I always like Chick-fil-A because it's an easy fast-food joint with nice staff. This Manteca location is no exception. The mobile app makes it easy to pre-order, but you need to click "I'm here" so that the order can get started. This helps you to avoid the long walk-in line. After we arrived to the restaurant vicinity and clicked "I'm here," it took only about 5 minutes to get our entire order. The sauces are always great. I like the Chick-fil-A sauce, honey mustard, sweet and spicy Sriracha, and Polynesian sauce. There is a honey roasted BBQ sauce that comes in a packet rather than a plastic mini-box like the other ones -- that one is my favorite. If I could give this location a zero I would. Did an online order and spent almost 100 dollars including tip, and our order was missing 2 spicy sandwiches. The lack of a chik fil a team member ensuring ALL food is in an order put a huge inconvenience on us. We had to put in a petition to either get those missing sandwiches delivered or get a refund. I stressed we need to get it delivered and it takes 10 min to an hour for door dash to decide the outcome. I went in for a mobile pick up order that was in the ready status and I was not acknowledged by the team member nor the manager sitting near the pick up bar. Once I ordered it was around $50 worth of food for like 5 is us, by the time I got to The drive-through we had an extra person so I needed to add food. The cool thing was that she was able to add to my order and just charge my card that I had already entered online. I just went through the flow of the drive-through which wasn't too bad at that 5 PM time. My order was correct, I had plenty of extra sauce, and the service was great.
