I wonder what a warm Big Mac would taste like. The parking lot is small with the drive through blocking traffic in one of the driveways, so be wary of that. It seems like this location is slower than usual. Had to wait about 5 mins at the register before we were helped. We ordered at 2:10, it's now 2:30 as I sit in the restaurant typing this still with no food... after our food arrived, there were still no workers at the register to help with straws,ketchup and salt. Omg where do I begin? First, they take forever bringing out your food. I have gone 3 times in a row there through the drive through and have had to wait in a parking spot each time for my food then they brought it out wrong. I wasn't the only one, others were waiting in their cars too and some even had to get out of their car to talk to someone about their order. Second, always double check your food or just be careful. Recently, I have seen a few members of the staff wearing hoodies and low and behold it turns out it's because they're hiding hickies on their necks!! How disgusting! My sister and I just recently visited this location earlier this afternoon. We ordered two hot fudge sundaes, a well done fry and an ice water via the drive through. The service was not very kind at the first window and it took at least a full minute to complete the transaction, which in my experience is very peculiar for McDonald's. Upon receiving our order we immediately noticed our sundaes were only 2/3 full with hardly a spot of fudge. We were going to let it go. Then when we returned home I opened the bag to have the fries. I was not happy. They were the opposite of well done, they were cold, mushy, and at least 20 minute old fries. The staff are friendly and parking is plenty BUT there is no soap in the restrooms and the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty. It is very concerning to think how the employees preparing food are not able to wash their hands. Hoping a manager will step up and recognize this health issue. read more

I wish I could give this location a negative amount of stars but one will have to do. The food was delicious but the customer service was horrific. The French fries were hot, the burger was ok and that's as far as the good times go. I ordered at 3:08 pm on a Monday 10/23. I had ordered at the Kiosk like I always do because humans always seem to mix up the order when I try to tell it to them directly. I waited more than 10 minutes to receive a medium soda, cheeseburger and medium Fries. I ordered all this to go just as a note. I thought that was quicker but I guess not. I went to the counter to ask for the status of my order because it was taking so long after waiting 8 mins or so. I don't consider that fast food. There were barely any people in the restaurant and they still took forever. When I went to the counter, two employees are already standing there and then walk away, without greeting me. The one kid then stands with his back to me and plays with his phone and never acknowledged me. Then, a young man comes out and yells my order number and I say "that's mine". He hands it to me and I say thank you and ask to speak to the manager who by the way never made an appearance. IF you place a DOORDASH order don't be surprised if your food is COLD. Because at this McDonalds, when busy, Doordash driver, after waiting in the busy line like everyone else, are told to go park.....and wait for another 15 to 20 minutes until the staff decides they have enough time to walk your food order out to the car. It's their way of dealing with a busy time at the McDonalds without having to hire more staff.....They just make the Doordash orders a super LOW priority on their list of things to do. read more

McDonald's Manteca on Yosemite St... this place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We gave this location a few chances before giving it a bad review. Their cheeseburgers don't have any taste like other locations around the state and every time we order through the drive-thru our food is always cold. McDonald's is known for having the best tasting french fries and this location fries are horrible. They taste awful, they never have enough salt, cold and taste like old oil. The fact that I asked for no pickles, no mustard, and extra BBQ sauce on top of the BBQ sauce that comes with the meal, and that it was put into the register on my receipt for the order but the pickles and mustard was in my sandwich and there was no BBQ sauce to be see other than the charge on my card and order. Was very excited to hear they were offering "thank you meals" for healthcare workers. Called ahead of time to see if we could send a staff member to pick up food for us as we are working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Was very disappointed to hear that the GM Nick wouldn't honor it unless we all came individually to pick up our food, even if the staff member we were sending had our badges & showed proof that we are hospital staff.. super inconvenient for healthcare workers. Would lessen the chance of spreading anything if one person came vs a bunch of nurses coming straight from the hospital :/ read more

Ignored standing at the counter with a problem for 5 minutes. Even the double cheese burger didn't taste good. The replacement fries?.... overcooked. Its troubling to have to write this review, especially since I have several years with Don Shraeder as one of his managers. I arrived at the counter at approximately 8;30pm. When I first walked up, I made eye contact with a female employee wearing a headset. She was very obviously having a conversation with another employee. I stood at the counter for approximately 2 minutes before she finished her conversation and walked towards me asking if I needed something, then asking if I'd ordered yet. Then another female employee came up and said she would take my order. I played an order consisting of 2 big macs and 4 fillet of fish. When I got home with the order I noticed the fillets were haphazardly thrown together with the buns and sauce misaligned and falling out. The big macs were even worse. Unless policy has drastically changed, there was enough lettuce on each sandwich for four big macs. This is not the McDonald's originally opened by Don Shraeder and Ray Kroc. We have a two year old so we visited today around noon purely because Happy Meals, but we were treated to a extremely pleasant meal! We were greeted at least three times when we walked in; the lines were short, the employees efficient, and the food quick and made according to our order. The restaurant was quiet and CLEAN. There were employees cleaning and sweeping the whole time we were there, and no one sitting still or goofing off (although they all seemed to get along well). Several times different employees came by to see if we needed anything. I even found the manager to let her know what a great experience we had. There are a handful of McDonalds in town, but I think we will be driving the extra couple of minutes to this clean, well-run establishment next time our son begs for chicken nuggets ;) read more
