My husband went through the drive-through and got us some chicken minis and a sausage burrito. The minis were wonderful as usual. That was our first time trying a sausage burrito. We will not be ordering that again. It had one small piece of sausage at the top of the burrito and that's all the sausage that had in it. Plus, it was not very tasty - which could have been because there wasn't much sausage in it. Maybe make sure that sausage is in every bite. Anyway, the service was great and so were the minis. Super fast service. There were a LOT of employees working which is not unusual for a Chick-fil-a. I tried the cauliflower sandwich which is a fried cauliflower patty in a bun with pickles. I like that there is a meatless option other than mac and cheese even though the cauliflower is fried. If you want anything other than pickles on the sandwich, you'll need to request it. More than any other Chickfila location I've experienced, the Kernersville store and its owners do amazing promos to encourage community involvement. Also, peppermint chocolate chip milkshakes are the best possible milkshake. Wish they were year-round! read more

I hate to say anything negative about Chick-fil-A but... was hoping since it's a new location the service would be speedy and top notch but it wasn't. Arrived Saturday morning to grab a quick bite. Drive thru was slammed so decided to go in. Second person in line with maybe 2-3 people waiting on their orders. They took my order quickly and then we waited every bit of 15 minutes while the drive thru did empty as we waited. I guess I made the wrong choice. In general lately Chick-fil-A has gotten slow and seemingly disorganized in our area. During the peak of Covid they were much better at handling the masses so I'm not sure what has changed? I work in Kernersville and once a week we've been going to this Chick-fil-a over the last several months. This was the last time will be going to this Chick-fil-a. This is without question, the worst run Chick-fil-a I've ever been in anywhere. At lunch time they have one person at the register, the line is all the way across the room to the door. A nice Chick-fil-A with workers making extra sure tables are clean. Great service like most of its chains. The play area has a higher slide than most, sort of difficult to see once kids are all the way in the top. I would recommend play area for preschool age kids and above. read more

I am a long time fan and customer of the Lord's chicken. Unfortunately, this Chick Fil A was not destined to serve me chicken today. On a long road trip after a long night of drinking, sometimes duty calls. This Chick Fil A's facilities went above and beyond their call to duty. Service was excellent. Toilet seat: pristine temperature. I was even impressed by the door coming in. It's the type of bathroom door you look at and say, "Dang, this is about to be a good time." Also, I had the whole bathroom to myself while camping out and typing this Yelp review. The reason? Chick Fil A is good for you. No one is having to rush in here. Certainly one of the friendliest and nicest Chick-fil-a's I've been to. Not only were they great at bringing out slow orders, doing refills at the table and the other usual Chick-fil-a things, but they also offered little packs of cereal for younger kids/babies...FOR FREE.
