I'm still sitting her after 30 mins damn waiting for a medium fry as the rest of my food gets cold

The prices are good, but I wasn't pleased with everything else. The actual drive-through has huge potholes, and it was honestly really difficult hearing the speaker through the intercom. After getting my food, I checked my bag, and half of my order was missing. I also was given no receipt, so I had to drive through again and ask for the rest of my order. They were kind enough to give it to me, but once I was home it was not even the right thing (a burger instead of a chicken sandwich). The staff was kind, but I was really frustrated after all that. As soon as I entered Wendy's, the employees just stared at me, not saying a word, not even a simple "hi". There's flies all over the dining room and when I was eating, the workers were spraying their cleaner right by my food. read more

Thought I'd order a burger to go for dinner while on my way to work tonight. Order was quite simple with a Double CB w/mayo only. Nothing more nothing less. Apparently this was a difficult order to assemble, as much to my surprise at work, I opened the bag to find a Double CB with ketchup, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. I agree with the other review,DO NOT EAT HERE! My wife ordered the junior baconator and I ordered the regular baconator and I thought it was weird that when I got to the window he already had my soda and the hamburgers ready, but there was no line and nobody in front of me so the sodas were already premade and so were the hamburgers, "from lunch" the soda was watered-down and the kicker was it was about 6:30 PM, I got home within about eight minutes and that was the most disgusting hamburger I ever laid my eyes on or tasted I took about four bites because I was starving and had to throw it away, and it cost me about $14.90 which I thought was extremely high-priced for a fast food place, The founder of Wendy's "Dave Thomas" would be rolling over in his grave, I did give it one star because the guy was pretty nice who took my order if it wasn't for him I would try to -2 stars this read more

Ample parking, even found a shaded spot. Menu seemed smaller but maybe it's cause I haven't been inside a wendys in years. Private, clean bathroom. Super efficient, although I only ordered a cheeseburger and a drink, but it was delicious and fresh. 5 stars. Horrible experience, but the staff was so accommodating. They had to make nuggets so they asked me to pull aside and it will be one minute. 10 minutes pass and I am mad and go inside, tell them my order and they offer fries and to be honest I didn't care I was just pissed, but they remained happy and smiling.... I am a regular at Wendy's. It is the only fast food I will eat because I trust their quality and their salads are fantastic, but I had quite an unexpected experience at the Wendy's in Manteca, CA! My husband and I stopped their on our road trip returning to Portland from Fresno. We stopped for a late lunch and enjoyed some excellent burgers and fries and then hit the road. Great food, friendly service, and superbly clean establishment. What happened next is what makes this Wendy's the best on the planet. A few hours later we were near the Oregon border and stopped for gas. It is at this point I realize my purse is missing! I tear apart the car looking for it, but then remember I left it hanging on my chair in Wendy's. I assume someone must have walked off with it, but figure I would call them just in case. Not only do they have it for me in the store safe, but the manager is kind enough to ship it to me and save us half a day's drive to go pick it up! I am so grateful for their kindness. Ewe! This Wendy had bugs everywhere. Don't come here. It's old and dirty. I don't trust the food here.

I went to go eat at about 8:30pm so it's not super late, and it had quite a crowd inside. But unfortunately the crows wasn't the first thing I saw, it was the over piling garbage. Every trash can in the restaurant was full to the rim, where people had to pile garbage on top where the trays go, or leave it in the table. Garbage was all over the floor too. As my fiancé and I are waiting in line there's this old lady waiting very patiently to get a refill of water, she was there before the lady cutting through to get sauce for her nuggets, she was there before frostys were served to a couple, all these people being waited on, and this lady couldn't get a refill of water. I believe it was a food 5 minutes of her standing there I not more when she was finally served. Now when it came to ordering the lady doing the orders, for one could not seem to understand English. After repeating things a couple times when we got our order, it was still wrong.... Asked for no mayo and she put no onions instead. The food was good which is te only reason I gave a star at all. The place was a filth I actually Second guessed myself actually eating indoors, with the garbage everywhere.... I hope I don't go in there again to thy sort of mess it was truly disturbing read more

We stopped into this food chain on our way from Yosemite, while there a small child got sick and his mom took him out of the restaurant to help him - we cleaned up as much as we could with the napkins available and I asked the young man at the counter to get some help with cleaning up the floor. They stood in the back arguing over who would have to go out and help clean up the floor and then when someone finally came out to clean up, her loud and constant comment was why the Mom didn't stay and clean up after the child. She was quite put out with the situation and was completely rude and inconsiderate to anyone who would listen that this isn't part of her job. I couldn't help but wonder if they were this hesitant to clean up the bathrooms or the rest of the restaurant. Kids get sick. Mom's do the best they can. I will not be visiting a Wendy's for some time if this is the sort of attitude that they think is acceptable. On top of which our order was wrong. read more

Wendy's owes me $13.00! Yes I want my money back. I took two bites from burger threw it away. First the lettuce is two pieces of white lettuce you know that part on the lettuce you throw away!! Come on what does some nice green lettuce cost for a burger 3cents? To thinly sliced tomatoes that were more like see thru then enough sauce to cover a nickel !! These condiments so the burger is dry not hot with crappy vegetables !! The onions on Wendy's used to be great when you bit into a burger you knew you had onion on it, not this one the paper thin onion rings not slices. So sad we used to love Wendy's . My husband said " don't ever let me stop there again"! Adrian was the sweetest most courteous person I have EVER encountered in a Resturant let alone fast food. They need to make him the manager because he knows how to make things right. I know because I tasted my fries they were cold so I brought them back in( we had ordered them to be made fresh and hot) so he had the woman cook them. I don't want to bother the guy again. After waiting 20 minutes to get our food, we see that half our order is missing and have to argue with the manager who gives us nothing but attitude. We finally get the rest of our order and start eating only to discover a long piece of hair in our fries, and another smaller hair towards the end of our Frosty. Disgusting. read more

GABRIEL was awesome! I had ordered about 20 different items from the menu through the drive through. He was very very patient and precise.
