Old, hard cold waffle fry crumbs

Very disappointed in our food we got tonight. After spending $53 for 2, get home and the Mac n cheese was very old, cold, and hard. And the waffle fries were a box of waffle fry crumbs, again hard as a rock and cold. Looks like the last of the fries that were sitting there were just put in a box. Just very dissatisfied and not happy at all about it. Always look forward to chick-fil-a. Come here 3-4x weekly.

Everytime I visit a chick-fil-a, I am usually creeped out by how OVERLY friendly everyone is. Maybe I came in after a rough day for the team here, because the cashier that helped me seemed kind of .. flat? There was no "WELCOME TO CHICK-FILA" no "MY PLEASURE" today, it was a simple take my order and no smiles. I came back to ask a question after getting my food and it took me a while to get the cashiers attention. Nevertheless, I love my sweet tea mixed lemonadge and nuggets. oh well, guess back to the drive thru i go.

Half of a serving of Mac-n-cheeses, guess they are stretching it, normal portion is usually a FULL container

In my…read moreexperience, Raising Cane's stands as a beacon of excellence, rivaling only Chick-fil-A in its pursuit of customer satisfaction. Every visit I've made to Raising Cane's has reinforced my belief that this establishment prioritizes not just the food they serve but the entire dining experience. From the moment you step into Raising Cane's, you are greeted by an impeccably clean environment--an essential aspect that speaks volumes about management's commitment to quality. Cleanliness sets the stage for a positive eating experience, and it is evident that franchisees and store managers take immense pride in their locations. In contrast, many fast-food chains overlook these details, leading to a mediocre experience that fails to impress. Moreover, the employees at Raising Cane's exhibit such positive attitudes elevating the entire atmosphere. After all, a friendly face can turn a simple meal into a delightful outing. The cashiers treat every customer with warmth, ensuring that your order is processed swiftly and accurately, whether you're dining in or taking advantage of the drive-thru. It is this dedication to a pleasant customer experience that makes me eager to return time and again. As for the kitchen crew, their efficiency is noteworthy. With a steady flow of customers, one might expect delays, yet my meals have consistently arrived hot and fresh. Their attention to detail--like regularly maintaining equipment and keeping grease traps emptied--ensures that each bite is not only delectable but also safe. This level of commitment stands out against competitors like McDonald's, where inconsistencies diminish the dining experience. Menu: https://www.raisingcanes.com/menu/ The star of the show, of course, is the food itself. Those golden brown, juicy chicken strips cooked to perfection, paired with crispy fries and their signature house dipping sauce, are simply unmatched. Flavors within are well balanced, and it's clear that every item on the menu is prepared with care and the right amount of seasoning. Whether I'm enjoying a meal in-house or grabbing it on the go, I know I'm getting top-notch quality every time. Additionally, their soda fountain offers an impressive variety of flavorings, allowing me to customize my drink to my liking--a small but significant touch that enhances the overall experience. It's these thoughtful elements that make Raising Cane's not just a fast food stop, but a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. While the menu might be limited compared to some competitors, it is undeniably effective. Each item serves a purpose, and I find comfort in knowing what to expect when I order. However, I would gladly welcome a thoughtful expansion of their menu; after all, innovation is key to maintaining customer interest. Raising Cane's--and Chick-fil-A, by extension--truly epitomizes what fast food should represent: high quality, quick service, and a focus on customer satisfaction. My experiences have been nothing short of exceptional, and I will continue to support this location as long as their standards remain consistent & make dining enjoyable. If you seek an unforgettable fast food experience that combines taste, cleanliness, and remarkable service, look no further than Raising Cane's. You won't be disappointed! I decided to add a bit to my order and got a regular fries and the fried corn. At that point, I was requested to pay and the cashier pushed a cup my way asking if I wanted to tip. I declined. I'm not sure where the entitlement has come from, but I tip for service, not because someone expects it. I'm not sure handing someone a bag warrants a tip for service.Had she given me even a moderate level of service, I might have considered it. The places that make no effort to upsell amazes me. I was given no consideration, having no idea where or if condiments were available, and was never offered to purchase a drink while I waited. Everything was kind of flat, but she expected a tip. The cashier was on the phone while I was at the counter, and it seemed like a personal call. As a result, I got no help beyond grunts as I ordered. The whole place was kind of flat and non descript, just a cold waiting room. The fried corn turned out to be not worth the effort or the price. For $4.19, I got about 5 slices of corn, with maybe 3 rows of corn on each one. The spice was hot and heavy, completely overtaking any corn flavor. The fries were about average at $3.49. They were also average in flavor, not bad but certainly not great. The chicken gave me the same feeling. I'm not sure the meal was worth $16 for what I got. Some of the chicken was fine, but about half of the pieces were small lumps, and just not that good. The seasoning was acceptable, but there was nothing that hit me as outstanding or worth double digit prices. A little customer service would have gone a long way. As it is, I wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Unfortunately, there are not that many food options in North Versailles. As soon as I got into the restaurant, I needed to run to the bathroom. There was a strange odor that radiated inside and around the restroom door. It was disturbing that it seemed really clean however, there was a strong urine odor mixed with a lot of cleaning product but the urine over powered still. I got the 3 piece chicken combo and got green beans along with another aide of Cajun rice. I asked for two sauces they had advertised on the sign and the woman that helped me said they did not have them. I tried getting a drink from their Coca-Cola freestyle machine and most of the flavor options were gone. So I settled for normal sparkling water. The food was unappealing and I did not eat much of it because I realized that if their bathroom smells awful, the kitchen might not be in the best condition either. The green beans looked very slimy and the meat inside was bland and rubbery. The chicken tenders were very crispy however, there was more breading than actual chicken. The biscuit was very dry and there was no butter or honey offered to put on the biscuit. The only redeeming quality of the food was their Cajun rice. It was the perfect amount of salty and had plenty of flavor. I ate the small bowl so quickly. Would I try Popeyes again? I am not sure. This experience was mediocre and tarnished my view on Popeyes. Also, it made me view North Versailles in a negative light. There are limited food options and I cannot imagine ever going back. I am giving this Popeyes two stars because the rice was good and also the customer service was decent - the staff all enthusiastically greeted my coworkers and I when we walked in.

On March 5, 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM EST, I visited the Popeyes location at 1900 Lincoln Hwy, North Versailles Township, PA 15137. I placed an order through the drive-thru for one spicy leg and one spicy thigh only. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was told that my total was over $6. I advised the employee that there must have been a mistake because I did not order a two-piece or a combo meal and the cost should have been somewhere around $4. I simply requested that the items be rung up individually. The employee told me he could not do that. I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and immediately began speaking to me in a rude and condescending manner. He asked me whether I worked for Popeyes and questioned how I would know that the items could be entered separately. He also told me to come inside the restaurant and do it myself. I advised him that I would not come into the building because it was raining and because I do not work for the restaurant. I explained that another Popeyes location in Wilkins Township has rung the items up separately before and suggested that he could call that location if he needed assistance. At that point, the manager spit toward me through the drive-thru window. In response, I threw a small cup of ice toward him. The manager then leaned out of the drive-thru window and attempted to grab my driver's side mirror. I drove forward away from the window and pulled toward the parking lot exit. While I was waiting to safely exit the lot and merge into traffic, both the manager and the employee came out of the restaurant and approached my vehicle. The employee approached on the driver's side and the manager approached on the passenger side. The manager then lifted a large rock and slammed it down onto my vehicle, striking and damaging my passenger side mirror. I reversed back into the parking lot and waited until both employees returned to the building before exiting my vehicle to assess the damage. I then contacted the police. I remained on the scene, took photographs of the damage and the rock used to damage my vehicle, and waited for the police to arrive. The responding officers advised that a citation for criminal mischief would be issued against the manager responsible for the damage to my vehicle. This incident was extremely alarming and has caused significant stress and concern for my personal safety. I am requesting that Popeyes review this incident immediately, including any available security camera footage, and contact me regarding the actions that will be taken to address this situation and the damage to my vehicle caused by its employee. Please ensure that all security camera footage from the drive-thru and parking lot during the time of this incident is preserved, as it may be needed for insurance or legal purposes related to the property damage.

I drove past this place for ages and finally tried it for the first time this fall. The first thing I tried was the loaded tender fries combo. I love this type of dish and I wasn't disappointed. Everything had great flavor and it was filling for the price. I ordered my husband a chicken sandwich and he said he enjoyed it but that the meat was a little bit dry. It took awhile for the meal to be made, but it was nice because everything was made fresh to order. On another visit I was picking up food on the way to somewhere else so I was in a bit of a rush. I pre-ordered for a set time and when I got there, they hadn't even started preparing the order. It was frustrating because there was a reason I ordered for a specific time. One other time, the order was ready at the pick up time specified but I was glad I checked before leaving because we were missing two items. They gladly and easily fixed the issue, but it was frustrating that they didn't double check. One thing to note is that their bathroom is on a lower level, so if you have mobility issues, you might not be able to access the restroom while you are there. The main selling point of this place, I think, is the price. The sandwich was just $5. That's fast food restaurant kind of prices from a local shop, which is really nice. The coleslaw wasn't any better. It came in a very small portion. Additionally, it was super liquids and sweet. There wasn't any creaminess. Overall not good.
