I was actually going to another spot when as I passed this spot I remembered that they had added holiday turkey sandwiches to the menu for a limited time - and I was definitely interested in these sandwiches! The sandwiches added are the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler (1/4 pound of thick sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, stuffing, cranberry spread, crispy onions, and mayo on a sub roll), and the Deep Fried Turkey Club ( 1/4 pound of thick sliced Deep Fried Turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo on a sub roll). The turkey is breast meat which is deep fried and then thickly sliced. Depending on the timing of orders the slices could be in a warmer for a while before your sandwich is prepared. Neither the stuffing nor the cranberry spread are prepared in house - these items are commercially produced, and freshness is not there in either item. Most if not all of Arby's sauces including Horsey sauce is commercially produced for the company! The Gobbler is not a bad sandwich but it is not one I would rush back to get again. The smallish amount of the turkey causes its decent taste to get lost in flavors of the other items, especially the crispy onions, the stuffing, and the cranberry spread. Throw in the well sized sub roll and there is much for the turkey flavor and texture to fight through. The stuffing is much like Stove Top. The Turkey Club was a better sandwich, with more distinct tastes and textures, though I would love to have some of the cranberry spread on it! Person said "no" and told that it would be another 5 minutes because there were 3 people working, and that I should go somewhere else. This place has got to be the worst for online ordering. After two tries it has continued to mess up my order. By the time I go back to have it correct the food I order that they actually got right is cold. My suggestion is to stay away and find another place that at least can fill an order correctly. Man, it really takes a lot for me to put a bad review on a fast food place. My family owns domino's pizza franchises, and I've worked plenty in food and customer service, so my husband and I are extremely patients with workers and have realistic expectations of the food. I decided to hit the drive thru while running errands. There were 4 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, I saw they had posted a sign on the order board telling customers to please be kind. She started talking but I only caught "when ready" and "card". I asked her to repeat what she said, "we only take card!" Okaaay, so I placed my order, she gave me the total, I said thank you and she said Uh huh. The line was moving really slow, so I had plenty of time to think about that sign. I get it, you're short staffed but does that sign mean the worker is free to be indifferent and borderline rude? A car pulled around past me and stopped next to the car ahead of me. The car sat there and the worker never acknowledged them, so I pulled up to the window. That car laid on the horn (I jumped a mile). The worker looked at them but didn't say anything. The driver had to shout that she was missing the cheddar cheese cup and straws. She turned to another worker and he said he would take it out to them. He clarified that it was just a cup of cheese and she said yes. I said, "and the straws". She said, "I already told her we are out of straws!" (So best to mind my own beeswax). Then the computer went down. She handed me my tea (I wasn't brave/stupid enough to ask for a straw). A manager came over and they had to reboot the system twice. Meanwhile, no one bothered to even apologize for the delay. She handed me the bag, asked if I wanted sauce, I said no thanks. She said, uh huh. Alrighty then. Since I was driving, I thought a beef n cheddar wasn't the best choice because they can be deliciously messy. Yum! I needn't have worried. I visited Arby's at 1:03 pm. on Thurs. I ordered 2 Arby's and a sm. curly fries. The prices are more than the menu board and online prices. I asked the lady "Rebecca" Why, and she said that's what her register says and that's what she has to go by. To top it off, the food was cold, not warm, cold. Arby's closes at 10pm, I arrived shortly after 9:30 to order some food. I pulled into the drive through, but there was an apparent malfunction that made the drive through not accessible so only the dining room was open. So, I parked the car and got out to go in and order some food to-go. However, the doors were locked so I double checked the hours for Sunday that were posted on the door. Only to see that it says the same thing as it does online, that it closes at 10pm. So I looked inside the window to see if anyone was in there and I saw someone in the back bagging up mobile orders because the drive through was still available for delivery services. I started to knock on the glass and they just ignored me. Absolutely the worst Arby's I have ever been to. The last time I went they completely botched my order and when I went back to correct it they botched it again. I don't know who is running this location, but something needs to be done. Completely unacceptable to lock the doors on customers before close, this makes me believe that the drive through actually was working and they just posted it up because they didn't want to serve anyone.
