More like 3.5. (I really wish Yelp gave that option). Overall, their food is tasty, fresh and there are a nice variety of options. I just feel that it is too expensive for the portions that you get. Salads aren't that bad, but noodles seem small. Service is hit or miss. The first time that I went into the store, I had never been there (or any Honeygrow location) so I wasn't that familiar with the menu and options. When I asked a question, I was greeted with a "you can order online so you don't have to wait as long" which wasn't even a response to what I was asking. I have ordered online for future visits and one time the food was ready, one time apparently the order was somehow lost and never made. They remedied it and were able to make the order, but I did have to wait while they straightened everything out. (Someone said it was possible someone else accidently picked up the order which I do understand is outside of their control). Overall, though, a cute place for some interesting and fresh meals. Just a bit inconsistent and a little too pricey to be a regular for me. read more

Located on Business Rt. 22 in a small plaza. Limited parking available so it's easier for me to grab and go. Clean restaurant but somewhat small. Easier to takeout. Delicious fresh vegetables. Service is good. Expensive salads but they are very tasty. I usually order one salad for two people. Bleu Cheese dressing is my go to but they don't have a creamy style dressing, just crumbles. Although their Sriracha Tahini dressing is a good choice with a little spicy tang to it. A good choice if you're in the mood for a healthy option. read more

We stopped by for a quick dinner on a week night, and it was pretty quiet. I tried the OG Cobb salad. It came in this huge bowl that I only ate about a third of it. It was pretty tasty. I think I would order it to go next time instead of getting to go boxes afterward. Service was prompt and friendly. You order through the kiosk, and get the food at the counter. I also tried the strawberry guava lemonade. It was pretty tasty, but I couldn't really taste the guava. The restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Totally satisfied with this place as a go-to eatery. Stopped here to grab something quick while also wanting to be semi healthy and I succeeded. When you walk in the first thing noticed was the giant menu screen on the wall and the cleanliness of the place. I wasn't sure how to order but quickly noticed a kiosk which ended up being extremely easy to navigate. I purchased the shrimp Caesar salad and a baguette, it was absolutely wonderful. This place definitely caught me by surprise as it seems like a pretty run of the mill fast casual chain, but I was genuinely impressed with the food and service. The noodle bowl was delicious especially with some of the modifications I made, however, I think the double protein was absolutely necessary for it to be filling enough for the price. The strawberry guava lemonade was refreshing too. I tried the apple cobbler dessert which was fresh and a great mix of flavors. I am done with this business. I am sick of ordering food out anymore. I ordered three meals for my family and it came close to $80. I tipped a large amount as well. I get home and there is so many missing items in my salad that I PAID FOR. The salad does not contain grapes, crispy onions, bread crumbs, scallions. I am sick of working so hard, and ordering out to be just more in debt. Then EVERYTIME we order out anymore there are so many items missing. Yet we keep tipping more and more. Honeygrow is a new restaurant that I am done ordering from. I can go to the grocery store and build my own salads for over whole week for what they charge me for one meal, and they don't even put half of what I paid for on my salad. No more Honeygrow! The place is very clean and modern with ordering screens as well as workers putting together bowls, salads, and desserts. The manager personally came over to each table and asked how things were and if we needed anything. My daughter had a salad. It was made quickly with friendly service and everything was fresh and tasty. We ate outside since it was sunny and close to 60 degrees outside. Their curry is horrible when compared to Chona Palace just a block or something away. Plus, I have Celiac. This particular dish is suppose to be gluten-free, but I got a full gluten flare up from it. OK, hear me out! Most chain restaurants are so so. They are predictable and comfortable, and that's why we love them. When I came across Honeygrow in Monroeville, it was the first time I heard of this chain restaurant. I looked at the menu, and I was intrigued. I made a stop with a friend, and I loved everything from start to finish. First of all, the service is outstanding. The manager made a point to acknowledge that I was there. You can quickly order your meal AND customize it at a kiosk at the front. I love that you're able to customize because there's always a veggie or two that I want removed from my meal. The process was easy and painless, and they quickly called my name to get my meal. On the way out, the manager chatted with us and made sure to make us feel welcome. My meal was REALLY good. It has an upscale fast food restaurant taste. Everything was flavorful and cooked well. My spicy garlic stir-fry was both sweet and spicy, and I subbed for shrimp which was perfection! I love their drink options. I got a really great strawberry lemonade, and they had a cherry tea that I wanted to try. Overall, I feel like this is a great fast food alternative that's healthier and has better service. If you get your meal wrong, it's most likely your own fault. There are a few outdoor tables as well, but I was visiting on a snowy January day. Yah, so I finally had a chance to try what looks to be a healthier fast food chain. You place your order from a kiosk located directly in front of the restaurant kitchen. I had to have someone help me because I was doing something wrong on a screen and the order would not go through. I am not sure what I was missing. Anyways, someone helped me and the order went through. I then proceeded to the nearest table to sit down and wait for my food to be cooked. The dinning area seems to be clean and large enough to accommodate a decent sized amount of customers. With covid back on the rise we might need more space huh? I really hope that it does not come to that. I had ordered the red curry with tofu. It is really nice to finally see some vegetarian/vegan options on a fast food menu. That is certainly a rarity in our town and has been a huge gap just waiting for someone to step up and fill. Hopefully, more restaurants will follow suit. The curry was very tasty, well cooked, while also being light and subtle. You expect a lot of coconut milk, but it just kind of coats the food. The spice level was not mentioned, but it was right in a good middle ground area. I enjoyed the tangy and sweet notes. The rice noodles had a nice texture and flavor. I might be wrong, but I swear I think that there was cellophane noodles. Well, you can't go wrong with that. The only gripe I have with Honeygrow is that the meal was a bit costly and the portion was pretty small. I guess I can appreciate the quality of the food, but I paid more and in the end got less. If you are a hungry adult you will most likely still be hungry after eating one of their bowls. I basically had to go and get some more food because I was still hungry after eating there. I ordered through the app so I can't describe the service, but I will say that my order was ready from what it stated in the app and my meal was 100% accurate. Just from going in and picking up my food, the place is very nice and bright. There were quite a few people there so business must be good! This rating is towards my order: Garlic Butter Shrimp Stir-Fry. I get home and I unpack my order. I think that it was just the meal, but between the regular sauce and garlic butter sauce I ordered - this was one of the most oiliest meals I have ever had. This bowl has egg white noodles, roasted shrimp, mushrooms, scallions, snow peas, sesame seeds, and chili crisps. All these plus the sauces made for one delicious tasting meal. I was a bit disappointed with the amount of shrimp that comes with bowl - there was about 7 shrimp and if you want extra shrimp it's an extra $4.10 (on the app)! And these shrimp weren't big at all, they were the tiny shrimp so the price point for it all was a bit disappointing too. This place was terrific! I have only visited once (during a "staff training preview" event) but I definitely plan to return. Ordering is done via a touchscreen, and allows easy ingredient-by-ingredient personalization of dishes. Prices were in line with other casual quick service restaurants in this area. Some add-on ingredients cost extra, though, so you could easily run up your total if you don't pay attention. The staff was extremely friendly. (Could be due to the timing of our visit, but it was appreciated!) Customers don't really need to interact with the staff much, since ordering and payment is done yourself via a screen -- in the restaurant or remotely. But several staff members spoke with us, and they were very pleasant and helpful. The food was prepared at a decent speed, and the restaurant was very clean. You can see the kitchen, so you can witness your food being made. There's a small, but lovely, outdoor dining area. The interior also has lots of tables. Our food was absolutely delicious with good portions, good proportions, and flavorful ingredients. Update: I have visited again, during "regular" hours. Well tried this location again today. And the location was still very dirty. We picked up lunch for three and it tasted good but all the containers were a little over half full. This is not a cheap place to eat it was 63. For 2 meals and a salad. For what we paid I don't believe we are getting our money's worth. Just my first experience second day of the store actually being open employees helping with the kiosks showing what to point at and then what to order but leaving out that everything you pick is an extra charge. You could say it was very obvious however it was a very crowded night multiple kiosks multiple employees and just being directed to pick what you want. The total went up and up and I felt bad because the order was placed the drinks. I paid 249 and it was a very small drink was very little choices. When the meal came, I was very surprised how small of a quantity it was for how high my bill was, and it was very cold. It was my first experience probably my last I did give it two stars because it's a good idea however, I was disappointed with the final result.
