Probably the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been in. There are fresh flowers on every table. The kids all get a balloon. The employees where the nicest I have EVER seen. I actually felt good when i left. The manager brought over a high chair, they brought out my food and drinks. There was a lady with condiments, mints and napkins asking if we needed anything or if she could get us a refill. We went to Chick-fil-A tonight around 9:15 and it was the worse experience ever. My husband attempted to order a deluxe Chicken sandwich combo, to be told that they were out of spicy. Then I ordered chicken tortilla soup only to receive a Luke warm bowl of beans NO CHICKEN nor tortilla or cheese, just a large bowl of lukewarm beans When I went to report the issue it was several employees standing around not acknowledging that I was there. Finally a lady comes from the back and points me out to the others. When I told the young lady about my soup minus chicken, she stated let me see if it is supposed to have chicken. Been to this Chick-fil-A a few times for lunch but never thought about breakfast here. I attended a class for my work and they catered the breakfast & boy was I impressed! I decided to stop this morning & try it out. This store has such a friendly staff that turn out the food fast. I had the chicken bites when I was at the class (which are addicting) so today I got the breakfast burrito. It was awesome! The service was unusually poor. The food and beverage were shoved towards me with nary a thanks. As to the order, the food was incorrect and part of it--the hash rounds were undercooked and cold. Yep, another fine Chick Fil A experience. The thing I like best about Chick-fil-A is challenging my kids to try to out-courtesy the staff at a Chick-fil-A. Which can't be done, of course, but the experience is the point. They have to work at it to try to be more courteous than the staff only to find out what a pleasure it is to have that kind of conversation. Doesn't matter how many cars are in line- could be wrapped around the building and on the street- they will still have your food ready faster than any fast food restaurant in America. Order on the app and tell them your name in the drive thru line. It makes things much faster. read more

I just sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes and watched them serve 3 customers past their 10pm close time. When it was my turn to order, the last car in the drive thru, all of the sudden they were closed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I just watched you help 3 people past 10pm and now, when the last car is ready to order they can't because "they're not allowed to." Now I understand you close at 10pm, but why continue to help people past 10 just to turn the last customer in the drive thru down? Very poor customer service. I like that they have a gluten free bun, even though it is the worst gluten free bun I have ever had. The options of fast gluten free food that you can eat while driving are very limited. I have found if you add mayo, it makes it somewhat edible. At this location I went to the condiment bar to get some mayo and they were out so I went to the counter and asked for some. The cashier said to get it from the condiment bar and I told her they were out and instead of giving me a pack of mayo she told me to go to the other condiment bar. Wouldn't it have been easier to just give me a pack of mayo than to send me to the opposite side of the store? I know she has been trained because everyone got the "have a blessed day" and "it's my pleasure" crap but do they train them to make your experience easy and fast? Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. Extreme slow service despite not busy. 15 minutes to get food. They walked around the restaurant to find me while I waited at the pick up counter.....where you are supposed to be. However being a local to the boro this is one of the busiest Chick Fil A's I've ever seen, so likely they had to wait because there was who knows how many people ordering at once. I personally know the Cathy family; I have been to their home in Hampton. They would not be happy to know a Chick-Fil-A pulled the stunt they did on me tonight. I purchased a sandwich and large fry through the drive through. True, they were very busy - - cars were waiting out on the road to enter the parking lot and drive through. When I got home, I was dismayed to find the large fry box was filled up with tiny broken pieces like hash browns. Three or four whole waffle fried were propped on top. If they were out of fries, they should have said so, not scraped the bottom crumbs of the tray just to fill up a box and send out "fries." This was just plain dishonest. I tried to call and let the manager know. All that was available was voice mail. Maybe the manager needs to check on what his employees are serving up. Of course, they gave me no receipt, so I could not identify the young man who handed me this bogus sandwich and fries. Shame on the manager of this location! Perhaps there is a reason you are hiding from the customers! Maybe you need to answer your phone some time! read more
