I tried calling to get a side of beer cheese sauce and they refused to give it to the delivery driver claiming it wasn't allowed because it was limited time which is a lie since I have gone to three other Wendy's and they have had no issue giving me the sauce. I only asked for the side because their inadequate app would not allow me to put extra on my fries or my burger (wouldn't even allow me to add extra pickles) and then refused to add extra to the sandwich because it was already wrapped and done, if they had bothered to answer the phone any of the 8 times I called that wouldn't have been a problem. Will never order from this Wendy's again. The one by my work in Lodi is much more accommodating, nice, and willing to take the extra step when there is a failure on part of the app. Highly suggest visiting Lodi instead. read more

2nd time at this location, first time in the drive thru.. I came to the drive thru on a Friday at 5pm. The line was long, but moved quickly. I ordered meals for 4 people, plus some dessert. I was anticipating mess ups, but everything was split up into its own bag. All of our food was there and hot! Remained hot all the way back home (15 min drive). Stopped halfway through a long drive for a quick snack and a break for our baby. As soon as we walked in, we noted how clean and organized this place was. We were immediately greeted by Ryan who was super helpful and went well above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. He kept our order hot while we used the restroom and provided us with hot water to warm our baby's bottle. All four of us were so extremely impressed with Ryan's efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. It's such a refreshing vibe walking into a place where someone genuinely cares about the service they provide. This location truly has an asset in this employee and we hope he's recognized for his hard work. We would definitely stop at this Wendy's again based on service alone. We came here as our food stop for our road trip and even though there wasn't much people at all (2-3) tables worth of people, the counter seemed overwhelmed, but they were great at taking my order. I have never had Wendy's before so I can't compare to before, but my husband has and he said Wendy has really stepped up their game! However, like everything else this past year, prices has gone up. I think our meal for 2 combos came up to be $20-$25. I needed some hot water to make some baby milk for my nephew, and the employees offered me it for free! I was in the area and my son was hungry. We ate inside. There was no line inside so that was a plus . We ordered and got our food within 5 minutes. The fries are the best and it's self serve soda so definitely a plus. Overall this is one of the better fast food places. read more

My wife and I were on a trip and stopped at the Wendy's restaurant in Monteca. The restaurant had a large parking lot. The restaurant was very clean. It was very busy and had one counter person (Ryan). Ryan was very friendly to everyone. He served us with a smile and was proud to be working at the location. The food was cooked perfect. We came for their $3 breakfast deal for a croissant sandwich and potato wedges. I think it's no more. But they always have deals. The croissants are pretty good. They come with bacon or sausages. And instead of a cheese slice, it was like a cheesy sauce. The seasoned potatoes are alright. I think I prefer tater tots or a more fried version like other fast food places but these are ok. They came out very hot and freshly cooked, which helps. We came around 9:30 am on a weekend and though it said the dining area opened at 9, the doors were locked. Dining room is still closed. Very slooooow drive through is only thing open. Parking lot is dark at night, no lights on. Employees are not friendly at all. Drive through lane is dirty with trash in the bushes. Menu board is dimly lit, dirty and hard to read. Ordering speaking is covered in handwritten signs asking for exact change among other things. Wow! This place is absolutely terrible, the food is cold and nasty! After watching a Wendy's commercial and it talking about hot crispy fries I really had to try them . Low and behold total and utter disappointment. Cold hard fries that tasted like they were sitting all day then got reheated. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger that was stone cold and just nasty. Waited for 10 minutes to order and absolutely zero staff acknowledged me. Four people were helping one person and I received no service.

I don't usually go here, but when I do, the service was solid. Never had any issues with my orders or the the food itself. What I love about this location is the dining area. Very cozy with the fireplace, especially in the Winter months. My main concern in recent months however is they still have their roomy dining area closed off. You can't even walk into the building to grab and go your order. Only the drive-thru remains open. I understand Covid is still a seemingly ongoing problem, but every other place in town has their front counter and dining area is open to serve people who want dine-in / to go service. So why is this the only place that doesn't? That's all I would really enjoy being able to do again. Walk inside, and support this establishment, but I suppose they only want to serve you if you have a car. read more
