, so I cannot take points away for that. Conclusion: Above average for fast food, fairly priced, good environment. read more

Most efficient drive thru Chic Fil A I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and my order is always correct

Arrived during the lunch rush. There was a very long line at the drive thru, and about 15 people in line inside. Both lines had people with iPad like devices taking orders ahead of the registers/microphone. Didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes to get thru the line inside and receive my order. Can't confirm drive thru but it was probably just as efficient. This location has their act together. Very organized. The order was accurate and delicious. read more

Unfortunately I have found this to be the slowest Chick-fil-a I've been too. They go back and forth between having table service and not having it. With the intro of the app it seems there are always people waiting to pick up food. I also am very disappointed in their chicken strips. It seems every time I come they get smaller and smaller. Pretty soon they may be bi nuggets. Staff are friendly and always apologetic if there are extensive delays. Closest one to where I love so I'll be back - I just hope they keep striving to improve. read more

As much as I would love to give a five star rating. I CAN NOT. I was definitely dissatisfied by my order everything was wrong. And then they had the nerve to just give me a chicken sandwich with everything except for the bun. Who does that? I will never visit this location again. I didn't receive anything that i asked for and then charged me $1.11 for a large drink that should have already been a large. I'm very disappointed in this establishment. read more

Great stop when on a long road trip. This location is very welcoming /clean and the employees are fantastic. I won't bore you with the mundane details but I will state that I ended up with 2 hot coffees because the first cup they gave me wasn't full(maybe 3/4 full) due to running low and the coffee pot still brewing. So they brought me out a 2nd cup free of charge when coffee was brewed! Score! And especially needed for our long, boring road trip ahead! Their ability to notice those kind of minute details in addition to having such high standards would keep me coming back. read more

Had a rude encounter with a worker named Brenda. When waiting in the drive through line, I was told to pull up to the booth where Brenda would help me. She asked for my payment and I went to hand her my card and she started to freak out that I didn't place my card in the cup she had in her hand. She had on no gloves. The whole encounter was very rude and unnecessary and she definitely did not need to wave a cup in my face. Once I dropped my card into the cup she walked 3 feet away to her booth and took the card out with her bare hands. No reason for her to freak out about touching my card when I hand it to her if she's just gonna grab it out with her bare hands and swipe it anyways. She then practically dumped the cup into my car window and my card onto my lap. A friend of mine is a manager at another location and he assured me that this is not protocol and she should definitely either have gloves on, or allow me to swipe my card myself. Not sure I agree with the queuing process in the drive through. I just ordered a cone only and got to the yellow queuing poles. Normally you would think every other car goes, right? Well for me, I started wondering when she held me for 5 cars, but I had to jump out and say something when she made me wait for the 8th car. I don't care WHEN the order was entered by the kids with the portable tablets, you DON'T keep a customer waiting to watch EIGHT cars go in front of them! Management needs to fix that and re-train otherwise you're gonna see a lot of upset folks!!! read more

When we pulled up the place was mobbed!!! We almost went somewhere else. But we stayed. They have a great system for dealing with crowds. Took my son here after school because he really likes this place. He got his food and looked at me like wtf is this. The fries were all butt pieces that were half burned and half droopy. The nuggets were a bit under cooked and looked just awful. Had the meal replaced and even after that it was the same issues. The quality control is non-existent at this location. Every table was dirty in the dinning room and it was 3 pm. In addition they converted the kids playground into an office, lol. Just a terrible experience overall and I felt bad for my son who looked like his dog died because of how disappointing his meal was 2 times in a row. Waste of $10 that went into the trash, literally. Next time he wants Chick-fil-A I'll take him to the mall at least there they seem to get things right. The problem is this location is too busy and doesn't care about quality control because there are so many customers to replace the upset ones that nothing really matters. Just a bummer. read more

Yes, I know it is fast food. And five stars? However, we stopped at this location for dinner going South (on Monday evening) and breakfast going North (on a Saturday). Both times the restaurant was very busy. We received our orders promptly and correctly both times. All the employees were friendly. The restaurant area was kept clean. The staff is so so. The food runners do not seem happy. The salad maker(s) is the worst. The lettuce is bad, and they place it at the bottom of your salad container. Check it out and see. It is gross! I guess most people do not check well but I do. Today is the second time I was not satisfied with their salad. I mostly eat their salads. I especially like them from the Tampa, Dale Mabry locations, but I live in Ocala! This location is really falling down on the salads. This will be my last time eating there! read more
