Me and my mother wanted to stop by from a long trip ahead of us and the first girl taking our order on the drive thru was rushing us and doesn't have customer service coming from my manager experience this place had no hospitality. The order wasn't told back to us and we didn't get our other half of our order because of that. The girl at the next window first explained that they couldn't give us our mango smoothie so they substitute for strawberry banana. She didn't fill up our two drinks all the way because there is a line that could only be filled up on the cup which all McDonalds always fill up the drinks. We explained that to her that we are very disappointed and she slammed the window on us making us come inside the store. read more

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal through the drive thru, they charged me twice. When I pointed it out, they argued saying they only charged once. Showed her the double charge and she said they would refund the 2nd amount. Now a month later we are still fighting to get the charge reversed. Order food through App went to curbside add the # 4 and waited 30 mins to get my food. A crew came out holding a bag but it wasn't for me. I asked her how long it will take for mine because I've been waiting after 1 min she came out and said my order is in drive thru and to go there to pick it up. On Thursday Sept.18 2025 around 310 pm. I ordered. Happy meal and large fry for my 5 year old grand son with water. At the window paying the young lady said she said sweet tea but the next window I'd get water. The young Asian man tried handing me the tea I told him it's supposed to be a water. Do not ever place an order here to this location from the app. This is the second time in a row I ordered from the app just to get there and they have no clue the order even exists and also try to recharge you. McDonalds need to hire more competent employees. Simple order 4 breakfast burritos and 2 hash brown picked up thru the drive thru. Open the bag and only the 4 burritos and NO has brown. Visiting less often but when patronizing they can't even get the simple order correct even though getting paid $20/hr. The employees were nice and polite, but I saw only two, who rarely came out of the back, as the orders inside are kiosk now. We'd been driving awhile so after ordering 2 meals, my young son decided to use the restroom before eating. He came running out of the men's restroom explaining to me that a woman inside the stall screamed at him to get out of the restroom. After getting our food and sitting at a table I noticed a ragged looking homeless women coming out of the men's room. There are signs saying you must be a customers to use the restroom and now I know the reason. A homeless woman in the men's room screaming at my young son I never expected. Yikes! ..... With only a couple workers that are rarely at the counter, these things can happen. Also, though there were only one couple eating inside, the employe explained there were no trays so brought our order in bags. I'm wondering how that could happen with so few customers. This place was very understaffed and there was a lot of angry people so I'll cut them some slack, the food was pretty good the fillet'o'fish I got was great and the fries weren't that bad. So I would honestly have to give this McDonald's two stars because lot of the times the food can be okay, we don't come here a lot but the times we do order here and DoorDash the fries for one are just so disgusting. Like you can literally taste the old OIL on the fries. I'm not sure if the manager of this McDonald's is aware or maybe they just don't care considering it's fast food but the oil definitely needs to be changed and you can definitely taste it in the food. There are a lot of teenagers here as well and their polite but I feel like they personally need more structure. Ugggh, McDonald's is not great food. It's not even cheap food any longer. It's just there. I go to McDonald's generally when nothing else is available in a town. This time, a friend had been bugging me to go. This location was opened recently. It should have all of the newest, finest equipment, and be clean, yes? The windows were smeared so badly, it was like someone soaped the windows on Halloween. When I went to get my iced tea, not only was it at the end, but there was tea all over the counter, apparently from all four of the dispensers. The iced tea also had a slightly soapy taste. The prices were reasonable but for a bit more, you could go to Chili's and get something with real taste. You can find things on the menu with taste, but they're rare. McDonald's now is about the Happy Meal generation and getting kids from 13-30 to stuff their faces while they remember their happiest moments of life here. Cynical? Yes, I am. I'm not sure what the big deal was to create a new store. They eliminated the Playland, giving Del Taco an edge. At least, the service was friendly. read more

So, I love McDonald's unsweetened tea. We ordered two unsweetened teas and got one sweet and one unsweetened. Taste it every time because they are notorious for giving sweet tea in lieu of unsweetened often. We are told to pull around the front and they will bring out a newly brewed one since they ran out of plain unsweetened tea. We wait twenty minutes, try to go in and door is locked an hour before it is supposed to be. A freshly off employee said the gal was to tell all of the mistaken orders to go back through drive thru. So one half hour later, we finally get the proper tea order. Wasted a lot of our time on two teas. Not happy. read more
