This location is always busy and is close to the I-75 ramp. I decided to stop by during the lunch around 11:30am so thankfully the drive thru was not bad at all. The new seasonal items have been calling my name and I needed to try them before they leave the menu in March. My attendant was super nice and funny as we chatted it up a bit during my order. I really like the service at this location as they embody the Chickfila value of the friendly, helpful, and efficient service. I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich with a kale crunch salad as my side and the key lime lemonade. I know the waffle fries are always a must but I wanted something a bit healthier for lunch. The drive thru wasn't bad and my food came out in about 5 mins and was fresh. I was looking forward to trying this sandwich out! First off, I was disappointed that the bun was not toasted hence why my food came out so quickly. It definitely knocked off a few points from the sandwich. However, the spicy grilled filet is very well seasoned and has a great kick to it. When you add the cilantro lime sauce, it really elevates it. I think like the honey roasted BBQ sauce that comes with the OG grilled chicken sandwich - this sauce perfectly compliments the sandwich. The sauce has almost a light garlic taste but very savory and addicting like that avocado ranch dressing. The key lime lemonade was not too sweet but tangier than the OG lemonade and I think I actually prefer the key lime one for the spring/summer season, so I hope that they consider bringing it back in the future. The attendant did recommend to me to try the frosted lemonade with the key lime before the menu ends so I'll definitely be back for that sweet treat! Overall, I had a great experience at this location several times and really love that the quality of the food is fresh. I was traveling with my family and we wanted a quick bite to eat and we love chic fil a. But this chic fil a was not a great experience. First off there was no cash register or a place at the counter to pay so a worker checked us out on her mobile thing. I don't know what people do if they're paying with cash. While the restaurant looked new and clean the service was not good. We waited quite a while and they even gave people their orders who had ordered after us. Can't order at the counter and were told to order at the table. Well, there was a "Scan Here For Menu" sign that would notify a server. Server never noticed us. We decided to place the order online and give the table number, but servers were down. I get that's not a restaurant-specific issue, but that meant we had to rely on the servers noticing us. Another employee who was cleaning tables and resetting tables saw us clearly impatient and asked us if we got our orders in. This was, like, after 20 minutes of waiting. We said no. So, he, kindly, went to the waitress and told her that we've been waiting for a while. We FINALLY got our orders in after that time. I don't understand why we couldn't just order at the counter. We were already there. Scanning the QR code at the table to notify staff didn't even work. It took another employee to notice we've been sitting here for ages to get someone for us. What a disaster. As of writing, it has been another 20 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. It feels like it's all disorganized and all of these QR codes and servers being down is causing chaos. There are people who ordered after us who got their food. It feels like there is no order at all. What's the point of all of these fancy ways to order if it just causes more confusion? When we are traveling we always try to look for a Chick-fil-A at lunch time. So when we saw the sign for this location we had to stop. Very convenient and right off the interstate. They don't have a parking lot delivery so we ordered on the mobile app and we were directed to the drive-in line to pick up our order. As usual with most locations the lines were long, but moved very quickly. We got in line and were greeted by a friendly employee. We told him we had a mobile order so he put a number on our windshield and thanked us for the business. We moved through the line quickly and in no time we were on our way with our complete order. With this kind of service there is no doubt we'll continue to make a Chick-fil-A our lunch stop as we travel. read more

This was the Disney of Chikfila stores. Everything was thought of. The customer service was next level. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. It did not feel like fast food service, it was beyond that. The shift lead or manager even led the store in a "happy birthday" song for a kid celebrating. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I contacted the corporate office and cares about filing a dispute, and the location off 75 shows 1.3 mile, but the reality is 0.3 . The manager Geraldo is completely unprofessional and behind the counter on a Friday night, taking selfies instead of doing their job, and there is a packed dining room. To note, we ordered for our community group in another city and never received this type of treatment. Specifically asked if they can make our order over because it was cold this is due to the mishandling of the rest exits markers on the off ramp of the 75 south freeway not clearly or correctly marked with the distance . This is completely unacceptable, and I will contact the corporare office and some outlet media if this is not properly dealt with .Maybe congressional offices of Kat Cammack or Daniel Webster would like to know how unacceptable this experience was. They put a "number" sheet on your windshield when you order so the drive through knows what order goes with what car. I've never seen that at a Chick-fil-a before, but it seems to work for them. I find it hard to ding a CFA because they're all just so darned nice. I don't know of one that has been less than four stars and this one is an easy five. so this is a Chick-fil-A so not everything is going to be bad, the place is nice inside, everything is clean, the employees are polite. But I just got nuggets and fries and the fries were so tough that my jaw actually hurts from chewing them, and the nuggets were also kind of tough. If I HAVE to eat fast food, 90% of the time I opt for Chick-fil-A or should I say Chick-fil-AZY because that is just what they have been at multiple locations that I've visited in various cities. Day 3 of eating Chick-fil-A on my road trip and this location really disappointed me to the max. I'm not sure what has been going on lately with Chick-fil-A but this is the 2nd location to totally forget to put any of my condiments in the bag. I asked for 3 polys, 2 ketchups and a straw. None of it was in the bag. Fries were warm and limp, my large was actually a medium. It looked like they had been eaten. I brought this to one of the worker's attention and they gave me a small fry to compensate and the missing condiments. The filet on the chicken sandwich was an ok size and thickness but it too was just warm, soggy breading and had a funny taste. The line was nearly spilling into the roadway so how did I end up with barely warm, not fresh food, that clearly sat under the warmer for hours baffled me. I refused to get back in the line or go inside so I called to speak with a manager, she was kind and offered a remake and someone would bring it out but I didn't want anymore food from them at that point so she refunded my entire order. We stopped here on a road trip. I love Chick-fil-A because you can count on them being consistent and that certainly was the case here! The restaurant was clean (including the restrooms) and the staff was friendly and efficient. My husband got a chicken biscuit sandwich and it was nice and hot and tasty as usual. I primarily follow a low carb/ keto lifestyle so I asked for their breakfast sandwich with no biscuit. I also got it with grilled chicken instead of the breaded and friend chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to have them put it in a bowl for me, making it easy to eat with a fork and knife. It was also nice and hot and full of flavor. I recently stopped at this Chick-Fil-A on they way home from Disneyworld. It was a Monday at lunch time, and they were very busy so we opted to eat in. We found a table near the playground and placed a mobile order. When our order was ready they notified me that their ice cream machine was down and they would not be able to make our milkshakes. Jeromy offered to refund me, or to send me three shakes through my Chick-Fil-A app for a future visit. I opted for the latter, although I wasn't sure how that worked. Four days later I received an email and a notification on my Chick Fil A app that I had been sent three milkshakes for use at any location. So I popped down to the one in Baton Rouge, and added the shakes to my mobile order couldn't have been easier. Absolutely worst run Chick-fil-a on the planet. One hour stuck in their ridiculously run drive through. Word of caution, if you go through the front and wait in what appears to be their line, you'll wonder why it moves so slow. That's because they allow cars from the Home Depot traffic to come in through the back and cut the line while the line from the highway continually backs up. I'm sure this could be fixed up but instead, they let customers sit in line for an hour and get pissed.
