Although this isn't my favorite place, my husband adores it. I like that they make a real effort to be healthy. They have eat-in and drive-thru options at this location. I'm a fan of their salads and I've noticed that the quality of chicken in the salads has improved recently. Orders are always accurate here and the staff is really friendly. This is also a clean establishment in a solid location. It's a great alternative to the nearby Arby's. Like all Chick-Fil-A locations, it's not open on Sundays. I respect the owners' religious beliefs, but I have to say I find it funny to watch people stop here in suits on their way home from church only to find that the establishment is closed. It must be nice for their employees to always have one weekend day off--that is extremely considerate. read more

Love it ! we stop every time we can when in the area..staff awesome food great.. I got strip meal and hit the BOGO sale for sweet tea !! Two gallons for price of one ! Try their Polynesian sauce if you have not on their chicken. Its a slightly different take on the regular sweet and sour everywhere else .. The ketchup packets are great too ..Three times normal size and you can dip with the container or squeeze out the top ..great design i dont know why other places have picked up this idea! read more

Cashing in a buy-four-get-one-free card from Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite feelings. Not only do I get a free sandwich complete with pickles, but I enjoy the self-validation of actually being able to find something in my purse. It's me at my most grown-up. This location provides a really great place to either pump up or refuel before or after a long shopping outing to Jo-Ann's, T.J. Maxx, Target, DSW, or Wegman's (or all of the above). It's clean, there's tons of seating, and they give me all the honey from behind the counter I want (I like mixing my ketchup with honey to make the best dipping sauce on the planet. It's a Chick Fil A. If you don't like their food, skip it. If you do, however, this is the finest I've seen. Sparkling clean, orderly, very fast. They have wifi and double lane drive through. Inside, they take your name with the order and find you out if you get away from the counter. Half the time, someone comes and buses my table for me as soon as they see me start to clean up. They have a nice kids playground if you have kids. It is not stellar, but the munchkins will be happy with it all the same. The bathrooms are always clean and neat, even the men's room. For a Chick Fil A, it is about as fine an eating experience as you can have. read more

Extremely friendly cashier named Jenn insisted on having a new salad made for me after I ordered one of the new salads with grilled chicken and discovered it has blue cheese on it. Not a tone of frustration at all. "We want you to enjoy your salad and come back, not the opposite," she said. I'll be back. Greeted by everyone who came within a few feet of me, I got my new, blue cheese'less salad and left. Jenn also offered to top off the drink I was sipping while I waited. The salad was fresh and quite tasty. Not as good as the Southwest Salad, but it full of strawberries and blueberries plus some mixed nuts over mixed greens and grilled chicken. We have ordered from Chick-Fil-A a thousand times, and this was our first bad experience. They completed messed up our order and we cannot reach them by phone! Make sure you check your bags! I experienced a rude manager, did not catch his name but I was trying to redeem my rewards and I noticed I did not receive my items so we went back thinking it would be no problem because we had the receipt and the app showing that I redeemed the points for a sandwich and a drink. He then was speaking to us rudely, saying we could just pay for it when i already used my reward and he was on my phone trying to use my points when i already had redeemed it. He ended the conversation with a rude "I am not going to argue with you any more" but I got the items in the end and was pleased with regular order sandwich and a drink. read more

I ordered online thru door dash and when I received my order we were missing my daughter's nuggets. I immediately called chick Fil a and got the Manager on duty. She answered like I was disturbing her and when I told her about the missing item, in a pissy tone she said call door dash. When I asked why as I ordered from them, she said again with a pissy tone, cause we check all our bags before they leave and that was it. My new lunch favorite!! I've only used the drive-thru but trust me when I say that this Chick-fil-A serves good food + has one of the friendliest staff! I come here around 12 and order my go-to grilled chicken sandwich with a side of greek yogurt + fruit + granola (SO GOOD!!). I like their food and I've been going for a while. And in that time I've noticed that management is very unprofessional and poorly treats employees. I feel bad for the workers sometimes cause I see the management is tough on them. I also think they should reevaluate who they hire. UPDATE: Currently i am at chick-fil-A and it is downpouring right now. they have their workers out in the weather. I opened my window for a second and the car got soaked but that's not what i'm worried about, they brought the girls out ponchos while management stands inside and looks out the windows and laughs. Usually I have no problems with this location, but there is a first for everything. If you ever get the cashier Maria Rivera make sure you have her repeat the order back to you because otherwise it will come out all screwed up. She apparently can't hear very well, I spoke very clearly when ordering but she still gave me the wrong food. So in the space of 10 minutes I had to wait in-line twice, pay twice, wait of food, and not once, in anyway was she pleasant to deal with. read more

This is a review from a former employee. I would not recommend anyone take a dining room hostess position at this location because the person who you work alongside is a very nasty difficult person. This person has zero patience and criticized me every day. This is not healthy in any workplace or on the human spirit. All the other people working at this location were nice to me. I quit the job after one month because I could not work with this person, I am sorry to say. You know, you do your best and sometimes it's just not good enough. Nobody deserves that. I think management needs to talk with this person about attitude. Customer service should also extend to your coworkers. read more

The other day around 9 I went to get food from here. I always love getting food at chick Fil a, but to my dismay the person who took my order named "Kat" at the intercom was the same person who took my money at the window and also the same person who gave me my food. It surprised me that this girl and many others are able to do this with out messing up my order. It isn't the first time that I've seen her do it as well as the other ones but I guess I only realized it that night how hard these people work. I want to say that if you're going to go to any chick Fil a, this would be the one to be at. I don't know what they're doing to train their employees so well but whatever it is, other fast food restaurants need to start taking notes. read more

I've been a big fan of Chik-Fil-A Cobb salads for a couple of years. Recently, however, the quality has take a big downturn. The "bacon" is some kind of chewy, smoke-flavored gristle, and the amount of black beans & roasted corn has dwindled to almost none. Was in with my family a few weeks back, we usually frequent the Marlton location but we were near the mall so this location made more sense at the time. We got our order in, sat down to wait for it to be brought to our table, and....it was completely wrong. It was correct on the receipt so I'm not sure what the issue was behind the counter. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, my issue was with the woman who was going table to table cleaning up, checking on guests, asked if we were ok and I brought the error to her attention. I told her the order was wrong and she asked what had to be corrected and i told her "just what's on the receipt is right, the order that was brought to us was all wrong," and she starts to take the tray off the table before placing it back down a few seconds later and telling me just to go up front and tell them. I'm sorry....so my options are i get up and try and stand off the side awkwardly by the registers as the workers assist the line (which at this point was pretty large) or you can take it behind the counter yourself and sort it out for me....wouldn't it have made more sense to assist the customer?? My wife and I decided it would just be easier to make the most of the food that was brought to us, there were only slight differences so it wasn't that big of a deal. I was just surprised as we usually get such good customer service at the Marlton location I expected the same to carry over here. read more
