I love Chick-fil-A, I really do but since this location has changed management the customer service has dwindled. Simple orders they mess up; they forget food, they don't put napkins in the bags, they don't give you the sauces you ask for and/or they give you someone else's order. I really need the team members who are packing bags to pay attention. I have a list of food I haven't received from various visits to this location but, I always forget to tell the person at the window. The manager named Dave is great, there's another guy but I can't remember his name right now nevertheless, they try but, after several trip of missing items and blasé attitudes from the less seasoned staff ... it becomes extremely frustrating. Doing a review of a Chick-Fil-A is more or less an oxymoron at this point because if you've been privy to the sublimeness that is Good Ol' Christian Chicken you know what to expect and this location is no different in that it delivers. Rolled in last Wednesday around one and as you would expect the drive thru line is wrapped around the store so we opted to go in and while it was busy, the line was being processed in an efficient manner. The hot food was hot, the cold food was cold while the service was up to the normal Stepfordian excellence that I've come to expect from this chain. This is the worst chick-fil-a I've been to in my entire life. The staff are lethargic and the food was absolutely awful. There are a large amount of workers manning the drive thru and 1 person handling inside orders. I stood there with multiple staff members looking at me but just chatting away for about 20 minutes about a family vacation. The food was either overdone or undercooked. They pushed my car all the way to the Lowe's parking lot and even brought me a meal free of charge because I wasn't able to order. I literally cried out of relief and thankfulness. But, everyone who ordered after us received their food. I went up to the counter to notify one of the workers that we were still waiting on our food and that's when I noticed the manager. On any given day I'll get the chicken wrap (cold) or a market fresh salad with the berries. Yum. The grilled chicken nuggets are great and my children eat them right up. The lines are always long and worse on Friday evenings. In times of Covid this is truly the first NO CONTACT experience I've had. Chick-fil-a in general is redefining what a fast food place can be. Providing better quality food still at a fair price but with an almost baffling speed. Their ability to have actually friendly servers and their attention to detail is quite refreshing. This location is no exception to the rule. I've been coming here a while and when the drive through gets backed up they walk outside to take orders in person to speed it up. Traffic would get messed up entering the parking lot so they added markers to keep the traffic flowing right. The kids play center is cleaned including wiped down with hand sanitizer every day. The staff is friendly and they even ensure the condiments are neatly aligned for you at the counter. Upon sitting down they even place little markers for where to put your marker cup and the tables have fresh flowers which are refreshed weekly. But your only be sitting there for maybe 1-2 min before your food will arrive. Only once did I ever have an issue here so I sent them an email about it. Never had that issue again and I had a reply from the owner with an apology and a couple free coupons. It's seriously hard to find anything to criticize here. read more

I was here a few days ago and it's honestly the only chickfila that i know that doesn't clean their tables right away. An employee is supposed to clean the table as soon as the table gets up. This Chick-Fil-A is in a section of the shopping area in front of Lowe's. This restaurant has its own parking area so parking should usually not be a problem. First off, I have to state that I'm not a fan of the Chick-Fil-A restaurant chain. I hardly ever go to Chick-Fil-A, but I was at this restaurant because I got a coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich from a nearby geocache. I have to say though that this restaurant looks quite clean and well-kept. Service was okay and pretty fast and the chicken sandwich was good.
