When I asked about it, the lady at the counter told me they were still working on it. I ended up waiting 20 minutes without any updates. Finally, another employee noticed I was still there, asked if I was waiting, and only then went to prepare my food. Very disappointing experience, the lack of communication and delay was frustrating, especially when the app clearly said the order was ready. Panda was a every so often place when we wanted some form of quick oriental food but stop today and checked out the menu. First they never have been a place for vegs or vegans but you use to be able to order a veggie spring roll as an option as an entree. But no they now call those sides though the signs indicate as always they have their entrees and "other choices" and unlike in the past non of the wrappers, egg rolls or spring roll can not be included in a bowl or plate but no not now so there is no vegetarian entrees or another than can make up the bowl or plate as an entree. Girl working register acts as she cannot acknowledge customers or even hand over a mobile order. 4/19/2026 , my order was ready around 5:52 walked in probably 2 min later , guy was already waiting for someone to acknowledge him , asked her if we had to get in line for mobile order (cause there were clearly ignoring the mobile order section) she tells me no to just wait and I ask if she cannot hand my order and just rolls her eyes and ignores me, she the proceeds to to ask someone else to grab the order who doesn't even give it , then a third lady had to come in and give my order and when they did they made sure to throw my fortune cookie and straw inside my food ! Had dinner with a friend, it was a good experience. Walked it, can't speak on their drive thru. Was helped immediately, line moved quickly. Got excellent customer service from Ashley who advised me I could get a small carton for $1.50. I was having a hard time chosing my entree as my heart was saying orange chicken, but my mind was saying teriyaki chicken. It was the perfect size to satisfy the orange chicken draw. Hot a bowl with brown rice and teriyaki chicken, small side of orange chicken. All food looked hot and fresh. Our meals were tasty. Restaurant was clean. Overall good experience. read more

Grease is plenty. chow mein no taste at all. Small overpriced side boxes. Their service is awful. They want you to pull forward and park out front to bring your food out to you, and they consistently forget about you or refuse to prioritize you. Next time I may just put it in park at the drive thru window. It's absurd. I called the store 3 times. When they finally answered, they said the Teriyaki was ready and would be right out. My order was placed in the drive-thru and ready in record time as there was no line when I arrived. Order was still warm when I got home. But some of the quality has slipped. The rice & chow mein were devoid of taste, the green bean chicken had very little chicken but the other two dishes were great. So 3 is the best rating I can give. read more

Well we stopped in on our way down to LA. This place is pretty clean and busy since it was Prez Day! We had a Groupon deal so we ordered orange chicken and Teri chicken- the boy had something new beef, Teri chicken and Kung Pho. Of course crab Rangoon also as a snack haha. We had to wait a piece in line cause they were woking up more food. So got our goods and sat down to eat. Did my savings on my Groupon. My card that was linked to my app I got up to $5 cash back or 50% off( prob for one person tho on that). So we were happy. Then we always do the survey and get an extra side for free next time. First, let me tell you that I'm not the Americanized Chinese food fan that they target. I would rather have traditional Chinese recipes. That said, I've had food from this location three times, thanks to other people, including catering that they did for the Manteca Target store around Christmas. The food isn't awful but it isn't good. The Orange Chicken didn't seem to have much chicken at all, but was loaded with sugar. The noodle dishes always seem dried up, and their fried rice wasn't as good as my worst. I'm not sure the draw but I'm betting that the Chinese food outlet at Food4Less does better. Update: Derek T of the company was responsive to my review and for that, I can add another star. It won't change my opinion since I'm not the target buyer anyway. Definately the worst experiences ever today!!!..My problem wasn't with the staff that worked the window, but the people that work at this place that have the nerve to conn people out of thinking they are getting their money's worth with their oder. To start the first 3 items I ordered were going to take 16 minutes to cook and this is through the drive through. Then they said the forth item I picked was going to take 12 minutes so I said ok that will do it's less than the other 3 options, as soon as i get to the window the drive through crew hands me my food and i my say wow they cook this faster than they said it took no more then 3 minutes for it to be done, so bam I take off home to eat and find out i got conned on my brocololy beef and just got brocololy for my serving ...terrible and never again read more

About a year ago I was served RAW CHICKEN they offered more if the same while I was DISCUTED and opted for my money back. I hadn't been for quite some time. Went last week and the food was okay serving sizes were SEVERELY lacking. I paid extra for the shrimp as they advertise there's an extra charge, that's fine BUT FIRST the shrimp on the menu wsd no longer available, they offered some new shrimp, ok fine then my daughter received FOUR pieces, and the food made her SICK I could NOT contact corporate or leave feedback, the receipt is illegible. I called the location and was offered NEXT time will add a free shrimp. Which I'll probably pick up and give to the homeless in the area. They are REALLY LACKING now. The two stars are the very sweet, very polite young ladies that helped me tonight. The lack of the other three stars is that my order was wrong! When you're in the drive through, without any lights working outside & trying to hurry bc of the line behind you so you make the mistake of trusting that your order is correct....bad decision! As Joe Pesci says in Lethal Weapon "they always F$&k you ok the drive through!" Lesson learned no more worrying about others waiting behind me, I have to ALWAYS check orders for accuracy read more
