I should start this out that I absolutely love Chick Fila. I love their food and will continue to go to Chick Fila. However, this location I have had consistent issues with. This is the third time in the past few months that I've gotten an order wrong (maybe out of 10 visits). I feel so rushed to get through the drive thru line to keep the line moving, and then check my order, and have to come back and knock on the door to get my missing or wrongly delivered item. I haven't experienced this issue with any other location, so needless to say I do not plan on coming to this one in the future. read more

My chicken sandwiches come with rotten lettuce 100% of the time. Completely black, oozing, horribly rotten. Every. Time. Got my order wrong twice in a row on the same visit. Gave me an attitude about their mistake. Then wouldn't take my sandwich back despite it being completely gross and disgusting. Apparently it's their policy that if they give you something gross you have to keep it in your car. The wait for drinks was over 10 minutes, and when a coworker asked another for help, he outright refused until he was done wiping menus even though there was a line for drinks. Today 2 cars in line at the stroop location The car in front of me had a big order and they let him sit at window to receive food for over 5 minutes instead of having him pull off so the other 7 cars that were behind me now including myself could get our food while it was still warm. Always issue with the drive thru 7 people milling around inside not doing anything what's the problem Is it the actual food being prepared slowly? It's been awhile since I've been to this particular Chick-fil-A... We ordered our food initially... Went well... After we were done eating we decided to get a couple shakes. We ordered... Then over 15 minutes as we wait for our shakes one register was open and four other people will just standing around doing little to nothing... finally we got our two shakes...Until we got into the car with the shakes.. Is when we realized that pulling them out of the drink holder... The entire cups was saturated with milkshake. It dripped all over the car, our clothes, our car seats and gear shift. We did not get any napkins...I guess that's our responsibility now to get our own napkins... But to top it off.. My cookies and cream shake had no cookies in it... No flavor but vanilla. I noticed that 99 percent of the restaurants in the last few years have gone downhill to the point we don't revisit. This will be one of them... Points or no points who wants free food when it's crappy... We paid almost $5 per shake... And did not enjoy either of them. My boyfriend threw his away just to keep the mess from getting worse all over our car...But we do have to clean our car because of the messy way that they prepared them. I'm just over it.. over the way that everyone is cutting corners and yet raising prices... So all in all you can keep your app you can keep your points and allow people that will take less than par food and preparation use your business. This restaurant is right in the middle of a plaza and other essential stores. The restaurant had super cute Valentine's Day decorations - not tacky either but just very well done. Greeted immediately by the cashier. However, my order was wrong. I asked for deluxe meal combo and instead got the normal sandwich. The receipt had a normal sandwich so either the cashier didn't understand or I wasn't loud enough when ordering? Bought another sandwich that was a deluxe and that of course was right. I asked the food serve for another Chick-fil-A sauce but he forgot about it. Not all that big of a deal but when Chick-fil-A is always concerned about customer service this location feel a little short. The dining area and bathrooms were clean and no other complaints! Like many other people, I love Chick-fil-A. The Kettering location originally was a well-run establishment, always clean with great customer service and great food. When my husband and I went in today and ate inside, all the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were really filthy (no toilet paper in my stall), and it took five minutes to get our food even though there were only a couple of people in the dining room. The food was ok, but it was hard to get past the dirty tables and floor. A number of employees were sitting at tables talking instead of cleaning the dining room or bathrooms. We won't be returning to this location. If I could give it no stars, I would, but the Yelp review makes you give it at least one star. read more

I can't rate the quality of the food on this visit because I stood in line for 5 minutes and no one would take my order, so I had to walk out because I was only on a short break from work. Four employees walked past me standing at the counter. One said they would be right with me, which never happened. Two were on their cellphones. Where is the management at this place. Whoever took our order for the drive-in was difficult to hear and unprofessional. They were often muttering or speaking in an unintelligible manner. We did not get asked if we'd like any sauces with our meals, despite the fact that they almost always do ask. They also gave us the incorrect cheese on our deluxe chicken sandwich. They always mess up my order it is always cold, stale, or chewy (not what I want when eating chicken ) I am a loyal Chick-fil-A customer and I normally visit the one by my house in centerville but because it's under construction for remodel I can't. Every time I also come through this location the employees always seem to be put out that they are at work, or scattered like maybe they needed a little more training or a coaching. Overall super disappointed because I love the ones in centerville and they are amazing, accommodating and the food is usually spot on I can't wait for the one near me to open back up. Hope this one turns around and does better the quality and customer service is absolutely disappointing this isn't a great location drive the extra six minutes to the one off Wilmington Pike at least your food will taste a 100% better and the employees aren't scattered or in a bad mood. read more

This is the WORST CHICK-FIL-A!! I love Chick-fil-A but will not be going back to this location. The tables were dirty. There was no tables clean for us to sit. The workers were a mess.we were sitting and eating AFTER we went and got wiped to clean our own table. The worker came to collect our table number thingy reach right over our food and all to crab it. So rude. She didn't bother to clean off other tables with trash still on them. Even though other guest were standing looking for a place to sit. As we were leaving and trying to throw our trash away we understood why trash was left on tables. ALL the trash cans were spilling over. Even the electric can was full. This is the only chick fil a that I've had a problem with. I have a dairy allergy and needed the market salad with no cheese. The lady who took our order was super helpful and told us to remind the people who handed us the food, that the salad can't have cheese on it. But as we drove away, I pulled out the salad and it had cheese on it. They don't seem to care about dietary restrictions. Every other location I've been to is SO GOOD with this. read more

This is BY FAR the worst and least-organized Chick-fil-a drive thru I've ever seen. There are no clear signs for the entrance, and people can turn in from the left even if others waiting in line are coming from the right, essentially cutting everyone else off. This store has gone downhill over the last year. The orders come out wrong. The cashiers mix up what you're ordering but read it back in a way that was what you said so you assume it was right, but they're punched it in differently than how they read it back to you. Terrible to park and try to get a refund if you do drive back. If you eat in, you'll get the evil one to give a refund. Store seems to be under pressure. When employees don't stay long, there's a management problem. Looks like turnover is high. Absolutely ridiculous- I have been waiting in line at this location for nearly 20 minutes, get up to order at 10:28 and am informed that they are no longer serving breakfast. I obviously don't want lunch at 10:30 so here I am stuck behind a line of 10 cars and can't get out....I feel like if you are going to have people waiting this long to place their order the least you can do is accommodate them by extending breakfast if that's what they came for. I have never been to a worse chick fil a. first of all, no one was outside so it was just a regular drive thru (not a big deal at all). but, we asked for a 12 pc nugget, about 10 chick fil a sauces, and a side of mac and cheese. i didn't even get the mac and cheese, about 5 of the 12 nuggets weren't even chicken just little crispies of the breading, and we only got 3 chick fil a sauces. overall, this location seems to be unorganized, as I have never been to a chick fil a who has gotten multiple items on my order wrong, especially not even giving me what I paid 5 extra dollars for. read more
