I've been going to this Truetts Grill since it open in the early 90's. It's had somewhat of a downfall but I think that's just because of how Morrow and Clayton county are somewhat of a crapper. I've been to a lot of Truetts and Chik fil a's and this location has to be one of the best. Great service and great food. If they're is ever any issue with the food they will prepare it again to your liking without any questions. Staff is always quick to smile and ready to help. They recently opened a double drive thru that cuts the time to get window service down drastically. Their breakfast buffet is killer so always keep an eye out for that. read more

Worst service! Wait in drive through line for over 15 minutes....then have them argue with you that they do not serve well-done nuggets through drive through....even though they took your order! Then when you call to discuss with management, no one answers the phone. Chick-fil-a fail! read more

My favorite place for home fries and the chicken is the best hands down. It has a sweet and salty taste that's not over-powering. Breakfast is very good and is usually prompt. Tip: First timers should try the breaded chick-fil-a sandwich once you're hooked come back and try something else. On your second visit try the chicken platter with carrot souffle and collard green as your sides-you should be ready for a nap after that. Third visit try the grilled chicken sandwich with a freshly squeezed lemonade. Fourth visit hit the button on the wall near entrance to have the model train loop all the way around the restaurant. Stopped here for breakfast while traveling to Savannah. You can pretty much order many items that you can get at a Chick-fil-A in addition to their own entrees. The servers were very friendly. I ordered the same thing I usually get (egg n chicken biscuit with tots)...instead of wrapped up in a foil inside of a paper bag, it came on a plate, "deconstructed" - which was a nice change. The filth in this restaurant is disgusting and repulsive. We had lunch a few minutes ago and the station that holds the condiments was full of some type of sludge. I even showed on of the employees and instead of cleaning it, she asked another employee to dump more ketchup packages on top of the filth. To cover it up, presumably. It was my first time visiting a "Truett's" Chick-fil-a. As soon as I walked in, the vibe wasn't welcoming AT ALL! We went around 7pm'ish on a Monday evening. . The servers were unpleasant. The food is basically the regular drive thru's food just HIGHER PRICED. The drinks are $2.75 and a chicken sandwich with 2 sides is about 10.95 and 12$ plus change for 2 cornbread muffins(the muffins were off the chain ! Best I've had). The macaroni was mediocre and needed salt and more baking. I also ordered fried pickles, but sent them back because they were wayyyy to sour and Briney, they were falling out of the batter. I was very disappointed in Chick Fil A today. I placed my order and was instructed to park. While I waited, I saw an employee bring a bag to the car beside me. The person in the car looked in the bag, put her hand in the bag and, I assume, she told the employee it was not her food. The employee took the bag back to the window and said something to another employee, then proceeded to bring that same bag to my car. Of course, before he had a chance to say anything, I told him that I did not want the bag, please bring me a fresh order. He stated "you don't want the bag?" I told him again I want a fresh order. Germs and Covid still exists; and I thought Chick Fil A had a policy that once a bag left the hands of an employee, it could not be given to another customer. I got my new bag really quick, which made me a little nervous. I will NOT be going back to the Morrow, GA Chick Fil A again. read more

I got to work an hour early (I was afraid of the holiday traffic). I found myself at this Chick-fil-A. 1. This place is so fancy! 2. They have an incredibly efficient method for the breakfast drive thru. I was in and out of the drive thru lane in about 5 to 10 minutes max. The food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely stop by! Though, I will have to be more explicit about no sugar/cream in my coffee. Black coffee for the win! read more

I really love the customer service at CFA. Very polite and friendly. One or 2 times they accidentally got my orders wrong. When I called them, they apologized and rewarded me with something else. I really like the way they handle situation. That's why I'll always support CFA read more

One of the things I love most about chikfila is their amazing customer service! I usually stop by in the morning before my morning classes and to have people greeting you with bright and cheery smiles is so welcoming. Aside from that, the food is delicious and they even have healthier options for those that feel guilty going to a fast food restaurant. The environment is very welcoming whether you order take out or dine in. If you're dining in...they have all day breakfast :) The prices might be a little higher than places like McDonald's and Wendy's but the quality is well worth it! read more

Horrible customer service. The drive thru girl was very rude and told us that she wasn't going to get us our extra condiments because she "just walked so far". Friendly service with expanded chick fil a menu. You can still order off regular menu but expect to pay way more. Spicy chicken combo cost me 8 dollars plus 2 dollar tip. I could have gotten almost 2 combos at a regular chick fil a for that price. Come here for the 50s ambiance. read more

I only give them 3 stars was because there are so many times where I went to thrive thru for some late night snacks, and the fries are always old, and they somehow always got my orders wrong.
