I don't like that they only give a pickle and charge for lettuce and tomato. The malted is okay. Crispy chicken is like pre chewed and fried. They have grilled chicken wraps with salad. I've always been a huge Chick-fil-A fan, so when I randomly passed this one while walking down the streets of NYC, I knew I had to stop in for lunch. This place was absolutely packed when I walked in on a Monday afternoon at 2pm, and the order took a solid 10mins of waiting for it to finally come out. There wasn't much room to seat either, as all the tables were filled up. So I wound up awkwardly sitting directly across from someone at the long table with bar stools. Ordered the Chick-fil-A Deluxe meal with fries and a drink ($12.19). Everything came out perfectly, and was delicious as always. I had the chick-n-strips for the first time today and even though they were much smaller than I expected, they were very good, super fresh. They're just a slightly bigger nugget really. Well fans of the chain know that little happy chicken anticipation feeling you get when you know you're about to eat here and that just doesn't happen. The quality of the chicken just isn't as good. Whether it's the spicy chicken sandwich, the tenders, or the cobb salad. The flavor is just off, the texture sometimes is too. I've been at different times, on different days, and it's consistently meh. The environment is definitely hectic, you enter into different doors for mobile orders vs. in person orders and the lines are still long, but they move fairly fast. They don't let you help yourself to sauce but they will give you however much of whatever you want if you ask. Napkins are all the way back by the front door instead of by the register or the tables and there's no way to spot them without asking - and they don't give them to you with your to-go order automatically. The employees are really nice like they are at every location and I always go out of my way to be super cheerful right back at them, it can't be easy doing that in the city, but I'm not coming back to this location because of the quality of the food. read more

This Chick Fil A is in a convenient location on 8th Ave. The set up inside is a little unique. You walk up the ramp to wait in line and order. I came during an off-peak meal time so I only waited a few minutes, but from other reviews, it looks like it can get pretty busy.
