As a result, I ended up waiting an additional 30-40 minutes because I was told they needed to make more pizzas. This completely defeats the purpose of calling in an order ahead of time for pickup. I think the pizza pickup process could be improved. One possible solution would be to dedicate the pickup window exclusively to phone-in orders, while pizzas ordered at the registers could be called out by order number from the main register area when they're ready. This would help keep the lines organized, reduce confusion, and prevent customers from arguing over whose pizza should be handed out first. The pizza is great, but the pickup system definitely needs some improvement to make the experience smoother and more efficient for everyone.

If I combined them it would not fill one sauce cup. My wife and I get all our food plain and get sauces on the side. The Riverbank location never has an issue with this, but the Manteca location always has. They give me the wrong sauce. Forget one of them or all of one type.
