If it were possible to give no stars I would. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been at. Not only are they slow but when we finally made it to the pay window they had the order wrong. How hard is it to remember 3 drinks!!! I don't live in the area and I feel sorry for the people who do!!! After we finally paid we had to sit another 10 minutes+just to get our order 3 stinking drinks because the people in front of us just like to sit at the window to pick up their food. If I could give it a negative 10 I would. This is by far the very worst McDonalds IN THE VALLEY! When we ordered? We did not get our cups, for our drinks. Our order was pretty simple. 4 of us and 4 burgers, fries and drinks. 30 mins later???? We got a bag. It had one burger. Only. One order of fries only. When my husband complained? It took 10 mins to get someone out of the kitchen to come out. The manager came out. She could have cared less. Absolutely care less. He said how can 37$ be one burger and one fries and one drink? They said it wasn't their fault. Oh? Who's was it then? He got his money back. Finally. Took exactly 45 mins for NOTHING. Corporate will be hearing about this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And they said that it wasn't not them, while I saw it in the middle of the burger and my hair is not long! I just went through the drive thru at this location and as I was waiting at the window for my food, I watched one of the workers dig his hand into the ice bucket and eat some. He opened up the window and tried talking to me with his mouth full of ice. It was absolutely disgusting I have had horrible service at this location but that did it for me. read more

This location has HORRIBLE customer service WHY I go back is because it's normally for someone else. ORDER always wrong and then they say you can come back and we'll replace it, that was the whole reason for going through the drive-through to be FAST and save time. WHY would anyone waste time and gas to come back for THEIR ERROR! They OFFER NO remedy ever!!! They want you to ask for them to correct the mistake and then they want to argue! McChickens wrapped so horrible that mayonnaise was on inside of the bag and 2 of 4 orders were just open. I speak with the manager GINA that says sorry you can bring it back for a refund but I'm not replacing the order, I wrapped them and they were fine when you left here! Since she was the manager she says you can speak to the Asst. manager but I'm not replacing the order along with the drink she forgot to give me. So I speak to the Asst. manager Isha she pretty much says the same thing and then says fine I'll put your name on the list to come back for the 2 sandwiches that were falling out of the paper and the soda. AFTER arguing with me that I didn't pay for a soda ... I say I'm looking at the receipt, she says well I don't know what receipt you're looking at but I have that same order and there is no soda on it. I say is there a number for the order on the receipt ... OHHHH Yes, ok right that was another order Yes, I see the order ok your name is here to come back to get the soda you never got and to replace the 2 sandwiches. I then ask for the corporate number as well ... she rudely and without care says I don't know I think it's on the receipt, look at the top or the bottom, I think it's somewhere there. I ask is it an 888 number YEAH that should be it. I say is it a voice mail or will someone answer (This is a manager NOW) I don't know I've never called it. I say Okay thank you! Because about a year ago I had a problem with this location and I LOST it ... I think I cussed the manager at that time out for pretty much the same thing! Worst McDonald's ever. It took ten minutes to order my food and there was only one person in front of me in line. Took 15 minutes to get the food and it was cold. Tables were not cleaned at all in the 40 minutes I was here. There are no straws napkins or any condiments out for people to get you have to go to the counter and ask and there isn't a person readily available to ask. Stopped here on our way down the state. Just ordered a few coffees and burritos. Their frappe machine was down and so was their smoothie machine. They were out of orange juice and wouldn't give us a water cup because they had no ice. The lady at the register was very rude. The burritos were not rolled, just laid in the paper and put on the tray. My sister asked for no whipped cream on her mocha and they filled all the extra space in her cup with whipped cream. My dad asked for salsa with his burrito, didn't get it in the tray, so he went back up to the counter and was ignored for a few minutes. Until he finally reached over the counter to get it and the employees started yelling at him. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ever. First time dining at the "new " restaurant in Manteca. Homeless guys are camped out next door. I entered the restroom to find one homeless guy shaving his head in the sink. I asked to speak with manager because restroom was a mess and needed cleaning. Never spoke to her and she checked restroom and left. While dining the homeless men kept entering the dining room filling up on soda at least three times in the thirty minutes I was there. This is a blight and McDonald's needs to take action . It's sad mcds used to be a nice place to stop no matter where you were. It's Sunday night. Bathroom are filthy. Trash cans over flowing all over the floor. No tp. In the dinning room floor is super sticky everywhere. Around soda machine area dried soda marks everywhere. Trash on the floor in dinning room also (straw wrapper, French fry wrappers). Terrible service. Food was cold. They were laughing it up making fun of drive thru customers. Dinning room was dirty. I talked to the manager about it looking very unprofessional to be playing around why customers are waiting for food and some that were preparing food were chewing gum. One girl became offended that I complained and the manager tried to push her back because she started getting an attitude and walking toward me yelling. Even though I was talking directly to the manager and not her. She did not like me complaining about their work ethic. I know that if they think their job is a joke and the manager was goofing off also, that they do not care much about following health rules either-like chewing gum and hair hanging down. Extremely slow drive thru. I arrived at 12:15, which in understand is lunch time. What I don't understand is the 5 minute wait to order, then the 12 minute wait to pay and get my food. By the time I got it, it was cold. There were periods of time the line didn't move for several minutes. I came in to location this morning. Food was typical McDonald's. It was what I expected and was satisfactory. There was a young lady named Danielle that I believe was part of the management team. She was helping all of the customers in the dining room. She was speaking to pretty much everyone and was very nice. She visited briefly while she was doing her work. It was very impressive. I know fast food is fast food, but this is appalling. When my husband brought me a chicken ranch salad, I asked him if he took a bite of my salad. He replied "No." It looked liked someone tampered with it. My ranch wasn't even open, and there was ranch on the salad already. It's a little unsettling to see this. I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru line and when I arrived at the pickup window, prior to getting any service, the server walked away for over 5 minutes!!! My family recently went here to order breakfast at night time. They told me that they don't cook eggs at night for the big breakfast and they only cook the meat and pancakes. I would not recommend going to this McDonalds and they should not advertise that they serve breakfast. read more

My mother and I came thru the drive thru today twice, the first time we got food and drinks and the second time we just bought a Large sweet tea. My mother is anemic so spends a good part of the day eating ice. Ice and water are supposed to be free at ANY restaurant. The kid at the first window was polite and quick but the lady at the second window had a big attitude. My mother asked for the tea to be served with light ice. And then asked for two cups of ice for herself. The employee gave my mom a dirty look and then said "So you want LIGHT ice in your tea AND you want TWO Extra cups of ice." "Yes." "So you're getting THREE drinks for ONE?" "No, my daughter's getting tea and I'm getting ice." My mother then explained that she had anemia and that she eats ice, the employee rolled her eyes and handed over the tea and ice. My mother asked if she could speak to the manager, and the window lady told her " No. Well if that's what you want to drink..." "Yes, I want to speak to your manager about your attitude." The assistant manager was called over and gave some bullshit excuse about how McDonald's is supposed to charge for cups of ice even though ice water is free because somehow McDonald's loses money giving out ice, all while the other employee is arguing she doesn't have an attitude and we're trying to get free drinks. Assistant manager said that she was going to let it slide this time but would charge us next time, implying we did something wrong and she was going to be gracious and let us off easy. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a 3 minute long argument all because the drive thru lady doesn't like to give customers cups of ice. We may have ordered one cup of tea in that visit but we are still paying customers and deserve to be treated as such. It is California law that ice water must be free in restaurants, so how am I going to believe that excuse? read more
