I love coming to this Truett's because they always offer a special menu you won't find at other Chick-fil-A locations. This time, I treated myself to both the apple pie and an iced pumpkin latte -- the perfect sweet combo. The service was quick and efficient through the drive-thru, which made the stop even better. Whenever I'm on this side of town, it's hard to resist stopping by, especially for their unique specialties that set them apart from the standard Chick-fil-A experience.

This location has sit down service like a diner and yes they have chicken and waffles. The waffle was too crispy for my liking however, I let the syrup sit and it was better. Service was pretty good, they do have a drive thru if you don't feel like sitting in.

I've been to this location a few times before and never went inside. I called to see if they had the new menu items and they did. One part of the restaurant is like a regular CFA, while the other side is a retro style dining. They have a train that goes around at the top. We were seated immediately and it took a few minutes for the server to come, but her teammates got our drink orders. My friend and I both got the chicken and waffles. It didn't disappoint at all. They were no longer serving grits, so I got the hash rounds. I would definitely recommend breakfast here!

The food was fine. It tasted like chic fil a. However the sit down portion of the restaurant had HORRIFIC service. For something that would take maybe 5-10 mins in the drive through depending on the level of business. It took an hour almost to get our food. The waitress kept forgetting to bring us the things we requested like straws , sauces etc. We ended up having to walk up the front counter to pay our check because the waitress took over ten minutes already to come collect our card.

My friend, her bf, and I wanted to try Truett's Grill so we dined in on the full service side. We ordered some non typical Chick Fil A items to share- loaded waffle fries, fried pickles, brussel sprouts, fried okra, and sweet potato soufflé. The loaded waffle fries was a huge portion. The sauce on it was interesting. The fried pickles and sauce that came with it were one of my fav items we got. The brussel sprouts were cooked and seasoned well. The fried okra was alright. The sweet potato soufflé was not too sweet and had oats on top which was interesting. Service was alright. Probably wouldn't come back but would go to another location to try the different breakfast food.

My friend and I wanted to try the Truett's Grill menu options so we decided to go on a Saturday early afternoon. It got crowded pretty fast and we got there at just the right time. The diner style of the restaurant is super cute and I enjoyed the option to sit down and have a server take my order. I got the loaded waffle fries, brussells sprouts, okra and chicken and waffles. The loaded waffle fries were good. The brussels sprouts weren't flavorful and cooked enough for me although the okra was just right, the breading was just right. The chicken and waffles was okay but I think I'm a bit spoiled with Waffle House type waffles. With the service and opportunity to try the special menu items, this location is definitely worth a visit!

Now this is my location but today i ordered a spicy deluxe but received a regular and I was in drive through and told to move up and they would remake and bring out no one came out so I had to go in and ask for it and also my kale salad was way too skimpy today hardly nothing in bowl for 4$ I feel like kale salads should be a bit more filling at least since they serve them in the big bowls but I'm just venting but I'll be back as always

Absolutely love Chick Fil A. Really cool to see a different concept from Chick-fil-A brand. It's a fast-food chain serving chicken sandwiches, waffle potato fries and nuggets along with salads and sides. Sit down table service with breakfast served all day. If you sit on the dine-in side, they have a really cool train that circles around above you. I tried Spicy Chicken Sandwich with waffle pottato fries and Nuggets. Got the Siracha sauce which is a great add-on to your meal. Everything was fresh and hot. Definetely recommend stopping by and visiting this location. Here the employees are kind and patient. Plenty of free parking available in and around the restaurant.

Our first visit to Truett's Grill and I am thoroughly impressed! It's a little sit down attached to Chick-Fil-A with atmosphere of a 50's-60's local cafe. Having enjoyed the veggies at Dwarf House many times both Mrs. Reviewer and I had the 3 item veggie plates which come with cornbread muffins. She chose the sweet potato soufflé, mac & cheese and green beans. She reports the green beans were fantastic, the sweet potato very good and the mac & cheese was okay. She wants you to know the sweet potato soufflé while good was very sweet and could be a dessert. I had okra, field peas and collard greens. These collard greens were the best I've ever had, simply mouthwatering. The okra was fresh, well cooked and delicious and the field peas were top notch! All in all, we enjoyed our first visit to Truett's Grill and recommend it highly! read more

I've been going to this Truetts Grill since it open in the early 90's. It's had somewhat of a downfall but I think that's just because of how Morrow and Clayton county are somewhat of a crapper. All the servers and staff there are very friendly and nice which is refreshing considering the area and neighborhood. Clean dining area, clean bathroom, parking lot is also very clean. read more

I've been to a lot of Truetts and Chik fil a's and this location has to be one of the best. Great service and great food. If they're is ever any issue with the food they will prepare it again to your liking without any questions. Staff is always quick to smile and ready to help. They recently opened a double drive thru that cuts the time to get window service down drastically. Their breakfast buffet is killer so always keep an eye out for that. read more

Everyone is typically super friendly and nice. The nuggets can be a hitter miss sometimes (they can be chewy and not in a good way). The shakes are AMAZING! And their breakfast on Saturday mornings are amazing too. read more

The filth in this restaurant is disgusting and repulsive. We had lunch a few minutes ago and the station that holds the condiments was full of some type of sludge. I even showed on of the employees and instead of cleaning it, she asked another employee to dump more ketchup packages on top of the filth. To cover it up, presumably. Also, the condiment had used mayonnaise wrappers. If your a chick-fila fan, consider passing this place up. It goes by the name Chick-Fila: Truett's Place. read more

My favorite place for home fries and the chicken is the best hands down. It has a sweet and salty taste that's not over-powering. Breakfast is very good and is usually prompt. Tip: First timers should try the breaded chick-fil-a sandwich once you're hooked come back and try something else. On your second visit try the chicken platter with carrot souffle and collard green as your sides-you should be ready for a nap after that. Third visit try the grilled chicken sandwich with a freshly squeezed lemonade. Fourth visit hit the button on the wall near entrance to have the model train loop all the way around the restaurant. It was my first time visiting a "Truett's" Chick-fil-a. As soon as I walked in, the vibe wasn't welcoming AT ALL! We went around 7pm'ish on a Monday evening. . The servers were unpleasant. The food is basically the regular drive thru's food just HIGHER PRICED. The drinks are $2.75 and a chicken sandwich with 2 sides is about 10.95 and 12$ plus change for 2 cornbread muffins(the muffins were off the chain ! Best I've had). The macaroni was mediocre and needed salt and more baking. I also ordered fried pickles, but sent them back because they were wayyyy to sour and Briney, they were falling out of the batter. Stopped here for breakfast while traveling to Savannah. You can pretty much order many items that you can get at a Chick-fil-A in addition to their own entrees. The servers were very friendly. I ordered the same thing I usually get (egg n chicken biscuit with tots)...instead of wrapped up in a foil inside of a paper bag, it came on a plate, "deconstructed" - which was a nice change. I was very disappointed in Chick Fil A today. I placed my order and was instructed to park. While I waited, I saw an employee bring a bag to the car beside me. The person in the car looked in the bag, put her hand in the bag and, I assume, she told the employee it was not her food. The employee took the bag back to the window and said something to another employee, then proceeded to bring that same bag to my car. Of course, before he had a chance to say anything, I told him that I did not want the bag, please bring me a fresh order. He stated "you don't want the bag?" I told him again I want a fresh order. Germs and Covid still exists; and I thought Chick Fil A had a policy that once a bag left the hands of an employee, it could not be given to another customer. I got my new bag really quick, which made me a little nervous. I will NOT be going back to the Morrow, GA Chick Fil A again. read more

Nasty nasty bathroom and Dinning room definitely not up to any Chick-fil-A standards that I've ever been too. Staff unfriendly and look miserable. I got to work an hour early (I was afraid of the holiday traffic). I found myself at this Chick-fil-A. 1. This place is so fancy! 2. They have an incredibly efficient method for the breakfast drive thru. I was in and out of the drive thru lane in about 5 to 10 minutes max. The food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely stop by! Though, I will have to be more explicit about no sugar/cream in my coffee. Black coffee for the win! read more

One of the things I love most about chikfila is their amazing customer service! I usually stop by in the morning before my morning classes and to have people greeting you with bright and cheery smiles is so welcoming. Aside from that, the food is delicious and they even have healthier options for those that feel guilty going to a fast food restaurant. The environment is very welcoming whether you order take out or dine in. If you're dining in...they have all day breakfast :) The prices might be a little higher than places like McDonald's and Wendy's but the quality is well worth it! read more

Ok so I love this place. Have since forever. If youve never been here its basically Chick-fil-a eith an extended menu. So why the extra love now? They noe keep drive thru open til midnight Mon-Sat. Awwwww yisssss. I got a nugget meal that came with a few extra nuggets. Maybe its because I got it at 1030 pm and they gad a lot made already.... maybe its because this place just does that. Oooooooo Doggies.....One of the best! Never had a bad meal there and I've had hundreds! 150% recommend and if you go, don't forget to get the apple pie ala mode - tell them you want it pipin' hot! Horrible customer service. The drive thru girl was very rude and told us that she wasn't going to get us our extra condiments because she "just walked so far". I called the speak to a manger to just let them know what happened and he couldn't even offer me any kind of apology. Food wasn't even fresh. So disappointed order a veggie wrap and receive chicken instead, haven't eaten meats in 17yrs! I had to go all the way back to chick-fil-A from Stockbridge, I will be so happy when they finish remodeling mines in Stockbridge! Then the cashier Nonchalant hell yall mess up! I wasted my time and gas to come back to get what I paid for! They gave me the veggie wrap it was dry of course, they forgot the dressing!Not to mention it's hot out and the cashier got an attitude cuz I came back! Friendly service with expanded chick fil a menu. You can still order off regular menu but expect to pay way more. Spicy chicken combo cost me 8 dollars plus 2 dollar tip. I could have gotten almost 2 combos at a regular chick fil a for that price. Come here for the 50s ambiance. read more

This is always my go to place whenever I want anything related to chicken lol. I only give them 3 stars was because there are so many times where I went to thrive thru for some late night snacks, and the fries are always old, and they somehow always got my orders wrong. The first time, I ignored it because I didn't want to drove back, but the second time I did. They apologize and give me a new one and also coupon, but the fries are the same -_- read more

This parking lot is chaotic and dangerous they really need to find a more efficient way to handle this and orders. They are Very slow someone didn't event take my order down and had me waiting they had to retake my order and then forgot to bring the food to my car. I was waiting 30 minutes total at a drive through that's ridiculous. Then realized they didn't even give me my drink. They refused to answer the phone as well. Very incompetent . read more

You should definitely remove the manager and put someone in charge that understands the concept of customer service. Clearly this gentleman is not ready to be customer facing.

Once you enter inside Chipotle, if you need to place an order, the line you need is to the right. If you had an online order like me you step inside to the left. Once inside they have the tables lined up to make a pick up order table. Ready online orders were on the table sealed with the customers names printed on the bag with order description and receipt. I believe if you are a delivery person you step to the left as well and search for your customers order. If you ordered a to go drink like me, your cup straw and lid is with your order. You follow the walk way around towards the exit and the drink machines are to the right. Fill your cup with your beverage and then you proceed on out the patio door through the outdoor eating area and to your car. The outdoor patio area was open for social distance dining. (SDD) Overall I was impressed at the planned effort to be COVID-19 ready! The food was good as always.

So once I get home, my 4 veggies were cold and the collard greens were SUPER salty. I live about 10 minutes away so my food should've still been hot. Highly recommend their chicken sandwich I believe it was one of the most popular there! It was really good! Came here with my two girl friends after a photo shoot and we all were starving!! The waitress greeted us and sat us right away in a Sunday afternoon. She gave us a good moment before getting our orders. After we ordered it wasnt long until the food came out. Which was great because we all were starving!!! Great food, great and fast services!as well as the atmosphere. Very friendly atmosphere as well as decor! This place is a delightful mash-up of a regular Chick Fil A and a small town diner. We stumbled upon this particular location one night when the wait at the local Chili's was well over an hour. We had really friendly, efficient service and good food. My 77-year-old dad was with us and he was in heaven. We've been back several times now for breakfast and we especially enjoy the breakfast buffet on Saturday mornings. Be warned, like all Chick Fil A restaurants, this place is closed on Sundays. read more
