I go to raising canes whenever I see one in the area. To be honest, I didn't know we had some of these in California let alone somewhere I can drive to. I have only been to some in east side states lol This restaurant is in this busy road where restaurants cover the horizon. A lot of them with drive-thrus. Maybe because it gets so hot in Manteca? Anyway I love it. We walk-in and the sweet sweet fried chicken smell fills the room that makes my nose tingle. We order our meal and get our drinks and sit down. This place was busy, busier than the other raising cane's I have been in. The dining room was okay, could be cleaner, but at least everything was well stocked by the drinks. Now the food. If you have been to Raising Cane's before you already know the deal. Crispy crunchy coating, juicy and tender chicken. Fries are good, does not have the bitter aftertaste of old oil. And the Texas toast. Buttery, soft, chewy with a slight sweetness to it. Frikking delicious. A solid fast food meal. Wash it all down with some sweet tea and I am satisfied. Overall a great option for a fast fried chicken meal. I am glad that more of these establishments are now close by.

I have put off the hype since the day Raising Cane's opened in town. Finally promised my students I'd give it a shot. Apparently the sauce was a MUST have, so here we are. While I feel the chicken is better for it, the sauce itself isn't anything special to me. (Though I will note it does catch my attention more than some other places that claim their "secret sauce". This one is at least different.) Chicken fingers were both crispy and tender, but no standout seasoning. I can appreciate the simplicity of the menu choices, as well as the availability of Louisiana Hot Sauce. The Texas toast felt more just like a puffy hamburger bun with just slightly more flavor. (Much better when dipped in the sauce.) The Cole slaw was just your typical slaw. I hate the drive thru situations where they have staff outside taking orders, but this one was at least efficient, so it works. All in all, an average experience. Not bad, not outstanding.

You know this place from word of mouth and it never disappoints. They don't have commercials, a play place or anything fancy. The food is good. The ambience is relaxed. The service is excellent. Bathrooms are always clean and fully stocked. This is how a franchise should be run. I had the 3 finger combo. The fries were warm but not super fresh. Chicken was juicy. Bread is buttery and flavorful. They also have refreshing lemonade. I wish they had a location in my town. Parking is plentiful. High return value.

This was my first time going to a Raising Cane's, and it did not disappoint. We got here at around 1 pm on a Saturday, and they were busy. There must have been a high school game that finished before, so most of the people there were players and their families. Even with that, we were helped right away and got our orders in. We got the Caniac Combo, which has 6 chicken fingers, 1 texas toast, 1 coleslaw, crinkle cut fries, and 1 32oz drink. We ordered another small drink with it. My boyfriend and I decided to share the food since we weren't super hungry. Chicken tenders were good. We got their cane's sauce, which I wasn't a fan of. We got our food relatively fast. The bathrooms were also clean. The service was great! I highly recommend this place

Not my first rodeo! This was the second time we visited Raising Cane's in Manteca. A far better trip than last time, I must say. The customer service was excellent, all smiles and a warm fuzzy feeling was present this time. The one employee even wished me a good night and a safe trip home (very thoughtful young man!) Such a turn of events from the customer service we received the 1st time. Since our first trip to Raising Cane's (Manteca) we have visited the Modesto location several times. Therefore, I knew exactly what I wanted to order, and how to order it efficiently. This chain restaurant has actually become a staple in our household, as our teenager loves it and wants to eat "Cane's" as often as possible! I substituted a 2nd piece of Texas toast for the standard coleslaw (since I don't like coleslaw). I love that you can mix and match the sides in the combos. I feel like someone could have mentioned that the 1st time. But no worries, I'm learning the ropes as I go along. I love the toast to have butter on both sides so that I enjoy the top part (my fave) twice! They have a cute name for it too. They yell it to the kitchen when I want it buttered on both sides, but I forgot the name of it! The Cane's sauce has grown on me, and I am very picky about my sauces. I would prefer ranch, but that is not an option. I wish that it was. The atmosphere was very engaging, people were very nice (the employees and guests alike). We sat next to a friendly family. The seating area inside always fills up fast and tonight was no exception. The only option (other than the high bar stool/high-back chairs) was a tiny two seater in the corner. Not ideal, but the company/new friends made it more palatable. I would like to give a gold star to the customer who turned in the purse to the front counter when it was left behind by another customer. I pointed out the owner of the purse immediately after she walked back into the restaurant. The good samaritan should be acknowledged for his good deed! Sadly, this doesn't happen as often as it should, and his humble words of "It was the right thing to do" are both heartwarming and inspirational. Gentle suggestion to management: I feel like employees could be encouraged to recommend the complimentary customer membership card that can be picked up at any Raising Cane's location and activated online. I have suggested it to many customers myself (as a fellow consumer) because I feel they should know and benefit from the perks of joining.

Heard this place was really good. We decided to check this place out for lunch. The menu here is pretty simple. The menu consist of the combo meals of 3 - 6 pieces of chicken fingers. Each combo meal comes with crinckle-cut fries, one crane's sauce, coleslaw, Texas toast and 1 regular fountain drink. They also have a chicken sandwich combo. You can even order food for tailgates and also get a jug of the lemonade, sweet tea/unsweet tea. We ended up getting The Box Combo which has 4 chicken tenders. The chicken fingers was so tender. I liked how it wasn't too oily. If you want extra sauce, it cost $0.39. Overall, we enjoyed what we ordered. Took off one star because the music inside the restaurant was kind of too loud.

Chicken sandwich comes with actual lettuce unlike questionable lettuce from In n Out haha

We originally came here for a Yelp Elite event and it was our first experience with this chain. And now this spot is on our main lineup of go to joints to fill us up. If you're like me and tend to look for salad or some kind of green then get the chicken sandwich. It comes with a nice looking piece of lettuce so you can feel like you checked off one of your five a day fruit/veggies. This spot has a very nice outdoor covered area! On a nice day grab your food and sit outside to eat and catch some sun and a nice breeze. They don't refill for lemonade but they do have an open drink station where you can then fill up on other types of sodas or tea (Diet Coke, Barq's Root Beer, sweet tea, unsweetened tea, etc) Also as my hubby says every time it's Sunday and we forget that Chic fil a is closed guess where we hittin up instead lol
