I've noticed some changes at Chipotle lately, and unfortunately they haven't been for the better. The first thing that stood out was the burrito size. It was much smaller than the generous Chipotle burritos we've all come to expect. It definitely left me feeling a little disappointed. The next issue was the chips. They were completely different from the chips I'm used to getting here. If this is their new recipe, I'll probably skip ordering chips in the future because I just didn't enjoy them. My last gripe was that they were out of Coke Zero. It seems like a basic item that should be stocked, especially during the lunch rush. On the positive side, the two employees working were friendly and did a great job with what they had. The problem was staffing. There were only two young ladies preparing food and ringing up orders while the line was about eight customers deep. It was just after 1:00 p.m., and I'd expect a restaurant like this to be fully staffed for the tail end of the lunch rush. It makes me wonder if management is trying to maximize profits by scheduling fewer employees. As for the burrito, it was your typical chicken burrito. No gripes other than the small size. The staff earned the three plus stars. Management needs to give them the support they deserve. read more

Very disappointed with my recent visit. The portion size for the lettuce was noticeably lacking, I received barely any lettuce in my bowl. On top of that, the customer service was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even worse. The ice machine had been turned off, so there was no ice available for drinks, and the food did not seem fresh compared to what I normally expect from Chipotle. Overall, the quality and service were below standard, and this visit did not meet expectations. read more

We was the first customer came in the establishment at 4:50. A younger girl staff greeted us and took my order. As she getting ready to take my daughter's order another lady staff came by with her own food in her hand walk behind the counter and spoon fed the young girl while on the job in the middle serving customers. Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews or I just chose the right time, right place, right day, right workers. Lady making my burrito @9.22pm on 1/14/26 hooked it up. Definitely did not skimp on my portions nor was it excessive. All trays were stocked w/food. Wish I got her name, but in any case; I'm satisfied w/this purchase. Well, never thought I would've needed to check reviews on a chipotle before going there. I just got the tiniest burrito ever for just shy of $15. Initially, I was surprised by the price, and then I was surprised by how small it was. I had a really hard day and was just looking forward to a tasty treat on my 3 hour drive home. Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I have gone twice in past month. Both times I ordered food via the app and picked up my order to go. Both times the food was ready before the app said it was ready. Food has been fresh both times. I ordered steak burrito bowls and meat was not dry and portions are generous. If you order food to go via the app when you arrive you get to go straight up to the register, no need to wait in the line. I must admit there is was quite a line both times I went. I ordered 3 items; two bowls and a burrito through the Chipotle app. When I got home, which is about a 12 minute drive, 2 out of the 3 items were wrong.  Item 1: Steak burrito, everything was fine on this one. Item 2: Steak bowl, had corn salsa & cheese eventhough I didn't ask for it, and had very litte white rice. The person I ordered this for can't eat cheese.  Item 3: Chicken bowl, asked for Guacamole on the side and NO sour cream, but it had both ON the bowl. The person I ordered this for can't eat sour cream. I spent over $60 dollars and 2 items can't even be eaten. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately I was not going to also waste gas and time to go back again. Customer service only gave 200 points for the inconvenience! You can't even get a bag of chips with that. What a joke! This chipotle sucks, they CONSISTENTLY get my order wrong and give me soft tacos when I ask for crunchy ones, don't even mention that they don't have any crunch tacos so I could switch to something else. Food is always good at Chipotle. Ambiance and cleanliness, normal. The service here at this location is horrible - by who I believe was the manager (refused to give me his name)... but the receipt said, "Christopher." I ordered a carne asada bowl and just asked instead of rice, can I order a side of chips and have those at the base of the bowl? Went into chipotle last night and they started making my burrito. When they got to the meat section they informed me they were out of all meats except chicken and barbacoa "for the night" not they'd run out they were out for the night which means they didn't want to make anymore because they were closing an hour from when I walked in on a Monday night. My boyfriend and I ordered to go through the app, and when we got home and opened the order the plates weren't even filled right, they forgot to add like 2 items on both our plates, ended up looking so disappointed. So I initially came here 2 weeks ago around 8pm for a bowl. When i walked inside there were 2 customers ahead of me, and within a few minutes a long line formed behind me. As you approach the counter they finally list all the things the are "out" of... meaning they do not care about their customers so they aren't going to make it for the rest of the night (they close at 11pm.) That day they were out of white rice, fajitas and something else I can't remember (something I don't order.) That day i left and went to the Chipotle in Lathrop off Louise(about 7 mins drive away,) amazingly enough, this chipotle had everything available! Fast forward to today! I came in at 10:10, i understand that is pretty late, but to my defense they close at 11pm. As i approach the counter(it's empty inside,) once again I'm hit with the list of what they are "out" of. Today they were out of: White rice, corn, fajitas, sour cream and Queso! At this point why are they even open? For meat and lettuce? I don't know if they don't understand what business they are in but In N Out doesn't run out of French fries or their secret sauce... Lastly I've noticed they blast their own music over the music that's playing on the stores system which normally wouldn't bother me but it makes me wonder do they do anything by the book? This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. At first glance, the lobby was disgusting. Every table was dirty. The back kitchen countertops had more food on them than inside the food containers. The employees were cursing at each other in front of customers. They were also claiming to be out of cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and I feel like it's only because they did not want to replace the products. There is always a line at Chipotle but the line goes by fast. The staff is mostly friendly but the busyness from the assembly food line is stressful and the staff's patience can run out sometimes. As demanding customers we should be more understanding. There is plenty of seating and the place is fairly upkeep, a chill place. The staff works hard to keep the place clean and tidy. We tried the new chicken al pastor and it was yummy. I can taste the lime and garlic seasoning. The chips were stale :( The Pico De Gallo was a bit salty. The guacamole and corn were tasty. All combined components go great on a salad and don't need any salad dressing. read more
