This Jack in the Box has become so good. Hot food isn't a surprise, as it is consistently available, since 2018. Staff is generally friendly, although there were exceptions during the pandemic. I usually pick a Loaded Breakfast Sandwich or a Jumbo Jack. The fish sandwiches are a seasonal favorite and I often choose just sides like egg rolls. Things aren't back to pre-pandemic levels but staff will assist you with what you need, and do it with a smile. I like what they do and how they are so friendly about it. read more

We ordered food through the app, and when we went to pick it up at the drive-thru, it took 30 minutes to receive our order. When we got home, we realized our large fries were missing. I tried calling to inform them that we are returning to get the fries and asked if they could hand them to us through the front door, as the dine-in service is no longer available but no answer. Why can't they ever get people to do their job correctly, got a chocolate shake that was just poured syrup in the bottom and not mixed up and onion rings that were not rings just a few broken up pieces and cold. Pretty quick service. Clean restaurant which I was glad to see since I was the only one in there. My go to is always the #11 which is a home style buttermilk chicken sandwich with curly fries and a sprite. $14 before taxes for all of it which isn't the worst price but also isn't the best. Went inside at 945 as there was a very long line in the drive thru. I want to put a spot light on the cook. SHE WAS HUSTLING. There was only 2 people working, the cook and casher. I was very very pleased that when I received my order that everything was perfect. The burger was fresh and I had asked for special sauce and fried were hot and crisp. I have had nothing but great service and great food from this location even tho it's a fast food restaurant. There are several other big chain food restaurants around this location but this place is the only one i can count on for the service and food being worth the time. Just tried this jack in the box. Over half hour wait in drive thru ordered a jumbo jack with NO ONIONS. They put as many onions on it they could fit. Even after I scraped all onions off that's all it tastes like so I had to throw it away n my lunch is over so no time left to get anything else. This place sucks don't waste your time or money here. What a joke this place is! Came here at 9:50pm to get some cheap tacos and a soda. The drive through was busy, so we opted to go into restaurant to order. Yikes!! Strung out homeless looking people camped out at the tables- dining room was filthy. We had to wait approx 5 minutes at the counter before the manager arrived to take our order. We ordered 2 tacos and 2 sodas for dining in. We waited 10 minutes for our tacos (drink cups were given immediately when ordering). The manager handed us our bag and told us we needed to take our meal to go as the dining room was now closed. How long does it take to eat a taco??? It was extremely rude. I used to go to McDonalds, in Manteca, on hot summer afternoons for a chocolate shake. In all three stores, in town, their shake machines were "broken" more often than not. Then, last year, they cut the counter staff and put in electric ordering and the service got even worse. I now go to Jack-in-the-Box, where their shake machines are always working and the staff is always happy to serve me. I also enjoy the senior citizen discount on orders. read more

I visited this location on the way to a meeting. It was empty in there but clean. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger low carb style, which is what I got. The hamburger was perfectly wrapped in lettuce, and it came out fast and fresh. It was about 4:00 pm on 3/18/2019. The young lady who took my order was very polite and efficient. read more

Went there at 8:30 pm got two monster tacos got them home and they looked as if they were cooked a week ago. Old, broken and poured in grease. We spoke with the so called manager, showed her the food and she said they come that way because they had not changed the oil. What did they do give them a bath in the oil, I mean it squeezed out of the taco, gross. She said if they made new ones it would be the same and I told her I have been coming here since they opened and never got any food so awful as this. She got made and began arguing and threatening not to give our money back. She said it did not matter to her since she will be leaving this job. Thank God for that. This was the first time I tried this location I usually go to the main st one , this place has poor customer skills the drive through person got my order wrong ad so i went in to have her fix it and she argued with me saying that i was wrong. I just had to make a review for my first time and this jack is the only one I will trust to be sanitary, with perfect made food , fresh all the time , I went to one in Tracy and it was soooo disgusting like you can see the kitchen and it was filthy and no no nooo thanks . They keep up with maintenance so that shows a lot of food and there training for customer service . It's either jack in the box or the taqueria for me . They always give me ranch and never charge like mcdonalds just saying . What the heck McDonald's you losing here . And a plusss when they decorate instead of not spreading the holiday spirit .
