What a place!! Every time I make my way to Sushi Box with my friends, we always leave satisfied!! One of my favorite dishes there is the Daniel Special roll or the Teriyaki Chicken bowl! Their staff are very nice and the service is pretty quick! The place is also quite nice! The space is very open, and there is also outdoor seating too! Ordering takeout is also simple to figure out too! I recommend this place a lot! This place is always a place that my friends and I keep in mind when it comes to choosing a place to eat, and most of the time, we end up there!! read more

Food is always fresh and delicious! Great for lunch or dinner! My favorite is the Chicken Bowl with some Shrimp Tempura!

It is not every day you run into customer service like SUSHI BOX I am SO blown away. Our friend group is dispersed across the country and we wanted to send our sweet friend who's a new mom something delicious- sushi box is her favorite spot but they don't have an option for a large order. Not only did they drive across town searching for a serving platter, they called and updated me and made this tray way nicer than the picture we sent them. Thank you so much, it was the perfect order and we are so happy with how it turned out read more

I had my first time experience with Sushi Box. I was overwhelmed by the plethora of choices but decided to go with a bento box. I traditionally love beef bulgogi at other restaurants so was eager to try it from here when I saw it on the menu with the Bento Box. When you go to Sushi Box you go up to the counter and there's a menu behind the counter on the wall but the nice young lady at the register directed me to a smaller sized menu with more details and more items. I wished I saw the sign with the specials but it was okay. The price seemed standard for this type of meal. The fruit green tea drink was $5.95 and the bento boxes range between $12.95-$13.95. The sushi sounded delicious but I was getting a little sushi with my Bento Box so I did not order more. They gave me a number and I sat at a table of my choosing and they brought out my beverage first, then after a short wait my meal. The Beef Bulgogi was served on a bed of sautéed vegetables (onion, broccoli, zucchini, and mushrooms). The spring rolls were cooked to golden perfection. I ate them first along with the California rolls. I did not have much room left to finish the meal but I was able to eat some of the bulgogi. It had a delicious traditional bulgogi taste and was sweet and savory. The fried rice was fluffy and had little bits of fried egg. The table is stocked up with forks, chop sticks, napkins, and kikkoman low sodium soy sauce. I missed seeing a little container of utensils in the front. There were forks, spoons, and knives so I will know for next time. The staff was friendly in helping me locate the to go boxes and brought it to my table for me. They keep it clean and nice in there. The only thing I wish they would add are sesame seeds in the beef bulgogi. That little extra flavor and crunch is always good on it but I may ask for that next time to see if it's an option. I would highly recommend. read more

Stopped here on our way from Georgia to Louisiana. It was very clean. Food was good, tasted fresh. Planning to stop here again in a few weeks when we go back to Louisiana. read more

Love this restaurant! Service is amazing and friendly. Always clean and pretty quick from order to food arriving. Sushi is very good and fresh and portions are substantial. Two people can easily eat for 25-30$. It's definitely a bit Americanized (lots of toppings and sauces & many of the rolls are cooked rather than raw) but it's always busy and we've never had anything we didn't love. Only drawback is it's pretty loud and not the best place for a date night and conversation. read more

Food was above average, service was excellent, delivery time under 1/2 hour and came hot.

Happy to have a SushiBox in Montgomery! They have cool Japanese sodas. They recently added boba to the menu and it's a nice place to try out sushi if you're new to eating it. Loved the peach sparkling water and my peach boba. The California roll was nice and simple. Love love love their crab Rangoon! It's really good and has a bit of a kick. read more

Sushi Box - Bulgogi Roll - Sushi Bars Near Me - Montgomery, Alabama

I love this place and am so glad I discovered it. The inside atmosphere feels fresh and modern; although I've never eaten inside. The service is always pretty fast and the menu is easy to read. I especially love the covered (with patio umbrellas) outdoor seating area in the front of the restaurant. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the food (I'm always too eager to eat it and it goes fast!) but I will be going again. I do have to mention it is a bit pricey but every once in a while is fine. I wouldn't eat here everyday. read more

Great price for the portion size of the bento box. Food tastes great, staff are friendly, and the service is fast! Plenty of seating options, whether indoor or outdoor. I love that they have multiple options for bulgogi: sushi, bento, etc. For a drink, I would recommend the passion fruit tea! read more

In town from Vegas, I was craving Poke & found this place. The Poke bowls are customizable which I love and the Salmon and Tuna tasted very fresh as well as the other ingredients. It took about 15-20 minutes for them to make and I saw other patrons being impatient but I'll wait for accuracy and quality and I received both. I'll definitely return before I leave town. read more

Sushi Box - Seating Area - Sushi Bars Near Me - Montgomery, Alabama

Very good quality and always good service. A bit on the pricey side but that's expected in this part of town. Still decent value. I like the customizable poke bowls (all the good stuff from a sushi roll but in salad form) and the dumpling app is delicious too. You can work out a pretty healthful yet satisfying meal here. A welcome addition to the East MGM dining scene. read more

This is our new favorite place in town to get real fresh poke and sushi. Customize your poke bowl and pile on the fresh goodness or order one that is already on the menu balanced with flavor. Outstanding locally owned/managed restaurant!! She had Poke, I had sushi. Fresh ingredients, good portions, the spicy tuna was spicy, and the price price was absolutely reasonable.
