This location is really nice! Seriously best burger I've had in some time, ok, not really, but you're still reading having thought I got a burger at Chick-fil-a. No different than any other location.....Eat More Chiken Surprising that at almost 8:00 pm they must've had 12 (ish) people working. Plenty of staff on hand and friendly quick service. Menu is identical to any other location I've been in. I went with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Pepper Jack Cheese and Bacon plus the classic waffle cut fries and yes, you guessed a large sweet tea (there is a chance I have a problem). Fresh and great taste hard to go wrong. My girlfriend had the grilled chicken tenders which were really good as well. Price for 4 of us was about $30, hard t beat as well. If you have little ones they have a really large kids play area as well. Good location and would recommend it if you are craving some good fast food chicken. read more

The food is always cold, the service is abysmal. The wait for cold food is way too long. The employees are always nice but management is sub par which explains the quality of service and food. Everything is usually great here but this time.I got the regular combo and it was great.However my wife got the chicken club combo and a small nuggets.The club was missing the cheese and bacon.When we sent it back ,it had cheese and bacon but was ice cold.She didn't want to send it back the second time and didn't eat it.Hopefully next time they can earn more stars from,The Working Man Review. read more

Ordered door dash. Late, Half filled fries and mac and cheese, no sauce, drinks were filled up. Happens almost everytime.

The service was really good, perfect rather. Until I met one rude young lady. Ms McKenna... I don't know quite why she had such an attitude with me and my family but it was unacceptable in my opinion. Snarky behavior, dismissive, and overall just a rude person. I'm not sure if she's always like this or maybe I just caught her on a bad day but nonetheless she ruined my relationship with that Chick-fil-A. If I see she's there I will not be eating there. Me and my boyfriend went to this location on a thursday. we ordered one medium fry and a chocolate shake. they asked for my name, but proceeded to spell it wrong(which is okay because a lot of people do) when they called my name it was way off, so i corrected them out of habit and they gave me a rude look. it took 10 minutes to get my fry. they were giving other families that order after me there food. when they finally gave me my fry, they forgot my shake. i tried for 5 minutes to get the worker's attention. her manager had to tell her to turn around and help me. this took place in the dining room. the fries and shake was great though and behind the counter looked clean as far as i could tell. the lobby was completely trashed though. i try to understand fast food workers because I currently work in fast food, but it's hard when they are rude and just completely ignore customers. read more

40 minutes in the drive-thru is just wrong. Need adult supervision because the kids were making a mess of things. I'm also not convinced the expanded drive thru is an upgrade. Seems like it caused a lot of unnecessary problems. Not near enough parking. read more

Well... We have just moved back to Alabama and have not had chick fil a in a while.. and it's my daughter's favorite so we braved the drive thru today. Starters... the girl that took my order did not even give me enough time to place my complete order she was in such a hurry and then just walked away!! Got the food.. went home and I had ordered a kids meal with ice cream. I got the spoon.. no ice cream. Apparently, atheists aren't welcomed at this establishment. I consistently eat here 2 times a week, always the #3 large with Diet Coke. EVERY time they hand me my change and receipt and say "God Bless", and everytime I reply with "God is not real". Just like clockwork, they yank the receipt out of my hand and replace it with a bible. Needs help. Food is good, but atmosphere is not. Counter for taking orders is a total mess. Sauces are all on a cart that looks like it should be in the back. There's a big area blocked off for employees I think, which is really not customer service oriented. I have always loved Chick-fil-A from several locations across the US, but it is starting to loose its appeal to the customer. Drive-thru is the main focus and not atmosphere inside. I would like to give back story before proceeding to leave review.. I am 25 year old black business owner out of Houston Texas with multiple businesses between Houston and Las Vegas. I am currently in Alabama with my staff building out a local bingo/casino hall (adding jobs to the community). I say this to say today around 8 am I order breakfast for my employees in the rain via drive thru before heading to the job site. Everything was amazing up to the point someone forgot a order, no big deal I understand life happens. I park my rental vehicle with mask on (Cov is still around) to go in to store due to the line being 10-15 cars long to receive missing order. This is where my experience goes south, I am rudely introduced to Ms.Haroldyn (elderly African American lady) (I believe is her name), I'm yelled at like some thug off the street or as if I'm her child to stand out side in the rain in front of the full staff to wait for someone to address me outside. I was flabbergasted, Im not sure how you guys do business in Alabama but in Texas customer service and hospitality is the most important part of any business. I provide for over several families and supply jobs for people all over America, to be talked to like some trash off the street or thug because of my color (not to make it a race thing) . I would like an apology in front of the staff. That is horrible business. Chick-fil-a is a great restaurant on the outside. You walk in and are greeted with a smiling face and a "How can I help you today?" Then comes the food. I have a gluten allergy (celiac disease specifically) and have made that very clear to both the front line and kitchen. Yet, almost every time I go there, the kitchen fails to read the front line's notes on the order and serves me a FRIED sandwich (gluten) on a WHEAT bun (also gluten). I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone with a gluten allergy do to the fact with the kitchen being so careless on multiple occasions. read more

I am NOT a huge fan of fast food to start with BUT I was given a coupon for a sandwich in "restitution" for a significant faux pas made by a company I THOUGHT had their ethics aligned. At the time it was given to me I swore I would never go into another Chick-fil-A ever. The manager assured me it had no expiration date so that when I changed my mind I could use this coupon to give them another chance. Evidently this is not my restaurant and apparently never will be. On a whim I decided to give them another chance tonight and tried to present this coupon to be told that as of the first of the year they will no longer accept them because it is paper. This is probably the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Granted, the closest chick-fil-a that's so much better than this one in 45 minutes away so I only go to this CFA. The food has gotten better recently, but sometimes the fries are still cold and soggy. Sometimes the chicken is cold, too. The inside of this CFA is really nasty. The wait to get food is TERRIBLE. I will wait 20-40 minutes somedays. I hear from people who used to work here to never eat here. But yet I still do because I LOVE CFA and it's closest one we got unless you want to go to Fort Payne or Oxford. Fort Payne and Oxford are probably the best CFA's I've been to. I received my food fast but that's all. My order was incorrect . And I specifically asked to pay with my card not my app- that was wrong too. So does it matter if it's fast if everything else was wrong. They apologized- that counts but they still used the money on the app instead of the card so it doesn't count for much. read more

This location is FABULOUS! The food is very delicious and (sometimes) quick. The worst part of it is the price. I ordered combo that was more than $9.00 and I ordered this without drink. Just fries and burger. I also don't recommend eating this as a lunch. Because ordering a combo won't make you full. You'll be hungry about 2.5 hours after you eat. read more

First of all I love Chic-Fil-A's food! Love it! I was very disappointed in the wait of my food at this location. 40 minutes for fast food is not ok. The manager of this Chick-fil-A needs to find out what other locations are doing during high traffic times. The Oxford Chick-fil-A is the busiest I have ever seen and yet they get you in and out on time!
