This was my 1st taste of Chik fila....and it was AMAZING! I've been a vegetarian for about 10 years but recently started eating meat again. Let me tell you 1st the drive thru was crazy. The line was foreevvver so we dined in. There was only one family in front of us so we were able to order quickly. I selected the spicy chicken and my friend ordered the deluxe sandwich. He asked for every type of dipping sauce for me to try. My favorite is the original. For a fast food joint this place actually brings your food to your table! There was only one place to sit but the noise wasn't overwhelming. Just everyone happily munching down their chicken sandwiches minding their business. Lol Staff were all super friendly and helpful. I definitely want to go back. I mean like right now but for us it's a bit of a drive but not horrible.

Multiple staff taking orders in drive thru line, drive thru lines have refreshing mister. Bathroom is fine and so is the food. Pls check your food as they can get the order wrong. But hey it happens.

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this morning I had a really disturbing experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and halfway through eating it, I found a blue plastic-like string embedded inside the food (see photo). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I expect better from a brand that prides itself on cleanliness and high standards. I hope management takes this seriously and investigates how something like this made it into a customer's food. Very disappointing start to my day.

I just tasted the worst drink of my life and almost threw up. I took a sip of what was supposed to be half unsweetened tea and half dragon fruit lemonade and it tasted like medicine mixed in toilet. I threw it away immediately after taking one sip and I still taste it. I need a refund asap

This Chick Fil A location can be found right next door to Best Western Plus, with its own parking lot. One thing I do not like about this parking lot is that the drive thru line will block cars that are parked in the lot (which is a poor design). My husband and I decided to stop by here last Wednesday afternoon, around 12 pm. We made mobile orders so that we could just walk in and pick up our items. Although both of our online orders were said to be ready within 8- 10 minutes of ordering, it was double the time since it was packed. I know that the local Chick Fil A location near me is pretty busy during lunch time, but this was even busier. Anyways, when our orders were finally available, we got our items and headed out the door and then had to wait for some of the cars to clear from the drive thru so we could get out (you kind of have to be a little aggressive and drive against the drive thru line if you want to get out). What we both ordered was the new Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich, but without jalapenos, $7.50 each prior to tax ($8.12 after). This chicken sandwich was actually pretty good. I love the flavor of the honey and the chicken (although the chicken was oily, as that was to be expected). The bun held up nicely and also was a perfect fluffy pairing with the chicken and honey. Service was friendly, even though very busy. The woman's restroom was also clean upon this visit and adequately stocked with the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap). Overall, both my husband and I had a positive visit at this location.

This is the closest chick fill a to Modesto. The parking here is not good at all not designed well. We went inside as the line of cars was extremely long. It was crowded but service was exceptional as usual and friendly. The place was not as clean as I remember and they had lots of flys which is not good. Food was a definite 4 star and great as usual. Service a 5 and up keep of the place was a 3.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.. The bun was real cold and the meat was kind of warm and the cheese was cold also... I was disappointed for the first time... I'll go there again because I like the place. Hopefully my next experience will be better.. I will check the food temperature before I leave next time.. read more

Chick fill a is my favorite restaurant but I have to say...it is beyond stupid you close one day out of the week, on a Sunday especially. When people have church and people be getting sick, it is really an inconvenience that you close Sunday and I know I'm not the only one who agrees. That's why Panera is getting more customers than yall now. You guys are honestly ruining your reputation closing the one day we need it the most. read more

Worst experience ever at this restaurant. Received a large iced tea but NO sweetners even though I specifically requested them & little to no ice. Grilled chicken sandwich was like recycled chicken with little or No taste!! Bun was not a regular bun and tasted like soft cardboard. I would think they would be great but not here. Never coming back!!! The really bad thing is that the drive thru did not give me a receipt so I don't have a total bill and their store number so I can call them back. Ridiculous!!! read more

Quick, clean, and predicable. We all know Chick-fil-A's food and this location offers the same quality I know and love. I stopped for breakfast at 8:15am and the service was very quick (~5 min or less to get my food) and friendly. The seating area is spacious with about 15 tables and was incredibly clean. read more

I wanted to put zero stars but that's not an option. We asked for 3 creamy salsa packets and said they could only give us 2. We told them we can show them our receipt and they totally didn't care and was very rude. We asked if we pay for another one and they still said no. First off let me start by saying this is not the only issue I have had at this particular Restaurant. I do not go often because of this reason. My kids wanted it for lunch yesterday so I obliged. No straws for the drinks, no ketchup which I asked for but no biggie because I was headed home to eat. Once I got home I got the boys food ready and I noticed the 12 count nugget looked a little skimpy. There were some smaller (I wouldn't even call them nuggets because it is just the little fried pieces that come in the box with the nuggets) pieces so I decided to count and sure enough these smaller pieces were counted as part of the nuggets. I don't feel like I am entitled to more but I do feel I should be given what I paid for. I ate on as I was playing my sons food but I will attach a photo of how small these were. These restaurants are known for great service but I can tell you by far this one is not one of those. I have been treated pretty portly a few times when they have made mistakes and refuse to fix them. Hopefully someone will realize this team needs some training on manners and fix the issue......someday. read more

Unacceptable service and treatment. We've come several times before and have never been happy with the amount of fries they give but this trip was that much worse. We had so many point built up that we we cashed out on two chicken sandwiches and a medium Dry. We essentially doubled it and were told we'd get four chicken sandwiches, two MEDIUM fries, and two shakes and a lemonade. When we got to the pick up window there was only one fry included and was basically half the box filled, thanks for nothing Chick-Fil-A, and said there wasn't a second order of fries, despite it being confirmed at the second checkpoint. I told them this and they still didn't make it right and expected me to get back in the 20-30 min line just to get more fries. No thanks! Covid or not, this is not good business. They could have easily put one more FILLED fry and give it to us to make it right, but NOPE. No help! Go to Stockton! They are horrid!! Shame on you Manteca! Get your act together!!! read more

Fresh food, fast service, friendly staff, and order accuracy every visit. This location is awesome :) the drive thru lines move smoothly and effectively. Every staff member is kind and welcoming. Everyone seems happy and to enjoy their job. They read your order back to you twice to ensure they've got it correctly. They always include everything and aren't stingy with the sauces. I really enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich and I add pickles to it. Delicious and a healthy choice for someone watching their food habits like myself. Waffle fries are always fresh and crispy. My favorite sauces are their signature chic fil a sauce and Polynesian sauce. To be fair all of their sauces are delicious so you can't go wrong. They also have a mobile app that I highly recommend downloading as it allows for quick and convenient online ordering ahead of time and you earn points for free items in the future. Their point system is fair and you accumulate them pretty quickly. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. I love the Manteca location. Thanks guys! read more

Their food is fine, the kids that work there are always very polite and friendly but they have forgotten something at least 3 of the 5x we've been there. We even said, um, I think something's missing. They looked, no everything is there, get home and a 12 piece nuggets is missing. Just frustrating. You try to check the bag before you leave but sometimes it's not obvious it's missing. The people packaging the food should ensure your order is complete! read more

Chick-fil-a... what can I say? At first, I always thought this was the chicken sandwich equivalent to in n out burger. Boy was I wrong! It has become mainstream and offers so much more then what was on its original menu. Branching off to breakfast, soups, wraps and salads it has alot going for it in terms of growth. An app savy service that helps you avoid the lines and consistency within its food keeps it ahead in the chicken sandwich wars! Must try for anyone who has never been and remember to try all the sauces! read more

I really like ChickFil A, but I must say this particular one is hit an miss. Waffle fries are my absolute favorite but lately when I get them they are mushy and oily. I can't even finish them they are so nasty. Other than that I really like the chicken sandwiches and mac n cheese. Ever since they opened this one I do not eat IN & OUT any more. There is a reason why this location is only 2 stars. Mgmt is horrible which usually translates to bad service and bad food. Head to Raising Canes 1/4 mile down the road. Mgmt and Owner here ignore there customer problems! They have created a traffic jam for the city, they don't support Veterans Day Vets, they don't resolve customer complaints when presented to them, they ignore the corporate policies. Stay Away from the Manteca Chick-fil-a! read more

Coming home from Stockton, my 4 year old granddaughter asked if we could eat at chick FIL a. Chicken was cooked to perfection, both for the sandwiches and the chicken nuggets. We ate on sight, everything was clean and well maintained. Staff member noticed my drink was low and offered to refill drink. Bonus to our experience, Micah( I think the owner) gave us gift cards for free milkshakes. I got the Carmel crunch, so delicious!! Thank you, we'll be back read more

I finally tried Chick fil a, after all this time. I can't believe I've been missing out on this bomb af chicken for so long!!! Love the spicy chicken deluxe and the nuggets yummm. Also their sweet tea is to die for. Waffle fries are really good too. That's what I tried and it was delicious. The employees treated me well. Someone was checking my table repeatedly to bring us drink refills and bring us more sauce cups, something I've never seen at a fast food. I really liked the sweet sriracha on my chicken and the chick-fil-a sauce for my fries. Thank you for bringing a chick-fil-a to manteca! read more

Honestly, this is the worst location I've been to . They are by far one of the slowest for breakfast yesterday I waited over 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me... As I'm typing this close to 7 on a Thursday I've been in line for approximately 10 minutes and it's moved twice .. My grandpa always gets the same thing in the mornings at least once a week a bowl with chicken and sausage.. i wanted to get one too, I was told one morning I couldn't do that. Uhmmm excuse me what ? Had it been him in the car he would've corrected whoever told me that bull... he ended up coming the NEXT morning and got exactly what I tried to order no issues (8 months pregnant and hate not getting proper information) . Then when I got to the window the girl who told me that had an attitude. Half the employees here seem so miserable and not the same chick fil a customer service you receive at any other location.. Highly recommend to anyone living close be excited for the new chicken place Raising canes opening . Once they open I probably will not be coming to this chick fil a and will wait until I'm in the Bay Area where food is good, customer service even better . Chick-fil-A never disappoints and they are so sweet! I saw them all exited every time they saw a puppy and it melted my heart. Also my food was phenomenal. I tried the nuggets for the first time and holy cow, so amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Also frosted strawberry lemonade is the best, run to go try it. read more

The drive-through lines might rival In-N-Out, but the quality and standards are more like that of a gas station. $20 for a side salad with chicken and a classic chicken sandwich; 3 ounces of shriveled fried chicken(yes, I weighed it when I got home), topped with yellow gloppy yet crusty American cheese, with soggy lettuce and tomato, no sauce or pickles and A bun that crumbled upon picking up the sandwich. Fries were flaccid and full of flavor from the filthy oil it was cooked in. I don't usually eat fast food or write reviews about it, because my expectations are so low, but because there is such a hype surrounding them, thought it'd be worth a try, nope, I wouldn't even feed that swill to my dog! read more

I had such an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A in Manteca! From the food to the service, everything was absolutely top-notch. I ordered the chicken strips, the original chicken sandwich, the mac & cheese, and a Sunjoy (half lemonade, half iced tea)--and every bite was amazing. The chicken strips were perfectly cooked, juicy, and crispy without being greasy. The original sandwich was everything Chick-fil-A is famous for--flavorful, tender, and simply delicious. The mac & cheese was rich and creamy, with that baked cheese topping that takes it to another level. And the Sunjoy was refreshing and perfectly balanced, the ideal drink to pair with the meal. On top of the great food, the staff and management team really stood out. Their hospitality was second to none--I was greeted warmly, served with genuine kindness, and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. I am food delivery driver and i visit this location in afternoon on march19 2026 and I never seen such a disgusting way to give any driver their orders like we have to wait for a long time even more than 15 minutes in sunlight and they have freaking door there with door bell which I think didn't work I press it three times at at 5 minutes interval when I tried to knock at door their employee come his appearance look like he has kind of bowl hair cut come outside and start yelling at me you are gonna break you can come inside and ask us and the fun fact is that they never let us come inside if go there and they say go outside and wait outside someone will come there that door I mean first of all they have discriminative way for third party pick up and this thing they teach every employers and employees how to do racism and discrimination last thing is that their owner choose that disgusting discriminative way hand third party food delivery option such a great freakin disgusting way. They are always in such a hurry that staff does not pay attention to what they are doing. They don't greet you when you order. They stand there awkwardly until you order and give attitude when you ask a question. I live 25 minutes away and I will wait however long for good service there but they seem to forget that. They rushed to give me my food. Didn't get any sauces and only gave me one straw for my drink. How do I mix my strawberry lemonade ?! Tried Chick-fil-A for the first time today, and boy, was I in for a treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I went with the breakfast Sandwich and ice coffee. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a crispy exterior that was just right. Absolutely delightful. The 2 stars is for the person who decided to build chik fil a in the busiest street and in a small corner. Yosemite is already a horrible street and now it's even worse for the huge line there is everyday.
