They lost a LONG time customer tonight. I have been eating Chick-fil-A since the early 80's. Tonight I we had ordered food via their App for curbside pickup. The app said the order was ready as we drove in. We parked in one of curbside pickup parking spots. in about 30 mins the other customers getting pick up had been served. A worker finally brought food to use but it wasn't our order. the employed asked us the name the order was under. They said they would go look for the order. They NEVER came back. After another 20 we went inside but the place was busy and it took some more time to talk to someone. They re-entered our order over and we had to wait more to be prepared. We finally had our food but not our drinks. They were siting on a counter. We gave up on them and went. No one have offered to the comp the meal. We got home and the food cold and disgusting. The good: Service was good on a packed lunch crowd inside and outside in the drive. The chicken sandwich was good, the waffle fries were not bad, had worse, had better but they were fine. The bad: I'm sure I've never had a worse Sprite in my life. It tasted like flat water, super flat water. I had it to go so I couldn't bring it up and wasn't going to drive back there because of pop but it was really flatter than a pancake. read more

Consistently yummy and fresh chicken. The frosted coffee is pretty tasty. The chick fil a sauce is a ballpark home run.

This "fast food" joint has it down to a science PLUS a step above the rest. Besides the quality in the food for the price ( not to mention the food you get matches the pictures of what you ordered), the facility is clean and they welcome you by name at the drive up window. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's just a little something extra that goes a long way. Having a family of five usually leads to dropping a ton of dough at the drive thru. If I'm going to spend my hard earned cash for "fast food," it's going to be here from now on. read more

Chick-fil-a is a great fast food option if your looking to get a tasty, quick meal. I always enjoy their food here and their sauce is awesome. This last trip we stopped by on a Saturday over lunch time, so it was obviously busy. The cashiers were very efficient and we didn't wait long for our food. The overall service was good, everyone was very polite. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was good. My recommendation to Chick-fil-a's in general is having a self serve drink station. Currently, the drink station is behind the counter so customers are not able to help themselves. It's not too much of a trouble when first ordering, however the line continues to get clogged and longer with people just waiting for a refill. I think ordering wpuld go much faster if they had the drinks self serve like the other similar fast food places. read more

First day for new opening. Traffic into Chick-filla was endless. Very well organized opening day set up. Good presence of staff and personel. Food was fresh and hot. Order was correct. Management did a great job preparing for opening day! Very impressed!! read more

Finely went to see what the big hoopla was all about. It was ther later at night so not too busy 9ish and was greeted very friendly at the drive thur. Ordered the chicken with cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickles. I asked for some mayo on it but was told they do not put it on but will give a packet. Friendly staff but again asked why they cant put mayo on and was told "its just faster for them if they don't"......Did not know a swipe of mayo would take that much time..oh well.. read more

It was snowing out and the drive thru was packed, however the workers were kind and quick. There were easily 15 cars ahead of me and it took maybe 10-15 minutes. All of our food was still hot and yummy. Seems to me like we will be going back again shortly. read more

Had a horrible experience. The girl in the window gave my bag of food and drink to the car ahead of me by mistake. The woman in the car could be seen going through the bag which included fries, which is an open container. That woman also could be seen taking a drink. The woman handed the food bag and drink back to the girl in the window. The food bag and drink were set next to the open window. I drove up, paid, and was given that same food bag and drink from the other car. I refused it and called for the manager. A younger woman came to speak with me and explained that it is the store policy that upon such a mistake, nothing is thrown away. The food is supposed to be placed into a new bag and the same drink is supposed to be poured into a new cup. How is this allowed? The manager said she poured me a new iced tea, but upon taking the drink from the girl I noticed that there was no ice at all. The manager said that the ice melts because the tea is warm. The ice does not melt in seconds. That is bull. I'm calling HQ as well as the authorities on this place first thing Monday morning. Avoid Chick fil A at all cost. read more

First time at Chick- Fil-A since it opened. The drive thru seemed busy so I figured my wait time would be a while, it wasn't. Got in and ordered and I hadn't even chosen a table by the time my food was ready. Also had workers ask if I needed a refill and offered to throw my tray away. I am so happy that we finally got a Chick-Fil-A. I have been there numerous times since the grand opening and the staff has always been very polite and helpful. They come around to the tables to get you refills or anything else you might need. The food is always hot and fresh. Well my first time here was yesterday at lunch. We got 2 Chicken sandwiches and nothing else. We got back to work and it wasn't our order. So I called and the person on the phone was awesome and so kind. They took my name and number and I got 2 free dinners. So I went back after work told my story and again so kind. This is my favorite fast food place. They seem to use quality ingredients and the restaurant is always clean. The trip through the drive thru is also always quick. I was one of the 1st 100 at this restaurant, which was a blast! I have stopped by for breakfast and dinner once in their first week. The service will top anything that you are used to in the Bloomington-Normal area. Staff are always polite, courteous, and genuinely nice. The food has been fantastic both visits. For dinner we had the fried chicken sandwiches, with waffle fries & fresh lemonade. In my opinion this is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. For breakfast I had a chicken biscuit, which has a large portioned piece of fried chicken on it. The price is very reasonable! The only complaint I have heard so far is that they do not have cheese available for the fries. What a great experience, and hope y'all try Chick-Fil-A! read more

The food usually comes out quick, and the employees are generally friendly. However an employee lied about giving change back to my family member (she said she did and she didn't- we ended up getting our change back after a manager got involved). Other than that haven't had any real issues with the employees. I had an issue with my food once and the owner, April was courteous about it and I had my meal replaced. Also they didn't answer their phone once when I needed to speak to someone and I left a voicemail and it took seven hours for them to call back. Overall it's pretty good but it's one of those places you'll get sick of if you eat it too much. read more

Went to this location yesterday WORSE experience of my life. the costumer service was horrible. My food took way too long to be prepared and when i received it my fries we're hard and over cooked. i love Chick-Fil-a but this location is terrible nothing like the other franchises i will never come to this one again. read more

At first I was super excited to have this in town. Went today and got 2 sandwiches, both were super soggy with grease. Neither the girl taking my order or the guy at the window asked me for sauce and didn't realize that until I got home. The food comes up very fast and has always tasted great. I eat at this location quite often and it never dissapoints. The one thing I don't like is the parking. You have to walk through the drive-thru line to get inside. read more
