One of the finest establishments I've ever dined within. Even with a short line of patrons, the girl with the pink highlights was able to whip up my burrito bowl with swift elegance so that I had my food in mere minutes. The bowl was fantastic. I could tell the team puts effort into preparing ingredients as chipotle would want them too. Rice was not dry, the chicken Al pastor was succulent and had ample seasoning. The fajitas were cooked perfectly so they were not raw, but still had a soft but crisp texture. The dining area was spotless and the trash cans were not overflowing. I know this sounds like the bare minimum, but other chipotle locations have me second guessing that. Overall, this restaurant is the prime example of a 5 star chipotle. read more

I want to preface that I am a huge fan of chipotle and am a frequent customer at other locations. I also want to say whoever owns this franchise should have this location revoked- this place needs a clean sweep. Does chipotle not pay people enough? So they're left with candidates that genuinely just don't give a crap? Are these really the people you choose to hire that represent your company? And to manage? What the hell? On Christmas Eve around 245 I arrived at this location. While in line, a girl with very short dark hair and glasses (later to find out she is training to be a manager...you're kidding? Also photograph included so corporate doesn't get it confused) yells out to the line "we are out of both rices and we close in 10). No "sorry for the inconvenience" "just so you know.." etc, nothing. That started off the bad taste in our mouths with how unbelievably rude and obnoxious this staffer was. We finally ordered and the young Hispanic man helping us was very kind and you could tell he was put off by his fellow employees. While ordering I overheard the cashier (a blonde with a poor attitude just like her "lead" which is no surprise if she watching her "leader" behave the same) giving the girl checking out a hard time because they were "out of kids size chips" however they had a plethora of full sized chips. Just give the poor girl the big size chips? As an apology for you being out of just about everything (not just rice)? Do the right thing? She left without chips... and without the other sides she has requested because they were all too lazy to make more of what was gone. As a manager myself I was shocked at who they consider for management roles- terrible attitudes, a complete absence of customer service skills, and just overall rude service. To end the experience we went to get our drinks... zero ice and the soda was flat and warm. Went to in n out to get soda and were met with smiles there. Go to in n out across the street. Came to this Chipotle at 5pm on a Tuesday and waited in a small line for 2 burritos. The food was good, however the service was terrible. The place seemed to be understaffed however, I have always experienced terrible service at this location. The 2 people we interacted with for ordering and paying were nice but the place was clearly understaffed. The person who manned the hot portion of the food bar was trying to be quick and just made a mess all over the place to where our foils had bean juice all over it when we opened the burrito. If you can, pick a different location. Understaffing seems to be an issue at this particular location and it's never a quick visit. read more

I've going here since 2015 and have to say 2024 has been the year I've had the worst customer service. In January, around noon on the 2nd, I ordered my typical order of salad, brown rice, black beans, carnitas, etc. but I get the tiniest serving of carnitas. It was abysmal. When I asked for them to please put more since the serving was tiny, a lady that looked 18 (long black hair in a pony tail) said it'll be extra. I reiterated that the serving was unacceptable and she replies, "That's unfortunate," while looking away, putting her chin up, rolling her eyes, pushing my bowl to the side, and walking away with sass. I should've just told her to f*** off and left but I was hungry. She didn't close my bowl with its lid. If I see this young lady (actually, it looked like most of the line workers were naive 18 year old girls), then I probably will never come back. Train your workers better, pay them more, and make sure they have more experience. read more

This poor Chipotle location is struggle city. I feel most locations have been on the decline ever since covid, but this location is really bad. I try and give them every benefit of the doubt, but its becoming harder and harder to do so. I guess my views are shared by other people based on this location's current 2 star rating. To be fair, the employees seem to be doing their best. But it is clear the team here is extremely understaffed which creates a sad cycle to witness. Staff are always drowning in orders, which makes service slow, which makes customers rude to staff, which brings down staff moral, which makes service even worse. MANAGEMENT: please get your team the help they need. This is clearly a high traffic store, and requires a lot more people on shift at any one given time. Current staffing levels are OBVIOUSLY not working. Fix the staffing issues and I'm sure the negative reviews will decrease. read more

The food here is always decently made, never had a bad experience with the food but today they denied service to my daughter and some other people by saying " they were only accepting online orders" and when her and others waited there because they did not hear correctly the workers just continued to not take their orders. We placed an order in the parking lot, went to dollar tree and came back and seen them taking peoples orders. They denied service to people earlier but later on continued to take orders which was confusing and proved that it was bad service. The food was good though. read more

I walked in an hour & a half before they closed, super excited because I was sooo hungry and Chipotle is one of my favorites. Restaurant was absolutely filthy, they had the chairs up on the tables and wouldn't allow anyone to eat there. The outside tables were already put away. I waited 10 minutes in line to order...there was 2 people in front of me and 1 currently building their items at the counter. While I'm waiting to order the 1 guy who was working the counter was finishing the person in front of me and asked this short girl working with him if she count ring up the order and she looked at him and went, "no I'm f*cking busy". I'm sorry, WHAT???? That's how you talk to your coworkers? That's how you talk in front of customers? Wow! I'm so glad you aren't my coworker girlfriend because you need to learn some basic respect and customer service. The counter where they make your bowl was disgusting, dirty beyond belief. I finally get to order, and the guy tells me they have no brown rice, they only have plain white rice not cilantro lime rice, the plain white rice they have is BURNT, they have no guacamole, they have next to no meat, their drink fountain is closed for the night. Remember where I said this was an hour & a half before they closed? Yep. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location. This happened about a year ago as well (in my personal experience). I'll be driving to Lathrop from now on. We ordered from this chipotle before with doordash and it was over priced and the burritos were tiny and hardly anything on my rice bowl so I figured I would give them another shot since I've gone to other chipotles and have good food but this time I decided to go inside. When I got inside I notice the older lady helping me seemed like she absolutely hated her job, didn't want to be there wouldn't make eye contact and was just overall not pleasant. She put a tiny amount of rice in my rice bowl I asked her for some more she gave me a nasty look and a big sign and SLAPPED more rice on there. I mean slapped like you can tell she was irritated them something was out and she picked up the container that's in the hot water and picked it up over my burrito and dropped water into my burrito kind you it's dirty nasty water. I though maybe she is just having a bad day so I tried letting it go she pushed our food down to the next guy for the veggies she signs lousy finally looks at me and said where did he go? To get you something? Which he didn't but again attitude because she had to put the veggies on. I will NEVER go here again! I stopped by on a Sunday night driving through town. What a mistake. I ordered a burrito which the person making way overfilled - and not in a good way. He gave me a teaspoon of guacamole and too much rice. He looked like he had never made a burrito before. The place was dirty, no napkins. I asked for one but left after several min when no one was getting them. I saw an employee in the back taking selfies and another joking with his friends who had come in. It felt like high school. When I got to the car I took out the burrito- the bottom of the burrito - which had been slid across the dirty counter by the cash register was unwrapped and split open. I went back in for a refund- was told not possible. After talking to the manager I got another burrito. The tortilla was like leather and the chicken really spicy- could not eat it. Wasted 25 min by now. Contacted Chipotle customer service and was told I could not get a refund but offered a BOGO offer- what a joke! Spend more money at Chipotle- I will never eat there again. I ordered a bowl with carnitas since all of my preferred meats were out and as I asked for light portions I was given a huge spoonful of sour cream. That's probably why you're running out of stuff. I scrapped most of my bowl off to eat it comfortably. The dining room was a mess, the bathroom was closed because of the lack of toilet paper.
