This is difficult for me to post but honestly this was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. This might have to do with the fact that the restaurant almost always has amazing customer service. Here's why I gave it a one star. Food quality: Normally getting a well done sandwich leads to an amazing fresh sandwich... Somehow this got messed up and the chicken was dry. Also, my drink cup had a hair inside the lid... Service: Normally one is greeted by overly positive service. However the lady seemed a bit annoyed with us. I know this may seem hard to believe, but the proof for me was when a person in my group was ordering a Oreo strawberry shake. The lady rang it up wrong (this is understandable). Second drink we got had no strawberry and only Oreo. So finally I receive the (3rd) shake and the lady tells me that there was one pump of strawberry in it but we didn't taste it. While I know it doesn't sounds too terrible and it wasn't like she voiced frustration, I felt uncomfortable ordering another item later. Bathroom: It just wasn't clean. The employees at the Nacogdoches Chick-fil-A location always go above and beyond good customer service. I love that I can drive thru in the morning and grab breakfast quickly, they seriously have their stuff together. This is the only place in town that I can go get a good breakfast in a timely fashion without having to worry about being late for work. The food is always great, and the service is always friendly and helpful. This morning they even added some extra vanilla in my iced coffee to make me happy, and it tasted delicious! I have never been so disappointed and let down by any Chick-fil-A before, until this place. Of the two times I've gone: 1.) They told me so couldn't get crispy chicken in my salad only grilled bc it was during lunch hour....aka "rush hour". I'm sorry - but you're not having to make a batch of crispy chicken for the salad - it's already made. Y'all literally sell chicken tenders already. How hard is it to place THAT in the salad instead of grilled? 2.) Like and idiot I went back weeks later to try and get a salad again. It 7pm-ish, and well past their "rush hour". After placing my order at the drive thru, I move up and pay, they move up expecting to get my salad. Bc frankly - ANY other location would have had it ready. Instead, I was told to move up to let other customers behind me get their meals (never have I ever been asked to do that at any other of their locations - especially over such a simple order - A SALAD!). So I do - no big deal, UNTIL about 4-5 cars behind kept driving right past me with bags full of food. After waiting a while for (again) A SALAD l, and seeing all these other people behind me get their orders - I decide to get off to see what could possibly be taking so long?! Were they somewhere harvesting fresh romaine lettuce for my salad? The answer is NO. I went inside only to find my order just sitting there on the counter with zero intentions of being dropped off at the location they told me to move to. Needless to say - this has been VERY disappointing. This location has tarnished Chick-Fil-A's reputation to say the least. I used to think so highly of them. Disappointed.. I've been to Chick-Gil-a at 11am before they still would serve breakfast when the line was packed.. Today I had a glucose blood test that I couldn't eat anything since yesterday evening, and I've literally been sick to my stomach all morning because I'm pregnant without food. We stopped in at 9:21 ... the restaurant closes at 10:00 ... the rudeness of some of the staff acted as if we came in at 10:30. I never, ever thought I would say that the staff was rude at a Chick-fil-a or that the restaurant wasn't clean... but it was terrible. The placed our drinks right by an open tub of cleaner. Wow!! The Nacogdoches Chick-fil-A on North St. have exceptional customer service! We stopped by for breakfast and my son spilled his drink EVERYWHERE. It was all over the floor, ruined his food, which he had not even eaten (we were getting it to go), they told us not to worry about it and replaced his drink AND food free of charge!!! Who does this act of kindness anymore?!?! They would not take any money for the replacement. They will always have our business when we pass by!! We definitely recommend this location to everyone. This chick fil a location in particular has the best service I've ever seen in any fast food, or slow food restaurant ever. The owner, Ramsey Parr tops it all off, for example on the hottest day of the year when there is a lot of service and people have to take orders, Ramsey is right out there with them. Unlike other owners who just say what to do, and then the employees to get the dirty work done. Overall, in my opinion this is the best Chick Fil A in the U.S.A. read more
