We had a box of lunch goodies for a conference (catered). The sandwich was awesome as usual. The bag of chips was pretty full unlike other chip bags - other brands would have more air in there haha. Do you like sauce with your chicken nuggets? Well this is not the location to go to. The last 4 orders I've done with this location I never get ANY of my sauces. I'm not missing like one here or there... NONE! I order for 4 people me my husband and my two kids, I requested sauces for all orders, every time. I'm not just missing one persons... everyone's! Is it just me or have they upped their customer service when you dine in over that of my experiences years ago? In the past few years when I've not gotten to go very often, I've found a staff member who will get things for you, throw your trash away. This one even offered to sprinkle pepper onto my salad! The Chick-Fil-a brand knowing that A standard of excellence and friendly customer service is what I can expect. Today, was different. I went through the drive way and was excited to use my rewards, free chicken biscuit and because the flyers won a free medium fry. I also purchase a 2nd chicken biscuit. They told me it would be 3mins for the fries. That was understandable. It had not even been a full min. When they handed me my full order. Everyone who knows me can attest to my passion for Chick-fil-A fries and the milkshake ( had that last night). Love Them! I was so disappointed when I looked at the fries and bit into one fry. I was now upset with the fact that I had walk inside because they gave me what seemed like day old fries that had been sitting in grease and then retried. I should have taken a pic of the old fries. When I told them what happened they didn't hesitate to tell me they would give me a replacement. I felt better about getting my fries replaced but I was not happy about my time and inconvenience that been wasted. They should have offered something else, especially since they pulled a McDonald's move. My experiences at this location have been a mixed bag. It's a 50/50 chance that this location is going to provide me a great experience. At this rate for a quick meal I'll have to go to the competitors especially if The end result is going to be inconvenience and poor quality. read more

Chick-Fil-A is a good alternative to the usual burger fast food joint, since it serves only chicken, not beef. I love how simple the food is-- just the chicken, the roll, and pickles (unless you ask for more). I recently ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which really brightens up the flavors. I'm mostly a huge fan of the waffle cut fries-- yummy and perfectly salted. This location's perks: the friendliest/most helpful staff of any fast food joint, or even other Chick-Fil-A's, that I've ever seen (seriously). There's also a kiddie playpen, so it gets kind of noisy if you sit near it. Just remember-- it's not open Sundays. read more

I went to another location who said they couldn't make the grilled chicken so early in the morning. It was 8:15... So I left and called this location on my way to work. The girl was pleasant to talk to and said it would take 12 minutes to make. I asked if they could start making it and I'm on my way. Since I work in the same area as this Chick-Fil-A I normally end up here at least once a month. Its a safer choice in the fast food group and I am a huge fan of chicken. The drive through is normally pretty quick and everyone is really friendly. Going inside can be a little hectic since it is somewhat small and is usually filled with kids. They offer several different options when its comes to chicken and even the basics are amazing. Plus who doesn't love waffle fries every once in a while. They had recently opened once closer to my house (check out my review over on the Burlington one) but I would much rather come down here. read more
