I love Chick-fil-A but I am not a fan of this location. In order to dine in, you have to play chicken with the cars in the drive-thru. Whoever designed this restaurant did not consider the foot traffic because you have to cut through the cars waiting to go into the drive-thru line to order. Not a good look. Once inside we were surprised at how small it was! Literally the smallest Chick-fil-A location. The table we sat at was right next to the door that leads to the patio that the workers and customers were using. And the flies! So many flies buzzing around. We ordered at our table and while we waited my kids played in the play area. Very cheaply made but we were only in there for a few minutes. Once the food came we went to the restroom to wash our hands, coming out I had to walk past the doors and I nearly slipped and fell because the floors were so slippery! Overall- 3 stars...only because the food was good but they need to go back to the drawing board for the layout. read more

Drove over there late on a Monday evening. I don't have a Chick-fil-A within 10 miles of me so this was a trip for some Mac & Cheese! The chicken sandwich and waffle fries were just a bonus. The line was very long when we got there but the employees made short work of the customers, Popeyes could learn something from them. My Mac & Cheese was delicious and so were the waffle fries. Unfortunately my chicken sandwich was soggy and not the best I've ever had from Chick-fil-A. My only con about this restaurant is the parking lot... Took the family(five of us) for dinner. They sent us to our table with the frosted lemonade we ordered. The order came out in almost ten minutes... with another frosted lemonade. We soon realize my son's sandwich was made wrong. I explain this and they put a new order into the queue. Then his sandwiches come out correctly almost ten minutes later. Then I open my sandwiches and they are missing bacon and my girl's sandwich is also missing bacon. So I go to the lead again now seeking the three orders of bacon(3 x 3 half strips). Almost ten minutes later, six half strips come out for our now cold sandwiches. I go back again and explain the missing order of bacon. This girl tells me they now only put two slices on each sandwich, which I'm pretty sure this is a lie. I have gone back once since; I got three half strips of bacon on my sandwich. I don't understand why she lied about something so stupid. We spent almost an hour at CFA and ordered $45 of food and still didn't get what I ordered. At this point, I'll probably only go if the kids really want it, but I'm really not impressed with the food anymore. The volume of sales and the emphasis on speed has driven the food quality and accuracy way down. They only thing keeping cash flow through there anymore is salt, sugar, and MSG. read more

This restaurant moves so fast they are often not effective with delivery of orders. Just last night thru the drive through I was given the wrong size drinks when I paid for larger size. My salad was made incorrectly and no dressing was given. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my order was incorrect and it was after closing so I attempted to contact the restaurant and was told orders needed to be reported and corrected same day. How would someone know that? Also I was told I would need to bring the food back as proof. Really? In a pandemic? I'm not going to waste the $15 in gas to correct their mistakes. I would give this zero stars if I could. First off... drive thru is a complete joke. I hope you know exactly what you want when you get there because they give you no time to even look at the menu. Then you wait and they have people out in the parking lot to supposedly make this process more efficient but it by no means does it make it more efficient or better. I'm not sure why this location has such low ratings because I had a great experience here. There was about 10 of us in our group and we were able to combine a bunch of tables together without any problems. The line to order was not long so despite a trainee taking my order, the service was relatively fast and friendly. I especially liked that they offered cheese sauce for purchase (it tastes like really good nacho cheese and I highly recommend it). I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a lemonade and it all came out to me hot and tasted delicious. There was a manager walking around asking people how they were doing. He didn't come up to our group but I thought it was a nice touch. Surprisingly, on a weekday, this place did get full of people quickly during the lunch hour. read more

Went here today for a snack after my eye exam. I like chicken finger and waffle fries. Chick-Fil-A has both. What got me was when I got to the drive thru window to pay and pick up my order was that girl at the window started to give me someone else's Sprite. When I told her I had a Coke Zero she put the soda down and packaged up my order, I paid and then she handed me my soda and food. It wasn't until I drove off and took a sip of my soda that I realized that she gave me Diet Dr. Pepper. I didn't order Diet Dr. Pepper. I don't like Diet Dr. Pepper. I was disappointed. I also learned to take a sip of the soda before pulling away from the drive thru to make sure your order is right. Otherwise everything else was good. read more

Poor service from the top down. This Chik-fil-a has screwed me for the last time! They rarely get the orders right even if it's a simple order on a slow day, so look out if its a busy day. They seem more concerned with getting a name for the order than giving the correct food that goes with that name. After giving my order and going to the drive through to pay remaining balance in cash due to using a gift card , i handed the drive thru rep a $20 bill and also asked for honey mustard as i was waiting , he rushed me off and stated that i already have sauce in bag and handed us our drinks . We was that they had to count the cash-register and that it will take time . so i leaves and call and got told that the rep cash register was even and adds up but i knew something wasn't right , the second manager John told me i can sue him if i have a problem because there was no money of mines there . That he checked his employee pockets and what more do i want him to do , wasn't about the money at that point, the problem was i felt disrespected after other sarcastic words was said so i told him i can ensure i didn't receive my change of $4.17 and to review cameras and to write down my number and give me a call . He did just that; 5 min later he calls to tell me that the rep NEVER handed me any change . and that i can come and pick up my money ($4.17) that will be in an envelope at the front . I visited this location on May 30th and placed a large order for a family picnic we were having with some out of town relatives. When we got to the picnic, several items were missing, including my toddlers kids meal. When I called, the manager was incredibly unhelpful and basically said either come back now (we were 30 minutes away) or I'll put your name in the system for someone to get back to you about a refund within three days. I was never contacted. I have called corporate customer service twice and STILL have not heard back from the Lee's Summit franchise owner. This location definitely doesn't live up to its famed customer service and as a side note, getting in and out of there is a car accident waiting to happen. read more
