At least the lady behind the counter was polite and friendly. I was made to wait pretty long so she "upgraded" my fries from small to medium, gratis. The chicken nuggets were waaay better than Macdonalds (which, by the way, is officially the worst chicken nuggets I have ever had). The Hamburger was ok and though definitely better than Mickey-D's, it couldn't possibly hold a candle to In-n-Out's. I decided to try their "Asian Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings" and turns out it was essentially their chicken nuggets (ok, "wings," if you must be pedantic about it) on which she squeezed "hot & spicy" sauce from a bottle and tossed it as she handed it to me. Grrrreat! :-P Oh, it tasted ok, and I didn't feel the "funny aftertaste" myself. In the end, it was a moda-flippin' 1,530 calories dinner on the way back home. Ordered a southwest avocado chicken salad. They tell me they don't have the dressing and ask if ranch is okay. I get home my salad is lettuce, chicken, a couple pieces of tomato and a little cheese. NO bacon, NO avacado. Plus they gave me caesar dressing. read more

Sucks! Don't waste you're time or money. They have a lot of employees and don't know what the hell they are doing . I've tried this place twice. 1st time ordered for our family of 7 and I was missing 1/2 my order. Food was cold, drinks barely had ice. 2nd time missing chicken nuggets, I had to go back in the drive though long line to get my complete order 3rd time, ordered 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks -food was cold, -I got a number 1 & #4 different burgers and they were exactly the same just in one they added 1 cold hard bacon slice maybe like an inch long. We ordered sprites and they forgot to give it to us, when we asked for them they gave us Sprite Zero instead of regular sprite & no ice ! We had already left when we noticed . I'm not really sure what's going on over there but their service has SUCKED lately. The food is good, when the order is right. My wife orders a salad and use to order the asiago cheese but EVERYTIME she orders it, it's always brain surgery for them...we can't tell if it's the staff or managment that's having the problem but before the rebuilt, we never had a problem. So, evening ..after 45 min dr, here I ordered pecan apple salad, 2 hamburgers and a fish meal. Drive through was busy and food was quick..., ( young people inside working). Parked the car had fish sandwich and drive off. 20 min later opened the salad and a stench came out like rotten food. The cheese in it was way oily and the food was bad!! I have been here twice now. The management is doing a nice job with the staff. The have been super friendly and fast in the drive thru.

I order a sandwich with no tomatoes. But instead of making a sandwich with no tomatoes they took an already made sandwich, took the tomato off, pit the sandwich back together and gave it to me. Now i always check my sandwiches because everyone is human sometimes we forget but what if someone is allergic?!?! The seeds and juice from the tomatoes was on the sandwich in the mayo and soaked in the bread. I'm just saying the carelessness of the employees is very sad, I mean to think that someone could really hurt because you didn't feel like remaking a simple sandwich. That's sad. I have gone to Wendy's three times this week granted the first two times I was close pushing it the first time I believe was done 1028 when they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and the second time was at 10:20 neither time could I get breakfast the second time we're at 10:20 they said they didn't have any breakfast products left I said is there still 10 minutes left of breakfast and they said they didn't have any breakfast products left "" The manager at the time Paul was completely rude and would not bend to accommodate. This morning also I went at 9:40 and ordered five sausage biscuits and I had a coworker with me also who also wanted the biscuits but he wanted the bacon biscuits and the manager Paul could not accommodate two orders for one car and when I tried to drive back through Paul said he could no longer serve me that it was one order per car per day. Second time coming to this particular Wendy's and I was excited how fast their service was. However, it came with a price all of my family food was cold. Tonight, my kids decided they wanted Wendy's and I was skeptical but I wanted to give them another try. My husband went this time. However, again, our food was cold, my nuggets were hard had to put my kids cheeseburgers in the microwave to heat it up. Can't wait til Chic Fil A is finished. They're going to lose more business. Went to Wendy's today around 1:45. Went inside and was told they close the inside diningroom at 2pm. We were able to order and eat our lunch and sat there until finished. The manager told me that they don't have enough workers to maintain the inside dining only until 2pm. It's sad that businesses can't find enough workers to stay open their regular hours. 5 Stars for the bathrooms! Ladies I know you will agree....now that California has taken our beloved ladies room and has turned them into a free for all I am usually left with a pee sprayed toilet! Not at this Wendys location....the come one come all bathroom I chose sparkled! The floor, toilet, counter tops and sink were obviously all just scrubbed, plenty of paper products! Very fresh, clean smell too! I went immediately to praise the staff of nice young men, they all smiled and thanked me for noticing and mentioning it. Yesterday I drove through this lovely establishment for a salad and fries. My fries were very reminiscent of the salt lick I gave my guinea pig as a child. Like inedible and wet for oils that was not hot enough. I drove back around, explained and was told to pull to the second window for a replacement. Well this was my second weird inappropriate interaction with a female manager. I pulled forward and as the guy helping was about to hand me the new batch of golden tickets, this "manager" runs to the window snatches the old fries from my hand and starts touching them. Like pulling them out of the box to examine if I was scamming her. She then told me that the fries were fine and since I ate one I had to keep them. I explained that A) no and B) she just got very hands on with each fry and I wasn't going to eat that. She tried to throw the old fries into my car window screaming they were fine. Today I learned that managers such as night manager Paul have "zero patience for Grub Hub and Door Dash", or pretty much any food delivery company's that happen to be linked to the establishment he manages. Unfortunately, Paul was not happy with my request/recommendation for a sign to note that the lobby was closed. I simply was trying to explain to him that myself and several others were mislead and got out of our cars which could've been avoided. Paul then went on expressing how he didn't have to post anything which he may be right, but it just shows his overall lack of consideration for his customers. His lack of concern and unprofessional attitude should be intolerable in the workplace especially when his team is watching him lead by example.
