This location is always busy and is close to the I-75 ramp. I decided to stop by during the lunch around 11:30am so thankfully the drive thru was not bad at all. The new seasonal items have been calling my name and I needed to try them before they leave the menu in March. My attendant was super nice and funny as we chatted it up a bit during my order. I really like the service at this location as they embody the Chickfila value of the friendly, helpful, and efficient service. I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich with a kale crunch salad as my side and the key lime lemonade. I know the waffle fries are always a must but I wanted something a bit healthier for lunch. The drive thru wasn't bad and my food came out in about 5 mins and was fresh. I was looking forward to trying this sandwich out! First off, I was disappointed that the bun was not toasted hence why my food came out so quickly. It definitely knocked off a few points from the sandwich. However, the spicy grilled filet is very well seasoned and has a great kick to it. When you add the cilantro lime sauce, it really elevates it. I think like the honey roasted BBQ sauce that comes with the OG grilled chicken sandwich - this sauce perfectly compliments the sandwich. The sauce has almost a light garlic taste but very savory and addicting like that avocado ranch dressing. The key lime lemonade was not too sweet but tangier than the OG lemonade and I think I actually prefer the key lime one for the spring/summer season, so I hope that they consider bringing it back in the future. The attendant did recommend to me to try the frosted lemonade with the key lime before the menu ends so I'll definitely be back for that sweet treat! Overall, I had a great experience at this location several times and really love that the quality of the food is fresh. Hopefully next time, my sandwich bun will be toasted and not just taken out of the bag and given to me to cut down on the drive thru times.

A nice picture of our food.

Can't order at the counter and were told to order at the table. Well, there was a "Scan Here For Menu" sign that would notify a server. Server never noticed us. We decided to place the order online and give the table number, but servers were down. I get that's not a restaurant-specific issue, but that meant we had to rely on the servers noticing us. Another employee who was cleaning tables and resetting tables saw us clearly impatient and asked us if we got our orders in. This was, like, after 20 minutes of waiting. We said no. So, he, kindly, went to the waitress and told her that we've been waiting for a while. We FINALLY got our orders in after that time. I don't understand why we couldn't just order at the counter. We were already there. Scanning the QR code at the table to notify staff didn't even work. It took another employee to notice we've been sitting here for ages to get someone for us. What a disaster. As of writing, it has been another 20 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. It feels like it's all disorganized and all of these QR codes and servers being down is causing chaos. There are people who ordered after us who got their food. It feels like there is no order at all. What's the point of all of these fancy ways to order if it just causes more confusion? What happened to just ordering at the counter in line and getting a table marker ourselves? What a nightmare.

The least efficient CFA I've ever been to. Long lines and employees are just waiting around.

Yolanda was waiting at the order desk with a smile, greeting and a back story of their journey to Florida. She also went over the menu and was very precise in explaining specials, popular items, etc. Our group of four ordered 2 single patty burgers and 2 double patty burgers; all with fries and a drink. Please note, this is a CASH ONLY facility. If you don't have cash on hand, they do have an ATM on the property. As we found a seat and waited for our fresh made burgers, there is a GIANT screen TV playing great white shark documentaries to pass the time...Remeber, it's real food being cooked to order Also, I would encourage you to check out all the shark paraphernalia that adorns the walls. Burgers hot, fries crisp and drinks ice cold...we all dug in. Let me tell you, the 2 patty burger is fork and knife worthy! Juicy meat, soft bun and toppings crisp. Our table was silent for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone came up for air ... excellent burger for sure! Please be aware; you will be fully satisfied upon leaving and I guarantee you'll be back! I know Jaws Jumbo Burger will be our mid Florida stop as we come and go in/out of the state.

They have a deal for $8.99 where it's a single burger, fries and maybe a drink. We both ordered a big burger, fries and at least one soda. It was probably around $35. Our fault we should have ordered one big burger and then get the $8.99 deal to keep costs down. We took some home bc there was 1/2 of the big burger home.

The wife and I were shopping in the area and were excited to try out The Great Greek Mediterranean…read moreGrill today, a Thursday around 11am. When we walked in the door there were no customers but a couple of employees at the counter putting together orders. We walked up to the counter to browse the menu. We could tell there must have been some large orders come in as the employees seemed very busy working with their backs to us. Apparently so busy that they didn't think to say, "Hi", or "Welcome in!"- literally said nothing to us. I asked my wife loud enough for the workers to hear, "Are we ready to order? and she replied "Yes" for them loud enough to hear. Still, that wasn't enough to get the workers to stop what they were doing to help us with our orders, so we walked over to the self-serve kiosk to get our orders in. We considered dining in but weren't sure how long it would take, so we ordered as Take out to be on the safe side. I clicked the button for a printed receipt but couldn't figure out where it printed after I did that. We decided to go sit down. At this point we had been there about 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement from the employees working. I've worked in the service industry before (and continue to do so in a corporate environment), so I understand what a rush is like but I also understand that you're to make customers/clients feel welcome and heard- neither of which we felt at The (Not) Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. As we waited, other customers were coming in. Seemed like some regulars and others didn't seem to have as much trouble getting the employees to communicate with them. Another 10 mins or so go by and I started to notice about 4 different people receiving their orders who had come in after us, so I went to the counter to ask the status on ours. The female employee seemed irritated that my question pulled her away from what she was doing but she looked up our orders anyway. Said ours would be up in a few mins, so I said thanks and I let her know that I clicked "Print receipt" on the kiosk but wasn't sure where I was supposed to get it. She pointed to where it was supposed to come out but it wasn't there and shrugged. I said ok, and sat back down with my wife to wait for our food. At this point, I was irritated with the service and didn't want to dine in anymore. We got our food and left. I received a text to share my experience, and I shared what I'm writing here with the restaurant mgr or owner. I received a text back that they were sorry that my wife and I didn't feel welcomed or acknowledged during our visit. The mgr or owner mentioned it was disappointing that the kiosk and service didn't meet our expectations. They did say they appreciated the feedback, so they could improve and would love the chance to provide better care that we deserve in the future. Maybe I'm being too critical/out of line but if that was my business, I would offer a free lunch or something of value to try and make it right. I let them know that too. We go to restaurants for good food, good service, and good people. When someone has a bad experience, I'd be doing whatever I could to earn that business back. This is not a place we are planning on going back to.
