This is THE slowest chick-fil-a ever. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the parking lot and it's almost guaranteed that they will mess up some part of your order. Drive 10 more min to the one by Costco. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to by far. Most Chick-fil-A drive thru's are a well oiled machine, but this one is total trash. Very bad drive thru at This Chick-Fil-A on E Stroop. It's so crammed into the parking lots and it blocks the spaces to park. Also the drive thru is very slow, I've been to other Chick-Fil-A drive thru and I got my food in under two minutes. The food is great but please relocate. read more

Horrible service and managers, the way they talk about the employees here is disgusting. Every time I go through the line I constantly hear the managers talking trash about how the employees outside complain too much. Today I saw 2 of the shift leaders walk away today in the middle of the rush which made me wait longer for my food. The older manager apologized for how long I waited for my food. I just really do not appreciate how you treat your employees and if you'd like advice of help on how to treat someone hire me someone who has plenty of experience instead of the lousy excuse of managers that look like they're high schoolers. read more

The Chick fil A at Towne and Country is train wreck tonight. They have often dropped the ball on our orders, but they are obviously struggling tonight. I wonder how many sodas were served before someone realized that it is only soda water with no flavoring. How many other orders were incomplete? Ordering ahead resulted in a wait of 30 minutes after arrival. With 12 other cars waiting for pick up orders, how satisfied will this group be with the sad product? I called the store to speak with a human prior to posting. She apologized and then quickly disconnected my call prior to any resolution. The attention to detail at this location is abysmal. They will undoubtedly continue to be busy (people love the food). Think twice before lining up at this location. read more

As much as I absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A, this bizarre, dog and pony show, rigmarole that they are doing in their drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I almost asked the employees if their menu boards were broken. It's so unnecessarily complicated that they have employees walking around with tablets taking your order and giving out numbers way before you are even at the menu board. You don't even have an option to read the menu board and decide what you want to get. Can we go to the normal classic way of driving to a speaker, giving your order, then driving to a window, paying for it, and being done with it all? That method has worked for what, 60 years now? And this process does not speed up anything at all, I still have to pull up and wait for fries almost every time I have come here. read more

I have given this location many chances and each time they disappoint. Today my daughter asked for Chick-Fil-A specifically and we had not been for while because our past experiences had been so bad. So I thought I would give them one more chance. On the way home I waited in line. They had employees outside to help expedite the line but none of their devices worked so it only slowed things down more. The Chick-Fil-A employee wanted me to down load the App instead of finishing the transaction in the drive through. I told her I did not want to download the app. She said it would make the whole transaction easier. Which I didn't understand because most apps you have to create an account for it is not instantaneous. Which just seemed backwards. After explaining that i didn't want to download the app a second time and why they gave me a number so that I could finish checking out. Plus today they did not have lemonade or ice cream. The two things my daughter wanted. The past 4 times they have been out of at least one if not more items my family wanted whether it is tea, lemonade, cookies, fruit cup or ice cream. I get accidents happen and someone might forget to order something but it has become so consistent at this location. That I really don't expect them to be in stock of anything. read more

Chick Fila is always tasty. We all know that it's a little pricey but it's usually worth it for a pleasant, clean experience with a wholesome company. Usually. I I think our cashier Amanda is going through a tough time and could use some uplifting from her management /associates. Once again I had an awful experience at The Kettering location ! Terrible service and sub par overpriced chicken, I would ask people to stop going here, the employees look miserable and don't care, the Management team is obviously overworked and there is absolutely no teamwork or communication. It's always an uncomfortable Vibe and I would never go back. Kroger has better Chicken Sandwiches and they actually know what their doing and how to treat guest. Within one year, I've been unable to place an order at this location. Being gluten free my options are limited to salads and grilled nuggets. After today (time number three of waiting in line to not able to order anything) this location will not be my first choice for fast food. Very disappointed. This is a good location but the drive thru is one you get stuck in even before the ordering spot. I've been in line for 12 minutes and couldn't leave. I have visited multiple times and have always had excellent service. The staff is helpful and nice. They check on you to make sure you have a full drink, if your order was correct, and how you are feeling. It's one of the few fast food restaurants that I visit for both the food and the friendly service. read more

I went through the drive thru and they must have forgotten that there were two lanes. 6 cars went through one side before the car on my side moved. It got to the point where I almost had to call the store to make sure they were still aware that they had two lines. When I finally got to order I ordered a meal and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. After waiting longer than I've ever had to wait at Chick-fil-A in the past I was given a room temperature meal and they didn't give me the soup that they had charged me for.
