They have a really really small play area with just a single slide for kids, maybe just enough to keep them busy while you chow down a sandwich. The food is delicious. You can make eating there healthy. They have many delicious sauses to chose from. They were kind enough to put warm grilled chicken nuggets on my Market Salad, exchanging out the cold pressed chicken. I'm really surprised this location only has two stars. While we don't come to this chick-fil-a location often, the times we have, we've received great service. We came this past weekend and the service was great. Although the drive-thru lines were really long, all of the employees were friendly and nice and the food was hot and fresh. Absolutely terrible customer service I went through the drive-through they messed up the order. I noticed that they gave me the wrong size. Not a big deal. I asked for them to correct it. They did the girl at the drive-through was very nice. when I get back to work, I noticed they messed up the order. I tried calling to figure out a solution. They were incredibly rude condescending laughing the entire time while we're on the phone. I got severe food poisoning from this restaurant. Their health code standards are not where they should be. It was so severe that I had to go to urgent care. To start, the drive through process is decent. Our order was taken in a timely manner, the drive through line only took about 15 minutes. Twice now, the food is has been lukewarm straight out of the drive through line. Ordered two frosted strawberry lemonade but was given regular lemonade. When the person who took our order repeated the order it was right, but he entered the wrong item. At the pick up station we were told by the employees that they don't do add-ons and we have to get back in line, or refund instead for their mistake. Ordered on the app and tried to pick up food without going through the drive thru like any other location. We were told due to COVID there is no pick up of food unless you work for Uber Eats. The Manteca Chick Fil A is not professional when it comes to dealing with customers. Their food is always cold and they get orders wrong every time I've been there. The Stockton location has better quality tasting food and customer service. Check your orders before driving off. They will not correct orders they mess up and will suggest you get back in line for their mess up. I dislike going to the Manteca location, but sometimes when my kids ask, I just give in.
