We ate in and it was nice of them to bring our food over when I used the app for table service. Other locations would've called us to come up and get it in what I noticed at other locations. Their coke soda was flat and I said I'll wait for them to change it but no one knew how to change it. They offered me other drinks but I don't like anything else but coke. Dirty, no customer service. None of the tables were wiped. Trashes were full. No excuse to not have the dining area clean when there's a kitchen full of staff and an empty dining area. Witnessed a doordasher come pick up a large order: two large paper bags filled with food, a luxe box, and a drink. He simply asked the dude working for a bag and the worker responded by saying "sorry we are out of bags." The doordasher was obviously disappointed. So the worker said "You're a doordasher? Where's your doordasher bag? Go get your doordasher bag!" It was rude and uncalled for. The doordasher left struggling to carry 4 items on his own. Horrible customer service and on top of that, waited over 15 minutes for my order in the drive thru. Now in the drive thru land, that is one hell of a long wait. When I got to the window there was no hello, a smile nor acknowledgment for the wait. I did not expect that type of customer service from a well over person in their 40's. Update: went again to the Daniels Taco Bell and again was disappointed. They forgot to put the cinnamon twists in the bag. They weren't terribly busy so I don't see how they forgot other than they just didn't care to check the order before delivering it to the customer. I just ordered from Taco Bell on Daniels street. My order was screwed up. AGAIN. It seems that I can never get my order correct. I ordered two tacos (among other items) and I added sour cream to one of them. My wife asked the lady which taco has the sour cream and she was told that the one with the mark on the wrapper. She brought them home and we looked for the mark. Neither one had one. Of course not, since neither tacos had any sour cream in it. I should have known since this was not the first time that this happened. I also asked for ten pockets of hot sauce and received 6. I'll admit that my first reaction to this location opening up went a little something like this: "Why the Hell do we need another Taco Bell???" Having said that, I'm glad we do. So far, I've been to this location a handful of times and it's been a really positive experience every time. I've only sat inside the dining room once, but the staff was friendly and it was clean. Well, I mean I hope so. This place is really new. The point is, the food is always hot and very well made when I come here. I only really have a few favorites that I grab whenever I go to the drive thru and that's usually regular crunchy tacos or 5-layer burritos. Every single time, the taco beef is piping hot and piled up pretty high. It's a good sign when the meat goes half way up the shell. The food I get is simple, but the simplest things can be screwed up in ways that just make you regret buying something so quick and cheap. I'm very appreciative that the food is prepared very well. I think everyone here must know me by now. My husband and I always get Taco Bell at least a few times a week. Everyone here is a true delight. They make everything perfectly and never mess up my order! I have also door dashed, mobile ordered and it's never wrong, always fresh. Friendly staff. You all are awesome! Last night, 4/10/20. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker at about 11pm fresh off a 12-hr shift. Tired, I placed my order and rolled up to the window. This drive thru is insanely slow. of all the taco bells in town the one right off the freeway is the slowest. Every time I come here I sit in line for at least 30 minutes, doesn't matter what time of day. For "fast food" it isn't fast at all. I typically drive across town just to have a quicker experience. Some amazingly petty people trying to get noticed with bad reviews of this TB, which is a shame as it has been the best TacoBell if our trip. Hit it 4 times (so far), and everything has been freshly made and the service has been polite and pleasant (unlike many of the reviewers). Most recent was breakfast where the tortilla on the breakfast burrito was pillowy soft and the fillings plentiful. Only criticism is that they need something to drink that's not sugary, like milk -- but that's in TB corporate, not this location. This is a very good Taco Bell. Enjoy it. read more

The wait time for drive thru at night is very long for this restaurant and then the staff doesn't know how to treat with the customers.

A nice change from always ordering from mcd or Costco. There's plenty of other restaurants within a block of this location but this location is wonderful for the freeway commuter. We attempted to use our rewards to get a Baja Blast freeze, which has been greyed out/ unavailable on the app for the last few months (We've called before multiple times and they said it would be no problem). The manager here rudely interjected while speaking to an employee and treated us like we were stupid, suggesting us to redeem another freeze with our rewards (Which, if he bothered to look educate himself on his own company's app, he would know that you can only redeem rewards for the Baja Blast freeze, and not any of the other flavors) and said he would 'do it for us this one time' and cut us off. When we tried to say thank you and tell him we couldn't order it any other way, he interjected to shut us up and told us to go to the window. I stopped in here after driving an hour in heavy rain. There was no one in the place. I ordered a crunch wrap and a hot cup of coffee. Eat in. The guy who served me was the assistant manager. The coffee was hot, and the food was good. The place is clean and organized. The server made it a point to tell me to come back up to the counter if I wanted a refill on the coffee.
