It was flavorful and perfect for sharing. A few of the tables have partition walls, which gave us a nice sense of privacy and made the meal feel more relaxed. We arrived close to closing time, but the lady who helped us was incredibly kind and welcoming. She never made us feel rushed, and her warm hospitality made our visit even more memorable. The server was okay at first, expected us to order quickly and then just walked away after she took the order, no words. My husband ordered a drink from the menu and she came back with a non alcoholic drink and wheb he corrected her, she said they didnt serve that particular drink and offered an alternative instead. When the general manager came by to ask the tables how they were doing, we told him what happened and said they DO have the drink my husband originally ordered and said he would go get that fixed. It had been almost 30 minutes since then. When I finally grabbed her attention, she came so carelessly, and took our orders and again walked away and with that my unfinished coke float. And my husband never was asked for another drink and when he asked for another, it never arrived. The manager asked us if everything was finally alright like if he was doing us a favor instead of correcting his employees and we just looked at him confused and said sure. We got our meals finally after about almost an hour and after that, the server never returned. We left without a word from the hostess. Its the closest Red Robin to us and my husband loves this place, so if there were other locations around, this would be the very last choice. Service 1/5. Food 4/5.
