Though at my visit today I discovered they use Martin's potato rolls for the burgers. The place was a former deli and is tiny. I was greeted at the door and they took my order. Cheesesteak fried onions provolone. My go to order. The floor is tiled and slippery and I almost fell several times. It was around 4:15 so I thought I beat the dinner rush but apparently everyone orders from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats. At least a dz orders were picked up while I was waiting. I thought the wait was a little long.... But I stood there waiting for my sandwich. Finally a woman from the back come up front to address a problem with a chicken order and asked what I was waiting for.... A cheesesteak I replied and the counter woman that took my order grabbed a bag that was sitting in the pickup pile and handed it to me Alex? She asked yes I replied. I took my sandwich and got into my truck. At a red light I reached over to feel the bag... it was Luke warm. I expected my sandwich to be piping hot. Ggggggrrrrrrr. That is why I ordered at the place but the nearly 30 minute wait with the undetermined amount of time it was on the to go counter will you get the picture. On my arrival at home I opened the sandwich and snapped a photo. At this point it was barely warm. I prepared it with ketchup, hot pepper hoagie spread and my last slices sweet horseradish dill pickles. The first bite was underwhelming. Barely warm and the roll which was supposed to be sarcone's tasted more like amoroso. Onions were diced into fine cubes and I prefer more than the tiny amount provided. Overall taste was good but because it was nearly cold hard to actually evaluate. The overall sandwich had enough meat and a good meat to bread ratio. I found no trace of fat or grizzle. Maybe if circumstances were better I would have been happier but it did not reach the hype.

The young lady explained the menu to me which helped me to decide. I did feel bad for her because it was pretty cold inside! Might explain the cold fries. I will definitely try SmashBros again but when it's a little warmer outside.

Former employee here: I never wanted to come out and say anything because I'm very secretive about my feelings when it comes to stuff like this. I did not want to bash anyone from the company because I know every Chick-fil-A restaurant are not like this location where I used to work at but this made me not want to trust working at Chick-fil-A ever again. I was let go over something small that could've easily been resolved but they choose to fire me instead just because I didn't clock in/out for break even though I told them that I was confused on how to clock in whenever I'm about to go eat but nobody really showed me how to do that so they pulled me in the back and told me they had to let me go and it made me wanted to end my life because I didn't expect to be terminated after I told them that I was confused. I don't have a problem with the people that works there. Most of the people I've met were nice asf. I just feel like this could've been resolved because I did approached one of the managers that was there at the time and told him about it. I could've easily sued also but I ended up letting it go and just went to inpatient care for a while because I had to recover after they had fired me because it took a big toll on my mental health and depression. I had to leave a review because I couldn't stop thinking about it after 10 months ago since this happened because I used to put my heart and soul working there. But I got another job now and the managers are treating me alot better than there. read more

Though this is a very busy Chick fil a location that does not bother these great people. Always helpful and working as a team. Feels good even being there, around positive people, and employees such as these. Other than the food that is the other reason I come to this Chick fil a. Barley even one star, not for just for service, but for employees too. How are they going to say there bi-weekly but pay within three weeks. Two week should be it. People service off of work, but if your not getting paid, it's just a favor. And no one pays favors to beggers. "Where hiring" where horrible people who expect favors" were too broke to pay our employees after being mistreated! read more
