Walking in, the lobby was packed and had dirty tables, further, limited seating options. The menu was simple enough and the order was placed, quickly and efficiently. But, it took over 30 minutes to come!!! And, get this, it was COLD! Every bite from the sliders, fries, and chicken bites, tasted frigid. Why in the world was the wait so long for the food to be cold? Odd! Also, they forgot part of the order and I had to wait longer for them to get that part. On top of the that, beyond the 'spicy' exterior there was no flavor to this chicken...At ALL!!! So I go back and he's waiting for me in the office. I go back there and he gives me a short basically lecture on his I'm not allowed to do that and I must set up an appointment. When I pointed out that I DID attempt to set up an appointment, he let me know that he had actually seen the text and just.. didn't respond to it.
