This is a pretty good Wendy's. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The service was a little bit slow, and the restrooms were fairly dirty. But the day we visited was rainy and dreary so there was a lot going on. Our sandwiches were fresh and hot. My wife enjoyed her fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was very hot and fresh. My burger was a little bit dry as it seemed. The patties had been on the grill a bit too long. They weren't quite ready to be chili meat, but they weren't really fresh either. read more

I have worked across from this particular Wendy's for almost 10 years, and never has it been run well. Most Wendy's restaurants run well, get your food out quickly and can manage rushes. This one usually takes upwards of 20-30 minutes to get an order (which sucks when your lunch break is 30 mins) is usually very dirty, and despite always appearing full staffed, runs like there's one guy doing everything. I have witnessed employees arguing with each-other, customers getting yelled at etc. I usually avoid this place unless there's a reason I have to go (Like when McDonald's was remodeled) but every single time I step in, its somehow worse than it was the last time. read more

I've been coming to Wendy's since I was a kid. Every drive-thru I go through it usually doesn't take more than 10 minutes or so with a line. This one in particular, I was sitting in line for TWENTY MINUTES and had to drive off because I couldn't wait that long for cold food. On top of that, the employees messed up several orders in front of mine and the poor lady had to wait an additional 10 minutes or so on top of the already 20 waited for one meal to be remade. Every evening I've come here, whether it's been dine-in or drive thru, they always seem extremely understaffed and blunt and rude to customers. 10/10 do not recommend. UPDATE: my boyfriend and I went to go dine in in wendy's today and we walked up to a sign on the door that read "due to only having 4 people today, we are temporarily closed, but the drive thru is still open" wtf?! Went to this Wendy's when we had 30 min before my sons class. Usually Wendy's is fast so I figured it was enough time. Drive through line was short. Still took 25 min to get our food. I pulled into a spot to pass out the food and both my kids meals were wrong (ordered 2 JBC with only Ketchup and mustard and got no bacon, why would I get junior bacon cheeseburgers and want no bacon?) and my burger was missing completely. I didn't have time to go through the line again so I tried to go inside. Door was locked with a sign that said drive through only. I had 5 min left and the line took 25. Finally someone came to the door and said they would fix it. They took the food and receipt (which said only ketchup and mustard for kids burgers). They brought food back and this time it had all but ketchup and mustard. This time no answer at the door, tried to call about 10 times but no answer and mailbox is full.
