There was such a nice girl in the drive thru this evening. However, my food was wet. Both the Gordita and the burrito were wet. I thought maybe I was being 'dramatic'. However, while I was driving home and eating, my tongue was feeling strange. By the time I reached home, my mouth kept watering. I was so confused. I downloaded this app just to give this place a horrible review. More than half of our food was missing and the rest was the thrown in the bag and open. We ended up going back inside multiple times to get our food and they were stilling missing things. On top of this the entire store was dirty and none of our food was even packaged. Absolutely horrible. The service? Not even worth telling because its so embarrassing, but since this is a review, also horrible. My food took 30 minutes to be ready. But guess what? It was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes and no one called my name. Mind you, my kid just worked out for 2 hours at her sports and we wanted to get food and then go home really quick and thought taco bell would do the job. I was terribly wrong. I was extremely disappointed with my order this evening. I ordered delivery for my family this evening and specified on my order that there was to be no cheese. My son is allergic. There was cheese on my power bowl and they didn't add the onions as requested. In addition to messing up my son's order they didn't send my sauces and they gave me the wrong drink. I get it. Working at a fast food restaurant is difficult work but following and order on a screen isn't brain surgery. My main issue here is that there is no one to speak to directly about this issue. April 15th I bought Deptford Taco Bell's Mexican pizza with our order for take out. When we got home the pizza tasted awful as if it had chemicals were put on it. My son also took a bite and told me not to eat it. I started to feel sick like I was poisoned. I called the police who took a report. I brought the pizza back to Taco Bell and spoke with the manager who wanted to give me another one but hey...no way! I suggested he not sell anymore pizzas and repot it to his manager as I already have a police report. He refunded my money and took my phone number. Did I hear back? No! The next day I was violently ill. I'll never go to Taco Bell again. read more

This Taco Bell has the "nostalgia" factor at work for me. In college I worked at the two Marriott hotels right down the road and my former coworkers and I would take turns buying each other tacos. It was super unhealthy, but again...college. Unfortunately Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure. Whenever I'm out of the country, it's my main craving, so when I return I tend to go on a TB binge. Whenever you go to a fast food chain you know what to expect as far as food goes usually. So as far as my comments for the food they were good as to be expected for what we ordered. My four stars goes more for the staff at this location. Whenever we stop at the drive thru the staff is really very friendly. Always smiling and small conversation so for that they get four stars for me. I appreciate the fact that they are so friendly. The food also was good. I don't wanna take away from it. We ordered bundle boxes and they were tasty. They are also pretty prompt with the drive thru. Not long waits either. Keep up the good work with your customer service and know that it's appreciated. OMG worst experience ever. Despite being absolutely no line the staff in the parking lot REFUSED to let me drive up to the menu. Seriously said corporate orders or he would be in trouble. I could barely see the menu flapping from his hand held order taker and he told me the only special was a grilled cheese pack. We all know that's not true. It was soooooooo ridiculous and had to be for him too. The eventual order was about $34 and they refused to take a $50. Really? A fifty is like the new $10 bill these days. Apparently another new corporate rule. No sincere anything not even a free churrito! If it wasn't my sons birthday and him really wanting a dorito taco lol that order would have been left right there. By the time we left the line was around the store just because we do not have the menu memorized, they refused to let us have a menu or look at the menu board, and we had to scrounge for enough smaller bills to pay. I wouldn't usually write anything for a local fast food place but this Taco Bell really did a great job today with every aspect of drive thru order. The young lady that took my order was efficient and extremely courteous, the elder lady that took my payment was extremely inviting and wished me a very great day and the gentlemen that brought out my Mexican pizza went above and beyond. I used to go to this place back in the day and the service was very mediocre to say the least, I'm very happy about the service I received today, I will be going back more often.
