This is my favorite Chick-fil-a to go to in durham! The staff is friendly and efficient and my order is always correct. I love the food - especially the Oreo milkshakes but really there's nothing there I don't like. The drive through is also very efficient which is nice (altho we generally go inside). They are also good at customizing for my dairy intolerance in a quick manner as well. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location, ever. And, since it's so close to home, I could get into financial trouble if I don't avoid driving passed it. ;-) Service is quick and friendly. Food is almost always hot and freshly made. I was going to make it 4 stars, but then remembered that I should be reviewing it as compared to other fast food restaurants rather than compared to all restaurants. Yet again this location has left a lasting impression on me - a fantastic one! I watched an employee assist an elderly man out by holding both doors open for him, thanking him for his business, and addressing him by using the title "sir". The employee himself was in his fifties, but he was just so respectful. Svelte behind the counter is always pleasant and uses great manners. I am a vegetarian, but I still love coming here for salads, fries, and a drink. The service is just top notch. Everyone smiles. Keep up the great work! read more

Great Customer Service High Standards deplorable food. There is not a good thing that can be said about the food at Chick-fil-a nothing like an overpriced soggy chicken sandwich left to die in a foil lined bag. I have heard raves about that canned soup that they simmer with day old chicken. The wraps are pre- made and stored until congealed in a refrigerator. Not sure why anyone would ever eat here. I will say that Chick-fil-a business model has the sheep lined up in droves. Bon a petite morons. read more

I normally don't review chain restaurants but this place was spot on. I went here for lunch with my elderly mom and one of her friends and it was a first class experience. The restaurant used order numbers to bring our food to our seats ( no waiting at the counter during the busiest time of the day). We were visited 3 times while we were eating to see if everything was OK or if we wanted a refill. They are everything Truett Cathy would want a local franchise to be. read more

Not that they need another good review but I thought I'd take a moment to give them some definite kudos. My fiancé and I were there yesterday afternoon during the busy lunch rush. When we pulled in, we were apprehensive because of the line wrapping around the building but we decided to go through the drive thru anyway. Within 5 minutes (not even) we had paid, received our food, it was hot and exactly what we had ordered! Great work! read more

On 01/3014 the city was pulsing close to normal. Roads were great and shops were back open, except this one? Drove all the way thru town to pick up a big order and treat my family to a surprise breakfast, and found it closed. Amazing how many customers at the location learning what I did, as I did. It appears they lost much income that day. Drove down the road and picked up Biscuitville. I will try Hillsborough Rd., next time. To many negatives with this location. read more

Chick-fil-A is great in general and excellent at this location in particular. We visited recently while they were hosting some kind of classic car show. They were super busy, but were well-staffed and nobody was waiting long for their food. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was nearly spotless. read more

I feel bad it has taken me so long to update my review! I apologize! This location has definitely improved over the past two years! The quality of the food is great and the fries are always hot and tasting fresh! The breading on the nuggets is better (they could always use way more breading, lol) but it's much better than it was! The employees are very friendly and the managers are SUPER nice. They make you feel like family inside the store and do a great job taking care of you! read more

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-a. This is the best one in Durham, NC. It's has a nice environment. It's a very busy restaurant, although it's very efficient and fast. You can order your food and two minutes later you're at the drive thru window. The staff is very patient and respectful. The food is always hot and delicious. Thumbs up!! read more

The drive thru service today was fenomenal! I usually try to arrive at Chick-fil-A around 11:30 when I go out to lunch in order to beat the crowd, but today I couldn't make it until 12:30. However, despite the crowd, there were employees everywhere directing traffic, taking orders, and running the register in order to make the drive thru a breeze, and a swift breeze it was! I ordered, paid, and received my food within 3 minutes. I'm very impressed with this restaurant and its efficiency and professionalism. Great job, Chick-fil-A! All other fast food chains should take note. This location remains quite busy, however, the staff works quickly and efficiently to deliver food rapidly. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the staff is remarkable. If you're in the area, I high recommend checking out this location. read more

In my opinion Chick-fil-A is by far the best run restaurant in the market but kudos to this location. They had people outside taking orders and money with smiles on their faces. They personalize the experience by name and had the order done by the time I got to the window.
