Yes, I'm reviewing a Chick-Fil-A. This will probably be the only one that I will be reviewing in my collective Yelp career. I'll explain why: This Chick-Fil-A in Hanover usually gets it right. Yes, I know that Chick-Fil-A (well the one's that I have been to) are usually known for great customer service, but this location has been the best one that I have been to, pretty much ever. I can't really recall anytime where an order was wrong, an employee was not polite, or when the food was not nice and hot. For those who have come to this location anytime during 11 AM - 1 PM know that the drive-thru and inside is insane, in a bad way. Even with the crazy long times, I still make a trip either inside or the drive-thru knowing that the wait will not be excruciating or mentally painful. I can go back to work knowing that I am still mentally and psychologically intact even with the lunch rush. There were times where I can re-call when the drive-thru was long, and an employee would take orders on a handheld PDA even before you drove up to the order screen. Niceeee. I won't talk about the food, but there are two things that I usually get on the regular: Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Vanilla Milkshake. It's mandatory. If not a milkshake, I'll settle for the large lemonade. So, in conclusion boy and girls, Chick-Fil-A in Hanover is a winner. If I'm in the area, I won't hesitate to make a stop here, even with the grouchy Wendy's neighbor right across the other side. read more

I secretly love chick fila and they always get four or five stars but some of the staff here were out of it. It's a chicken sandwich place and they gave us a fish sandwich so I'm not sure what that was about. Not a lot of smiles either and the differentiator for cfa is the service!! read more

the drive through workers outside were very rude and impatient. i got a few $10 gift cards for my birthday and they were very rude when i tried to use them and his hand scanner wouldn't work. the boy at the window was much kinder read more

This particular Chick-fil-A has the best service and cleanliness compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants that I have been to and other fast food restaurants as a matter of fact. Try their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and their waffle fries because they are top notch! Also, try their special Chick-fil-A sauce! They are out of this world, I seriously can't get enough! Don't be afraid to ask for more of the sauce because once you try it there is no going back. Top it all off with a delicious handspun milkshake or an iced tea and you are one very satisfied person! Like any chick fil a, it's always faster to go inside and get your food than waiting in the drive thru. They are always friendly and provide quick service. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the chicken strips at this location seem much smaller compared to others. 3 strips would only be a small snack, so if you don't want to be so disappointed, then order 4 chicken strips read more

My gf and I have stopped her a few times on our way up to NYC. The employees are always very helpful and the place has always been clean. The food is of course standard across all locations but always delicious. The drive through has always been efficient and we'll definitely continue to stop and grab a quick breakfast bite. read more

The waitress kept talking about "her pleasure" everytime I thanked her. She was not my type and I didn't want think about her being pleasured. Other than that they invented the chicken sandwich but then did not invent anything else. I don't feel like they should have stopped there. If you are serious about inventing you don't stop after your first good idea. The think-tank behind the bologna sandwich also invented air conditioning and leaf blowers. The chicken nuggets and sauce were delicious and saved this review. I just hope "Miss Pleasure" has found a man or is not working next time I go in. read more

Came here a few weeks ago LEFT MY PURSE -- was on our way up to NY for memorial day weekend. So the manager kept it til my friend came and picked it up for me. I have nothing new to say about this location that I do about any other Chick-fil-A establishment. So here is my repeated review. I think I will stop checking in since I don't have anything new to say: I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too---you've gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I'm upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc....your tongue is really missing out on what "real" white meat chicken taste like. Oh, yeah...it is seasoned great too! Now to wash all of that down you will need a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade mixed, I have never (that I can remember) a time when they are not packed with customers...that alone speaks volumes! This place is about as good as it gets for fast food. The service is always over the top. I eat lunch ear about twice a month. Sometime I do the drive thru, but at lunch it is usually wrapped around the building twice. So I will usually just go in. They always have a greeter at the door. I love the chicken nuggets. I have gotten them baked and fried. They are both great, but Fried is better. The fries are always fresh and crunchy. If you are looking for fast food this is the place to go. read more

Chick-Fil-A is like the cool fast food place. You can say you're eating there and people will be like YEAH MAN! It's funny. I guess it's a bit healthier than other options, and it is cleaner, the service is more polite... Yeah, definitely a better choice than most. This one is no exception. It's everything you want a Chick-Fil-A to be, plus more. They have a little area beyond the tables for kids to play in. Nice when it's crowded inside and you don't have to eat around a million screaming children. The service is always very fast despite the constant line around the building. There is even a lady who works there walking around asking you if you need anything if you dine inside. Gotta give it to 'em. The chicken is yummy and I love the lemonade. The milkshakes are to die for and I dig the fries. All good stuff!! One of the best fast food places out there no doubt. My only gripe is they aren't open on Sundays... not a fan of religious stuff but I will continue to support them since they're a quality company. read more

This location has some of the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of encountering in a fast food establishment. There's one particular staff member who is responsible primarily for just making sure diners have everything they need. She will refill your drink, remove your garbage from the table, bring you napkins, or help with just about anything you need. Most importantly, she's always bright and cheerful! The staff in general responds in such an organized and efficient manner that even though this is an incredibly busy location, I can always rely on them to process both the inside and drive through lines quickly and effectively. Who can resist a Chick-Fil-A sandwich? I love the milkshakes, especially vanilla, strawberry or peach (not always available).

I've been to many chick-fil-a restaurants, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. All of the one's I've seen have wrap around the building drive-throughs and they all need them! They are very popular. The staff there is so polite, even beyond the required "my pleasure" response. They bring your food to the table. One day when it was very busy they were even taking orders table side! kinda cool. They are also patient with my active 3 year old trying to order his own food. Their play place is nice. We frequently have breakfast here, before I take my son to school. read more

I received a rushed employee on the the drive thru. She didn't seem to concerned with accommodating my order, and was only interested in rushing me. She did not try to suggest any other menu item. I was a little apprehensive about going to this location simply because going anywhere in the Arundel Mills area you're bound to have a long wait! But to my surprise, although the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I placed my order and received my food rather quickly! The man at the window was exceptional! This is THE BEST Chick~fil~A we've been to. We have 2 children that go to the University of Oklahoma, so driving to and from there, trust me. we hit a lot of them! It is EXTREMELY busy, yet you hardly notice. When the drive through gets long, out go employees with tablets and walk down the line taking orders. When a deaf man was trying to order, the cashier motioned for him to wait a moment, and out came a young guy, who communicated via ASL! I just love to sit and watch things like this. Great food, great employees, efficient as all heck. The only negative, is we always seem to get the craving on a Sunday, lol! An excellent chick fil a restaurant. extremely busy. reliable good quality. I doubt there is better run chick fil a within 50 miles. Really puts the restaurant next door to shame. been here many times and will continue. It is right next to the mall, and it is so great that the employees are so nice! go next door and it's like TSA, more what you'd expect around a mall. It had been 3 years since I ate at a Chick Fil A and I got my rental car on Tuesday at 8am and was the first place I went. The service and quality is still the best for any "fast food" restaurant and the only negative I can say is I don't live near a Chick Fil A. The Arundel Mills Chick-Fil-A is excellent! I was there 2 weeks ago, and, I got service with a smile. All of the tables have fresh flowers on theme, they don't hide the mayonnaise, and, the one of the workers put my food on a tray and brought it to me, too! They put big portions of chicken on their sandwiches as well--if only all Chick-Fil-A's were like this one! read more

The food is good but the prices are a bit high for what it is. If you're looking for something healthy (like the grilled chicken sandwich) you can't beat it. McDonad's chicken sandwich doesn't compare. The staff is VERY VERY VERY nice. I wish politics could stay out of it as I do support gay rights but I'm rating based on food and staff - not politics. I believe they really care about their customers and I appreciate that. They seem to take pride in their work. I wonder if they pay their employees better than other franchises because there is definitely a difference. read more
