First, the service is always good here, hence why they got an extra star, but the food was a disappointment this time. I ordered the Cool Wrap like I normally do, and I understand that inflation is effecting everything, but for over $9 for a single entree, and only getting the wrap and barely any chicken is kinda ridiculous. I noticed the wrap was smaller than normal before even unwrapping it from the paper, and when I did open the wrap itself to add the dressing on the inside, it was 80% wrap with barely any chicken in it, I mean you only had two bites worth of chicken and one piece of lettuce in the whole thing. I was always having trouble connecting with this location because of the very 50/50 customer service, however I really love their franchise operations manager!! Any time something goes wrong, Sutton finds a way to make my visit worthwhile. The in-store Chick-fil-A app rewarded me with a one time free delivery service from Chick-fil-A themselves and not from a third party application like Door-Dash. In 15 minutes or less, Chik-fil-A actually delivered to my 3rd floor apartment and with the cutest catering truck ever!! I really enjoyed my 8 boxes of hash browns and spicy siracha sauce packets. They even arranged a bag with plenty of mints and hand sanitizing wipes. I really enjoyed the customer service and even tipped the driver in cash. The food came fresh and hot as always!! This frachisee should have his license revoked. It is operated so much differently than every other Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. They refuse to fry the fries longer when the customer requests crispy fries, which I've never had another Chick-fil-a refuse. I was also just turned away from ordering a spicy chicken sandwich at 10:27 am because "lunch is still 7 minutes away." Not only are their clocks wrong, in that case, but I've also ordered a Chicken sandwich dozens of times between 7am and 9am and never been refused. Don't eat at this one. Just don't do it. read more

Ok, I am going to own up to my latest fast food obsession, the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad at Chick-fil-A. The basic salad is a huge portion of romaine, red cabbage, carrots, grilled corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, and it's always fresh. The Avocado Lime Dressing, Pepitas, and tortilla strips all come in separate packets that I mix into the salad to create my favorite car meal. Chick-fil-A should start another division to do outsource employee training for other businesses. They have their stuff totally dialed in. The other day when I went in the the chick fil a on Quebec most of the workers were nice except the one lady Susan she was just so rude and disrespectful towards me when i told her i was missing a small fry that is all i said she gave me the dirtiest look and argued back and forth with me at that point i just walked away because the couple dollars wasn't worth being treated as if i wasn't a human being she said so many nasty things to me and I am almost 100% sure it had to do with my race because I had my friend (who is white) go in after me and i watched her ask the exact same lady Susan and she gave her the fries with no problem i didn't even send her with the receipt she came back and said she didn't have to argue or anything. Sorry but I just can't give this location 5 stars. Fries are often cold, sauces are always missing, and I've never had an order be "perfect". I chalk things up to the new chick fil a model of getting customers through line at the speed of light while sacrificing customer service (or actually listening to someone's order). Tonight's issue was pickles on a sandwich when I said TWICE- no pickles. If you have a child who HATES pickles, you'll understand when I say no, you can't just take them off. Most people know I hardly ever review fast food restaurants because you usually know what you're getting. The exceptions are the locations that stand out or those that are so horrible you should avoid them. This place falls into the extraordinary category. It's really all about the service. I was ordering food with my 16 month old daughter and the staff insisted they would take the food to the table of my choosing. Then they got the high chair for us, of course! The play room was clean and fun for her not to mention the entire restaurant was clean. The staff was so nice. After we were done playing my wife texted to see if I could grab her something to take home. So I ordered again and as I went to grab the bag of food with her in my other arm, again the staff insisted they would take care of it. I tried to explain I was heading to my car and not a table and it didn't phase him. He was so cool to walk out with me. He then explained he had a little 6 week old baby himself. I regularly come to this location to grab lunch or breakfast, and the food is always piping hot and tasty. Picked up my sandwich and could feel something wasn't right. Opened it up to this sad little guy. Not what I've come to expect. That was yesterday. Went back today and when I pulled around to collect my receipt after paying I was rudely told I didn't pay even though I definitely did. The guy at the stand was rude about it and his tone was accusatory, as if I was trying to pull one over on him for a $20 order. I told him that I more than likely paid for someone else's order and his response was " You're Braxton right? Well I don't have tender for this order." Get to the window and pull up my statement and the manager inside is obviously still assuming I'm lying because the girl outside said "no, he has his bank statement pulled up it charged him 10.68". I gave them my card AGAIN to pay for the correct order and they were supposed to refund the error however it hasn't returned to my account. $10 isn't a huge deal but the way this was handled and the way I was accused is why I will not be returning to this location and urge others to take their business elsewhere as well. We called and asked to speak with manager Jay and we were told to drive back so they could replace it. We asked instead of coming back if they could just refund us or send us a gift card. He stated that was not an option and he had couldn't do anything else. He promised to replace our meal next time we came in. The speed of service, temperature of my food, flavor of the food, and ease/speed of service earned this restaurant 5 stars. The line was pretty lengthy when I pulled up which made me weary, but they were taking orders and fulfilling them pretty quick. I ordered my usual, the spicy chicken deluxe meal with fries. I had a birthday coupon for a free cookie, and I added on a frosted coffee. I pulled up to the tent and I was surprised that the customer service lady knew my name even though I hadn't given one to them. She handed me my receipt and I went on to wait to get to the window to receive my order. There were two cars in front of me and in the blink of an eye they got their food and moved on. When I pulled up to the window it took them probably 30 seconds to hand my meal to me. I was shocked that the fries were hot AND salted. It's so rare that chick fil a gets both done in one order. The chicken sandwich was juicy and a little spicy (I could've handled a lot more spice), and the produce on the sandwich was really fresh and delicious. If this is the quality this store puts out, I would drive further than the one near my house to come to this location anytime I'm craving chick fil a. I always love eating at Chick-fil-A in Stapleton, reasons being because the restaurant is in my neighborhood, great food, and always outstanding customer service!!! My favorite individual there is Susan we both share the same birthday which is February 13th and her employee there has the same exact last name as me- Willis! . Ever since I have been going there for a while Susan is always there and she is great with everyone always nice and always smiling at people. Overall, I love and respect her so much! The individual who has the same last name as me is another favorite I like there and Victoria is another individual who works hard. Just an FYI - if you are overcharged in the app, they will NOT process a refund. Even if you have the original receipt. I ordered delivery via the app last week and used two coupons for my order. I received a receipt for 18.79. Two days later, I received a second receipt for 32.06. I contacted customer service and spoke with two supervisors who explained they had to send my info to an escalation desk but couldn't tell me a time frame that this would be resolved. I received an email from the manager with duplicate coupons to use, but still no refund. Emailed again and requested a refund. Received another email with more coupons. The coupons I used last time didn't help me. Why would I want to try to use coupons on a second order when you have proven that you don't fix it when the coupons aren't applied properly. I just wanted my money back. I eventually had to file a dispute with paypal to get the additional funds refunded. Listen to your customers. If you overcharge someone REFUND THEIR MONEY. And you should have a clear process for fixing billing issues with a timeline that can be explained. In fact, you should really have an option on the app to select "issue with your order". You have always been known for your customer service. This is an absolute fail. You lost a customer today. read more

COVID-19 review The Corona Virus, or COVID-19, has definitely changed our daily lives, as well as the world. This review will be written on the food that we had delivered, as we did not go inside the restaurant. This will be a bit different review, as we went through their Drive-Through to pick up our food, and didn't have it delivered. Chick-fil-A has their COVID-19 system down pat! WOW! Their two drive up lanes are so well marked. They have plenty of employees there to take your order too. Each employee is wearing a mask and gloves. He/she has a tablet, on which they enter your order. Oh, they are standing on the curb, and you pull up to the next, well marked space. While wearing your own mask, you roll down your driver's side window, and place your order. The person then has a credit card machine, into which you slide your credit card, They don't take your credit card. You are then directed down around the corner, where another employee will give you a receipt, if you want one. Oh, the first employee that takes your order tells you that the next person will give you a receipt if you want one. Then, after getting a receipt, or not getting a receipt, you drive to the next little area, just around the next corner, where an employee is ready to hand you your order. Your order is placed on a tray. The employee hands you the tray, and you remove your order from it. All of this was done in about 5 minutes, no kidding, 5 minutes!!! WOW! Chick-fil-A REALLY has their entire system down pat!!! Kudos to them! The food, well, the food is very good. We have done their drive up for both the breakfast sandwiches (huge and really, really good! I highly recommend them), as well as their chicken sandwiches with waffle fries (also really good). Came through close to closing time on a weeknight with a bus of high school volleyball players on the way back from a match. The dining room was already closed, but the bus was too tall to take through the drive thru. The employees accommodated us with a "curbside" order walked over to our bus and made some hungry teenagers very happy. Everyone is so nice here ! Stop ! Visiting from out of state. Both times I ate there in the past week, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I know that is the standard of service employees are expected to give at their chik fil a, but these people are really nice. Everyone has a smile on their face! I went to the bathroom and immediately text my boyfriend a picture of the mouth wash station. I love the mouth wash station in the bathroom!!! Hand sanitizer everywhere. Sanitizing wipes. This place is clean. Everyone is working, doing something. I was asked if I wanted my table cleared. I was asked if I needed anything more than once. Just a bunch of angels working, feeding us hungry people. I also thought it was nice that even though I was there during breakfast hours, they still made me a regular meal. Thank you ! I'm not necessarily a big fast food eater, but when our kitchen was being remodeled, Chick-fil-A became our go-to. The naked chicken nuggets and salads were so fresh and delicious! The food was fantastic, but that's not all that I loved about it. The staff was incredible!!! I have never in my life been treated with such sincere friendliness and respect. The level of customer service is something that has stuck with me, and I smile every time I drive by the restaurant. I had the opportunity to speak with the owners and it all made sense. The new process with the lines is atrocious. No one orders ahead the express lane stays empty and the drive thru line is constantly wrapped around Quebec causing so much traffic and build up. Worst Chick-Fil-A experience EVER! Avoid this one at all costs! I typically love all chick-Fil-A's, but this one was by far the worst experience ever. I went through the drive-through to order a fried Chick-fil-A regular patty (no bun) and a large unsweet tea I asked him to please not put any bun on the Chick-fil-A sandwich so they begin to ask me all these different questions about, "oh you mean you want one of those chicken wraps on the menu?" I said no I don't want the wheat wrap, just lettuce and tomato. And then they continue to ask me if I wanted beans and salsa on it? I said, NO! I simply want a chicken Fillet on a bed of lettuce and tomato or a LETTUCE WRAP!!! Then they kept asking me about what type of wrap. I said again, JUST LETTUCE ANS TOMATO OVER THE FRIED PATTY! Then they asked, so you don't want it grilled? NOOOOOO!!! I'm seriously like OMG!!!! Then I get to the window and they said, ok so you want the chicken wrap with a large unsweet tea and it came to 7.75 I think! Again, I said NOOOOOOOO!!! Can you picture a chicken fillet PATTY on a bed of lettuce and tomato? THAT IS WHAT I WANT!!! There were a million people at the window and the woman said she understood from the get go, but why was it so freaking confusing?! Then the guy rudely Said, ok it's this much and changed the price. I paid him, they gave me my tea and I asked for the "pink packets" of sweet and low and he got irritated when he handed me Splenda and I said, I want the PINK sweet and low packets. Then at first he didn't even look and said "I don't think we have any!" UUUGH!!! Then he looked around after the fact and said, no, we don't have any! The he said, "Ok you're good to go and just walked off lol." Then he came back and said, "What do you need?" I said,"Uh, MY FOOD!!" Then he said, "oh you'll have to pull around and wait up front!" So I get my bag and there's no tomato on it so I have to go back inside this zoo and a lady with a head covering just stares at me when I asked her for tomato. She murmured something in broken English that sounded like "we don't have buckets to give out!" Then I straight up was mad at that point and so I loudly annunciated the word, "TO-MA-TO." Pros: Best tasting chik fil a sandwich I've had in a while, it was seasoned very well which was a pleasant surprise. If you are just eating here, great chik fil a location! Cons: My problem is with how they run this location. I went through the drive through and ate in my car. After eating, I had to use the bathroom. So I walked to the bathroom which just happened to be the area where the employees take breaks. One of the supervisors was back there and I overheard them saying to another employee "You just let that lady in the bathroom without making sure she bought something?" Apparently you have to buy something to go to the bathroom because there is a code lock on the bathroom door. I left my receipt in the car. So I went to grab it and asked to be let into the bathroom. They told me the bathroom code is on the bottom of the receipt. So I punch in the code and the two stalls were taken by employees changing for their shift. Okay, nothing wrong with that, but they were in there for a while. I waited quite a bit and no one came out the stalls. This chik fil a needs locker rooms for their employees so the bathrooms will stay clear for customers. Two stalls isn't enough for employee and customer needs. I never got to use the bathroom since the people changing did not come out. Anyways, food wise, great location to stop at. The way it's run was a bit of a headache. read more
